Meeting of G. Marinos and a delegation of the International Relations Section of the CC of the KKE with Ofer Cassif, member of the PB of the CC of the CP of Israel and MP
Giorgos Marinos, member of the PB of the CC of the KKE, together with a delegation of the International Relations Section of the CC of the KKE, met with Ofer Cassif, member of the PB of the CC of the CP of Israel and member of the Hadash coalition in the Israeli parliament (Knesset), during his short stay in Greece.
It should be remembered that Ofer Cassif is being persecuted in Israel because as a Member of Parliament he condemns the anti-people policy of the Netanyahu government, opposes the genocide of the Palestinian people and the occupation, as well as the attacks against the other peoples of the region. In October 2023, he was suspended from parliament for 45 days, and a few days ago he was suspended from parliament for 6 months, the longest sentence ever imposed on a Knesset Member.
Giorgos Marinos underlined the solidarity of the KKE with the CP of Israel and comrade Ofer Cassif, condemned the persecution of Israeli communists and other militants who oppose the policy of the murderous state, and expressed support for the struggles to end the genocide of the Palestinian people and the long Israeli occupation.

21 ноября состоялась совместная встреча члена Политбюро ЦК КПГ Гиоргоса Мариноса, делегации Международного отдела ЦК КПГ с Офером Касифом, членом Политбюро ЦК Компартии Израиля, депутатом от партии «Хадаш» в Кнессете (парламент Израиля), во время его короткого пребывания в Греции.
Напомним, Офер Касиф подвергается преследованию в Израиле, так как осуждает антинародную политику правительства Нетаньяху, выступает против геноцида палестинского народа и оккупации, а также против израильской агрессии в отношении других народов региона. В октябре 2023 года депутат был отстранен от парламентской деятельности на 45 дней, а несколько дней назад Комитет по этике Кнессета проголосовал за его отстранение на 6 месяцев, что является самым длительным наказанием, когда-либо вынесенным депутату Кнессета.
Гиоргос Маринос подчеркнул солидарность КПГ с Компартией Израиля и товарищем Офером Касифом, осудил преследование коммунистов Израиля и других борцов, выступающих против политики преступного государства, а также выразил поддержку борьбе за прекращение геноцида палестинского народа и многолетней израильской оккупации.

Giorgos Marinos, miembro del Buró Político del CC del KKE junto con una delegación de la Sección de Relaciones Internacionales del CC del KKE, tuvo una reunión con Ofer Cassif, miembro del Buró Político del CC del Partido Comunista Israelí y diputado del frente Hadash en el parlamento de Israel (Knesset), durante su breve estancia en Grecia.
Cabe recordar que Ofer Cassif está siendo perseguido en Israel porque como diputado condena la política antipopular del gobierno de Netanyahu, se opone el genocidio del pueblo palestino y a la ocupación, así como a los ataques contra los demás pueblos de la región. En octubre de 2023 le suspendieron durante 45 días de la Knesset, mientras que hace unos días le suspendieron durante 6 meses, el mayor castigo jamás impuesto a un diputado de la Knesset.
Giorgos Marinos destacó la solidaridad del KKE con el Partido Comunista Israelí y con el camarada Ofer Cassif, condenó las persecuciones de los comunistas de Israel y de los demás luchadores que se oponen a la política de Estado-asesino, y expresó su apoyo a las luchas por el fin del genocidio del pueblo palestino y la duradera ocupación israelí.

George Marinos, membre du Bureau Politique du CC du KKE, avec une délégation de la Section des Relations Internationales du CC du KKE, a rencontré Ofer Cassif, membre du Bureau Politique du CC du Parti Communiste israelien et député du Front Hadash au parlement israélien (Knesset) lors de son court séjour en Grèce.
Ofer Cassif est persécuté en Israël parce qu'en tant que membre du Parlement, il condamne la politique antipopulaire du gouvernement Netanyahou, s'oppose au génocide du peuple palestinien et à l'occupation, ainsi qu'aux attaques contre d’autres peuples de la région. En octobre 2023, il a été suspendu de ses fonctions pour 45 jours et, il y a quelques jours, il a été interdit de ses activités en tant que député durant 6 mois, la plus longue peine jamais infligée à un député de la Knesset.
George Marinos a réitéré la solidarité du KKE avec le PC israelien et le camarade Ofer Cassif. Il a également condamné la persécution des communistes israéliens et des autres militants qui s'opposent à la politique de l'État assassin, et a exprimé son soutien aux luttes pour la fin du génocide du peuple palestinien et de la longue occupation israélienne.

Giorgos Marinos, membro del UP del CC del KKE, insieme a una delegazione del Dipartimento per le Relazioni Internazionali del CC del KKE, ha incontrato Ofer Cassif, membro del UP del CC del PC di Israele e membro della coalizione Hadash nel Parlamento israeliano (Knesset), durante il suo breve soggiorno in Grecia.

Giorgos Marinos ha sottolineato la solidarietà del KKE con il PC di Israele e con il compagno Ofer Cassif, ha condannato la persecuzione dei comunisti israeliani e degli altri militanti che si oppongono alla politica dello Stato assassino e ha espresso sostegno alle lotte per porre fine al genocidio del popolo palestinese e alla lunga occupazione israeliana.
