Here's MTU first "statement"(today on its facebook..): "MTU president became KCTU's first migrant worker representative. He attended last KCTU representative assembly on Oct 5th. It means migrant worker also started to join the decision making process of KCTU..."
hoechstwahrscheinlich nicht, denn meine 5-jaehrige einreisesperre nach s.k. ist gerade ausgelaufen...

Christian, you are famous in New York now! The Brooklyn alternative newspaper The Brooklyn Rail published my story on you in their May edition. On paper only; the good old fashioned way. Here a link anyway... http://brooklynrail.org/2010/05/express/waygooks-stories-from-korea-compiled-and-edited-by-j-scott-burgeson
If you want a copy of the paper, follow the link and ask the publishers to send you one.
Btw, I recently went to Dandong (great views over the Yalu river to North Korea)and Shenyang. that ugly town has the biggest Koreatown in China... complete with a great dogmeat alley, lots of official NK restaurants and an incredibly large sex industry.
Went to Qingdao too. The home of Tsingtao beer. Great place. They got cool old seamen's bars serving the best of the beer ... bars like right out of a Joseph Conrad novel. Didn't know that that kind of bars still existed anywhere.
Beer 20 元、hooker 300 元, can't remember the prices for tattoos and haircuts. Full service bars, the way it should be.
What's happening in Berlin?
I'm not giving up on the Korea Indymedia project. The problem you're addressing in this blog is exact: we need more people to get involved. The most important is having a tech working group and producing content. We have the website on a jinbo.net server and it keeps crashing and then reappearing for some reason. Unfortunately, I don't know what's going on and don't know who to talk to besides Jigaksaeng.
