...to oppose new government guidelines announced one day earlier about layoffs and changes of employment terms. During the rally KCTU announced that it will launch an all-out strike, resp. "general strike", starting Jan. 25 in protest of the government-led labor "reforms".
Meanwhile today's Yonhap News reported that S. Korea's Justice Minister Kim Hyun-woong warned that the government will not tolerate the planned "general strike"(by KCTU)...
