주요 특이점은 아래와 같습니다. 첨부자료로서 증거사진은 수천장에 이르고 있으므로, 첨부 제출하오니, 분석하여 관련된 사람들이 누구고,왜 그러고 있는지를 조사하여 주시기 바랍니다.참고로 고소인은, 사진이 취미로서, 대한민국 도시풍경과 지하철, 철도, 공항등의 주요 건물과 풍경들을 촬영하여, 블로그에 게재하여, 외국에 나라를 홍보하려는 의도로 다수의 사진을 촬영하였는 바, 촬영된 사진들을 분석하던 중, 이상한 점을 발견하여, 이 문제에 대해서 조사를 의뢰드리는 것입니다.

1. 거주지를 나서면, 입구 현관에서부터, 여자들이 나타나는데, 주변엔 반드시 부모나 가족으로 추정되는 사람들 모습이 보인다는 점입니다.(사진 증거자료 참조)
2. 여자들은 대부분 미혼여성들로서, 젊은 여성들이며, 여성들이 나타나면, 반드시 주변에는, 부모로 추정되는 나이든 중년 남녀가 보이거나 혹은 가족으로 추정되는 사람들이 보인다는 점입니다. 그런데 이러한 현상이 매일같이1년365일, 24시간 벌어지고 있다는 점입니다.(사진 참조)
3. 이러한 사례는, 정상적인 사회생활을 하는 사람에게는 일어날수 없는 일들이므로, 누군가가 배후에서 의도적으로 이러한 일들을 일으키고 있는 것이 아니냐는 의혹입니다.
4. 버스를 타든, 지하철을 타든, 백화점을 가든, 길거리를 가든, 이러한 현상은 동일하며, 보통 정상적인 사회생활을 하는 사람의 경우에는, 이러한 사례가 없다는 점을 감안해 볼 때, 누군가가 배후에서 조직적으로 사주하여, 고소인을 괴롭히고 힘들게 하려고 이와 같은 일을 벌리고 있다고 밖에 볼 수 없으므로,사진에 등장하는 사람들이 누구인지, 왜 거기에 가족동반 해서 나타난 것인지 이유를 조사하여, 밝혀주시기 바랍니다.
5. 게다가, 고소인이 하루종일 어디가서 뭘할지를 미리 다 아는 듯 보일 정도로, 가는 곳마다, 동일한 현상이 벌어지고 있으므로, 이는 개인인 사생활을 감시하고 관리하고 있다고 밖에 볼수 없으므로, 명백한 사생활침해, 미행, 감시(민간인 사찰)등의 인권탄압 범죄에 해당된다고 생각됩니다.
6. 그리고 나타나는 여성들과 사람들이 고소인을 비하하고, 경멸 멸시, 조롱하는 발언과 태도를 보이고 있다는 점도 특이점입니다. 고소인은 그들이 누군지 전혀 모르고 있으며, 일면식도 없는 사람들인데도, 이상하게 고소인을 경멸하고, 멸시하고, 하대하고, 비웃고, 조롱하는 악의적 행동을 벌리고 있다는 것입니다. 이는 조직적인 린치, 심리적 해코지, 왕따, 고통주기에 해당될 범죄라는 생각입니다. 누가 배후에서 이런 짓을 하게 시킨 것이 아니라면, 매일같이 이런 일들이 벌어질 수는 없는 것입니다.
7. 또한, 식당에 밥을 먹으러 가면, 아무런 정당한 사유가 없음에도 불구하고, “영업을 하지 않는다며, 손님받기를 거부한다”거나, “식사 도중 조폭이나 폭력배로 추정되는 덩치좋고 험악한 자들을 보내서 암묵적인 협박 공갈을 일삼고 있어서, 도저히 정상적인 삶의 영위가 불가능하다”는 점입니다. 사진 증거자료를 토대로 이들이 누군지 왜 거기에 와서 사람을 괴롭히고 있는지에 대해서 조사해 주시기 바랍니다.

동시에, 식당 종업원들은 손님이 들어갔음에도, 주문도 받지 아니하고, 모여서 식사(오후8시40분 경은 식당이 가장 바쁜 시간으로서, 종업원들이 보통 식사를 하지 않음에도, 모두 모여서 식사하며, 손님을 무시하고 쳐다보지도 않는 이상한 태도를 보임)를 하며 무시. 종업원을 불러서 뭐라고 하자, 덩치큰 사내가 노려보며, 여차하면 패 죽인다는 식으로 일촉즉발의 협박분위기 조성.

2012년9월6일19시52분, 식당에서 식사를 하는데, 덩치가 좋은 조폭보스 형 중년 남자가 들어와서, 바로 앞자리에 앉아서 노려보기 시작함. 아무런 이유도 없고, 알지도 못하는 사람인데도, 자꾸 노려보고, 협박공갈 분위기를 조성. 식사를 도저히 할 수 없을 정도로 협박적 분위기를 조성함.(사진참조)

2012년8월4일, 21시20분, 사북시내를 거니는데, 조폭,깡패로 보이는3명의 남자가 주변을 배회하며, 협박하는 분위기 조성, 그리고 택시를 잡으려 하자, 앞서 가서 택시3대를 나눠타고 사라짐. 3명은 일행으로 보였는데도, 각자 택시를 나눠서 타고 간 것으로 보아서, 고소인이 택시를 잡지 못하게 해코지하려는 의도로 판단됨.(사진 참조)

2012년8월29일, 20시33분 경 교보문고 근처 편의점에 들르니, 주변엔 건장한 청년4~5명이 서서 지켜보는데, 협박공갈의 분위기를 조성하여 급히 편의점을 빠져 나옴.(사진 참조)

머리를 짧게 깍은 운동선수 혹은 폭력배로 보이는 남자가 서서 쳐다보는데, 위협적 분위기를 느낌.

2012년7월22일19시06분, 고소인이PC방을 가려 하는데, PC 방바로 앞에 다수의 남녀를 앉혀 놓고 조롱하는 분위기를 조성함. 이러한 사례는 매일 같이 반복되고 있으며, 여기에 첨부된 증거사진들은 일부에 불과함. 이들이 고소인이 뭘하는지 전부 알고 있다는 증거이므로, 이는 고소인의 사생활에 대한 불법적 감시,사찰 행위에 해당된다고 생각되어 고소함.

2012년8월15일, 15시32분, 거주지 주변 식당에 들르니, 그럴 시간이 아닌데도, 식당 영업을 거부함.

2012년9월5일15시30분, 명동 식당에서 식사하는데, 마찬가지로 덩치가 거대한 조폭, 운동선수 같은 남자를 들여 보내어, 바로 옆에 앉게 한 후, 협박공갈 분위기를 조성하여 식사조차 제대로 못하게 만듬.

Today, I went to the Public Prosecutor's Office to accuse the marriage fraud criminals of forgery of an official document forgery, and defamation of character.

I will look after how to deal with that’s issues by prosecutor after this.

Obviously, there is proof evidence to do prove the crimes for an official document forgery. You'll see.

According to report to the police by the woman, the police came and took me away on a charge off “create a sense of unease” even though just only once an attempt , when I tried to make approaches to some woman to make girlfriend at Dec 25, 2006 year.

It was very strange thing to me that she makes a phone call to police immediately, when I try to make a conversation with her. Do you understand that’s situation?

It was hard luck to me that I got wrongly accused by her due to propose activity for good will merely, because that at that time, I tried to just only one attempt to get a chance to conversation for the woman and never act disrespectfully to her.

Nobody accused by women due to make approaches to her with good will just only once attempting in human history.

People in many other countries will find this theory absolutely ridiculous.

I was incurred a penalty by them. Of course I tried to refuse it to sign against the penalty, and then I got more wrongly accused several times during proceed with the marriage fraud for 7 years.

They tried to perennially caviling under pretext the penalty, if I try to accuse of their cheating crimes through report on the internet board or accuse it prosecutor. Of course, the accuse turn down always.

After the lapse of 3 years, they ask me voluntary appearance to police office, and so I presented myself at the BANG BAE police station at 15 Aug 2009 year.

And then, I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office by a plainclothesman under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty.

At that time, I have to pay the penalty about 100,000 korean won and got the receipt. And then I ask the prosecutor’s officer whether another penalty, and so the officer reply it; “there is no penalty anymore”

Nevertheless, I got request me attendance at a summary trial under pretext the same penalty at Dec 9, 2009 year.

Of course, I reject a request because that I have already pay it at Aug 2009 year. I regard it as non-sense at that time.

But, after the lapse of 3 years, they tried to the capture me of a criminal under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty repeatedly at Feb 15 2012 year, even though I already paid it 3 years ago.

As a result of their illegal act, I was kept in custody for 15 hours at GWAN AK Police station. And then I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office under put handcuffs on me by two plainclothesmen next day.

They tried to handle with me as a felon, even though it was just only a minor offense. Besides, I have already paid it 3 years ago and the penalty must be an unfair dealing also.

That's a preposterously unjust charge to make against me.

Of course, it must be the tools which aimed get threat & bullying for me by LEE’s people in order to keep silence against the marriage fraud.

I guess that behind charge in persons are LEE MYUNG BAK & LEE GUN HEE. They prefer to keep secret for love or money regards the marriage fraud by using etheric double & sex magic to deceive other countries people.

Besides, they are trying to put me into dead without any evidence by using unknown technologies continually last 5 years.

Now I guess that they want to let relating people know as I’m dead or changed other person under make the etheric double (clone) to deceive relating people.

I heard that they are talking each other; “we must make other people regard me as already dead, and so we never return him to his world”

LEE’s people may be made the etheric double (clone) to deceive relating people or using other ways, even though I’m not certain it.

It is very strange thing to me that there are a few people whenever I will go. Besides I never have seen so many commuters at rush hours’ time, always a few people or almost none.

So many commuters should be crowded on the street at rush hours’ time, if it’s the normal human’s society.

Nevertheless, I never see so many normal commuters even if rush hours’ time.

Obviously, they try to deceive me by using moved core consciousness of mine to upper density as it called Matrix.

바바라 마시니 액이 저술한 책들입니다. 이 책은 제가 봐도 이해하기 어려운 수준에 있는 책인데요. 여러 번 반복해서 읽어야 간신히 무슨 말을 하는지 이해가 될 정도의 책입니다.

이는 아마도, 인간 수준에서는 “상상조차 할 수 없었던 부분들에 대해서 서술하기 때문 일 것입니다”

보통, “무언가를 아는 사람들이 적은 글들을 보면”

“지구는 짙은 어둠과 미망, 환상에 갇힌 네트, 감옥”이라고 서술하고 있습니다. 이러한 점에 대해서 잘 고찰해 볼 문제인데요. 왜 지구 역사1만년 동안, “해탈, 각성의 높은 의식 상태에 이른 사람들 수가 그토록 적었는가?”에 대해서 의문을 가져야 합니다.

제가 생각하는 관점의 “해탈, 각성”은 두가지 관점입니다. 하나는, “본래 인간 존재가 神으로부터 부여 받은, 신의 종자, 신의 씨앗으로서의 유산을 회복하는 것”으로서의 “의식의 해탈, 각성 측면”입니다.

그리고 다른 하나는 “무한대로 진동하는 초월의식을 성취하는 것”입니다. “무한대란 구분지을 수 없음을 의미합니다” 즉, 현상계(물질화하여 형상으로서 나타난 세계)를 초월하는 대각성 의식을 얻는다는 의미입니다.

다른 의미로는 절대계(창조, 근원)로의 회귀를 의미하기도 합니다. 이렇게 두가지 측면의 해탈, 각성이 있다는 생각입니다.

여기서 지구 인류가1차적으로 성취해야 하는 의식은 바로 “신으로부터 부여 받은 본래의 유산을 회복하는 것”입니다.

부처님께서 설파하신, 해탈, 각성은, “무한대로의 회귀, 즉 창조, 절대계로의 회귀를 의미합니다”

그러나 그 수준에 도달하기 이전에도, 우리는 “커다란 자유와 해방을 얻을 수 있는데” 그것이 바로 “본래 우리에게 부여된 神의 유산을 회복하는 것”입니다.

아마도 이들 영혼은 플레이아데스에서 지구로 의도적으로 환생해 온 그들 자신일지도 모른다.

영혼간 접촉은, 서로가 동등한 레벨에서 이뤄지는데, 지구 인류의 평균적 의식 수준을 지닌 영혼이라면 이러한 일을 할 수 없을것이기 때문이다.

빌리 마이어 이야기도 마찬가지다. 빌리는, 1억년 이상을 진보 발전해 간 오래된 영혼으로서, 지구로 의도적으로 환생해 왔다고 알려져 있는 바, 이와 같은 존재들만, 외계의 지성체들과 접촉할 수 있음을 의미하는 것이라 할 것이다. 이것이 바로 왜 지구 인류가 그들과 접촉할 수 없는 가에 대한 하나의 해답이며, 현대 지구의 지배자들이 악성 외계인들과 접촉하는 이유라고 할 수도 있다는 생각이다.

유유상종, 같은 파동끼리 어울린다는 법칙의 결과라는 생각이다.

제한이란 무엇일까요? 지구 행성을 내리 누르고 있는 이 어둡고 무겁고 둔탁한 어둠과 미망의 그물이 어디서 온 것일까요? 본래부터 그런 것일까요? 의심을 해야 합니다.

역으로 볼 때, 만약, “지구를 다스리고 통치하는 세력들이 영적으로 개화되고, 순수하고 이타적인 마음을 지닌 영혼들이었다면, 지구는 오래 전에 유토피아가 되었을 것입니다”

그러나 그렇게 하지 않는데, 왜 그럴까요? 거꾸로 갑니다. 왜 그럴까요? 의심해 보아야 합니다.

여기 이 책에서 해답을 찾을 수 있다는 생각을 해 봅니다.

지구상에서 말해지는 바와 같이 “카르마Karma 業報가 네 인생을 결정한다”는 명제는 틀린 말입니다. 전적으로 틀린 것도 아니며, 전적으로 맞는 말도 아니라는 의미입니다. 만일 카르마Karma가 그 사람의 인생 운명 행로를 좌우한다면, 필연적으로, “지구 세계에서 온갖 부유함과 권력, 지위, 명예를 차지하는 사람들은, 대부분 이타적이고 올바른 심성을 소유한 자들이었어야 합니다.”

즉, 카르마가 좋아야 그러한 좋은 삶을 받을 수 있을 것이기 때문 입니다. 그러나 정 반대입니다.여기에 대해서 의문을 품어 보아야 합니다.

거짓이라는 얘기입니다. 그래서 저는 지구 하늘, 지구 아스트랄 계 역시도 썩어 문드러진 “그렇고 그런 수준에 있는 하늘”이라고 주장하는 것입니다.

만일, 카르마Karma가 “영혼의 균형을 잡아 주고 발전과 진보를 유도하기 위한 神의 율법”이라면, “좋은 과보 果報를 지닌 사람들, 영혼들은 좋은 인생을 받게 될 것이며, 나쁜 과보를 지닌 사람들, 영혼들은 안 좋은 인생을 받게 될 것입니다”

그리고 좋은 카르마, 좋은 과보를 가졌다는 것은, 그 영혼의 의식 상태가 높은 수준에 있음을 의미합니다. 이 대목에서 욕설이 터져 나옵니다. 나쁜 놈들입니다. 거짓말을 하고 있습니다.

그러나 “현실 세계를 보면, 부와 권력을 독점하고 있는 대다수의 사람들은 대부분 이기적이며 수준 낮은 물질만능주의와 탐욕, 권력욕, 지배욕, 과시욕에 빠져 있음을 볼 뿐 입니다”

만일 선업 善業, 선과, 선한 과보 果報, 좋은 카르마를 가져야, 좋은 인생을 받을 수 있다면,그들 지상 세계에서 온갖 부와 권력 쾌락을 누리는 사람들의 의식 상태는 필연코, 그렇지 못한 사람들에 비해서 “높은 수준에 있어야 합니다” 그러나 반대입니다. 아니라는 얘기입니다.

왜 이런 문제를 제기할까요? 일반적인 인간이 모르는 마법과 초능력이 존재하며, 이러한 숨겨진 힘을 악용하여, 부와 권력을 쟁취하는데 이용하는 무리들이 지구세계에 존재한다는 얘기입니다. 일종의 반칙입니다. 그리고 그들이 지구 세계를 배후에서 지배해 왔다는 점입니다.

그리고 이러한 경향이 아스트랄 세계에까지 뻗쳐 있고, 많은 무지한 영혼들을 선동질하고 부채질하며 속이고 있을지도 모른다는 의혹이 가능해 집니다. 그래서 이런 터무니 없는 일들이 벌어지고 있다는 추론이죠.

우주의식은 선도 악도 아닙니다. 창조는 선과 악의 구분을 떠나 있습니다. 초월의식이기 때문 입니다. 그러나 일단 현상계에 들어서면, 선과 악, 어둠과 밝음의 구분이 생깁니다. 이것이 절대와 상대의 구분입니다.

그리고 이 신들은 우리가 아는 바와 같이 공정하지도 선하지도 않습니다.그들은 우리에게 카르마Karma를 말하고 선하고 올바른 삶을 살아야 한다고 말하지만, 그들 자신은 정작 그렇게 하지 못하고 있다는 것입니다.

Think about this: Earth is alive and holds the knowledge you seek, and your consciousness affects what Earth reveals. How do you access this knowledge? Where are the keys to unlock it and make it yours? The information is stored in stone and bone.

Times have changed. It used to be that each individual who evolved and studied the mysteries had one teacher, and knowledge was passed down from teacher to apprentice in a long line of tradition. We have referred to Earth as the Living Library, a biogenetic center where vast quantities of data are stored as incomparable translations and tools for the creation of life. Traditionally, parenting on your planet has to do with a biological process in which two people of opposite gender come together to create life. However, you are now experimenting with making life in laboratories, so you are challenged to expand and consider that perhaps there are different ways to parent and create life.

When you think of Prime Creator, what or whom do you picture? In your society, you have been taught that the god energy represents the source and that the feminine energy represents the use or activity of it. All of you are here to look into the dark, because in the dark you will find both the light and the reason the light is returning. You cannot simply go toward the light and say, "Hey, darkness is bad. It is negative. I don't want to see." Be open to what you do not want to see. Keep your heart open, and trust that the pain you may experience needs to be explored so that it can be released after being processed on a memory level. You are at the time when memories are floating to the surface, coming from deep recesses. These memories can bring emotional responses. Whatever you see needs to be looked at. It is you. Accept it and say, "Aha! Based on what I know, and on the preparation of my consciousness, I can look at this and see that it was a misuse of energy. That is all right. I will transmute it. Do you know how many people are willing to look at the negative and the dark? Not too many. Do you know how many people are living in the dark? Do not run from the shadow of life, for there is much healing to be completed once the pain of the darker side of life is felt, realized, and understood.

인간과 인간이 아닌 혹은 인간을 초월한 존재들을 어떻게 구분해야 할까? 영적인 성장과 발전, 성취? 과거에는 그렇게 생각했지만, 현재는 그렇게 생각되지는 않는다. "창조 과정에서 서로 다르게 창조된 종족"이 아니냐는 생각이 들고 있다. 혹은 "제한된 종족 = 인간 종족"이라는 의혹도 가지고 있는 바, 이는 아틀란티스 시대에 살았던 종족들과 현생 인류가 서로 다르다고 표현되는 "에드거 케이시의 영독 자료"를 참조해 볼 수 있는데,

그림에서 보듯, 이들 플레이아데스 인들은 우리네 종교에 나오는 성인들의 형상과 비슷하다. 머리 뒷면에 후광이 보이는데, 이를 오라라고 부르는데, 영적인 성취, 발전 정도, 의식의 각성 정도가 높은 존재에게 발현되는 현상으로 알려져 있다. 불화 속에 현시된 부처님의 형상도 이와 같은 오라의 형상을 지니며, 기독교 및 기타 종교에 등장하는 성현들의 배후에도 오라가 보여진다. 그러므로 이들을 인간과 같은 존재로 여기면 잘못 판단하는 것이다. 수준 차이가 엄청나게 난다고 볼 수 있겠는데, 정확한 건 모르겠다.

인간 종족을 유치원 생으로 본다면 이들은 아마도 대학생 수준이라고 볼 수도 있다는 생각이다. 우리가 흔히 SF 영화에서 보는 우주전쟁은 "상상의 산물에 지나지 않는다" 전쟁도 가진 힘과 능력, 기술이 비슷해야 하는 법이다. 원시인과 현대 군인들 간에 전쟁에 다름이 아닌 것이 우주전쟁이다. 있을 수 없다는 얘기다. 스타워즈에 보면, 거대한 전투행성에서 레이저 주포를 쏘아서 하나의 행성을 일거에 소멸시키는 장면이 나온다. 실제 가능한 일이라고 생각되며, 이러한 우주 전쟁이 이미 수십만년, 수백만년 이전에 은하계 내에서 전개되어 오고 있었을지도 모른다는 생각을 하게 된다.

"창조" "절대계"와"人間的인神의개념은 사실 상 같지 않다"이지만, 근원적으로 같다는 개념

(창조, 神은 존재하는 모든 것이며, 모든 것을 초월하여 모든 것에 모든 것을 더한 것에, 모든 것이 아닌 모든 것을 더한 존재다 그리고 이것이다 라고 정의될 수 없다. 왜냐하면 정의하고자 하는 그것이 바로 신의 창조물, 현상계의 관념이기 때문이다. 神은현상계를 초월해 있다. 그러므로, 초월자, 무한자를 유한자의 개념으로 정의할 수 없다. 우리의 정의는 다만 일부에 국한된 정의가 될 수 밖에 없기 때문이다. 그러나 여기서 말하는 진정한 神은, 人神,인간적 의미, 인간의 믿는 바 형상을 지닌 인간적 의미의 신으로서의 개념이 아닌 창조의 개념, 사량분별을 초월한 순수의식의 관점이다. 그렇지만, 그 순수의식,창조가 형상화 되어 표현된 것이 또한 人神, 신의 개념이니, 이것이 서로 다르지 아니하다는 관점이다. 마치 우리가 창조와 본래 하나였다는 관점과 동일하다.) 

이 점이 중요할 수 있는데, 이 차이를 구분하기는 처음에는 쉽지 않을 것이죠. 다만, 앞서 간  존재라고 해도, 그 마음 속에 사랑이 없다면, 그리스도 의식을 성취하지 못했다면, 이는 불가에서 말하는 아수라 영역의 존재로서, 최상의 경지에 이른 존재로 칭할 수 없을 것입니다. 플레이아데스 인들이 그 장구한 세월동안 무수한 전쟁과 투쟁의 참화 속에서 멸망과 재건을 되풀이 했다는 점이 이를 증명합니다. 하긴, 그것이 실존하는 매트릭스, 신의 꿈, 신의 미망, 우주 현상계일 수도 있지만 말이죠.

이들은 매우 호전적인 집단으로 우주를 여행할 기술을 얻게되자 그 즉시 주변 태양계를 탐색하고 다른 종족들이 살고 있는 행성을 침략하여 멸망시키고 노예화 하는 정복전쟁을 펼쳤던 것입니다.

"우주전쟁"을 보셨습니까? 가능한 이야기 입니다. 이 우주에는 아직도 파충류 계열의 외계인들과 같이 과학은 발전하였으되 그 영성은 사악하여 파괴와 죽음을 선호하는 종족들이 많다고 합니다.

단, 우주 전쟁은"상호간 비슷한 수준에 있을 때, 가능한 게임이라는 점을 항상 상기해야 합니다"

아마도 이런 우주적 게임, 전쟁에서는, 영적인 전쟁도 상당히 중요할 것으로 예상되는 바, 하늘의 전쟁이 바로 땅의 전쟁이 되며, 그 결과를 나타내게 될 것이기 때문 입니다. 하늘에서, 신의 광휘와 영광이 악마와 사탄, 어둠의 세력을 제압하고, 정의와 선, 사랑의 시대를 열어간다면, 그것이 곧 땅에서도 표현될 것이기 때문입니다. 그게 아니라면 그 반대가 될 것입니다. 물론 국부적인 문제이지만 말이죠. 그러나 종국에 있어서 결론은 하나로의 귀결이라는 것이 제 생각입니다. 이는 근원계에 해당될 문제들이기는 하지만 말이죠.

"정신과 의식이 굴종되지 않는 한, 비록 육체적으로는 굴종될 지라도, 그는 패한 것이 아닙니다" 이게 영적 전쟁의 의미입니다. 이 말이 의미하는 바에 대해서 깊게 숙고해 보아야 할 것입니다.

어쨌든 이들 라이라 인들은 은하계 내에서 수천에 이르는 타 행성의 종족들을 피와 죽음으로서 굴복시켜 노예화하고 그 자신들의 광대한 제국을 건설하였다고 합니다.(오늘 날 플레이아데스로 알려져 있는 성단 문명의 조상들을 라이라 인들, 베가 인들이라고 칭한다)

그들의 사회는 수천년 후 다시 재건되었지만, 최고의 절정기에 달하면 인간에게 흔히 나타나기 마련인 지배욕과 권력욕으로 인한 전쟁으로 인해 멸망을 되풀이하였다고 합니다. 한때는 너무도 치명적인 파괴와 죽음으로 인해 그들의 문명을 재건하는데 수백만년의 세월이 소요되기도 하였다고 합니다.

그러는 사이 다시 기원전387,000년에 이르러 이들 라이라 인들은 참혹한 전쟁을 하게 되었고 그 전쟁에서 패배한 자들이 戰禍를피해 도망쳐서 다시 우리의 태양계를 방문, 지구에 이주지를 건설하였다고 합니다.

그들은 이 이주지에서 원주민인 지구인들을 노예화하고 유전적 실험의 대상으로 삼음으로써 반인반수의 인간들을 탄생시켰고 신체를 훼손하거나 강간을 하고 불구를 만드는 등 사악한 짓을 하였으며, 시간이 지난 후 이를 알게된 라이라 본 행성에서는 이들을 지구행성에서 철퇴시키고 큰 죄를 지은144,000명의 라이라 인들을 지구 행성에 버려두고 떠나갔다고 합니다.

지금 화성은 물이 없는 황량하고 메마른 행성이지만, 지구의 탐사선들이 찍은 사진중에는 물이 흐르고 바다가 존재했던 흔적들이 발견되고 있죠. 그리고 그 유명한 인면암이라는 것도 존재하고 있음은 과거 화성에 생명체가 존재했다는 결정적인 근거를 제시해 주고 있습니다.

이때부터 약3만년간 지구, 화성, 밀로나의3 행성에는 플레이아데스 성단으로부터 이주한 인류가 살게 되었고 유래가 없을 정도로 긴 세월동안 전쟁없이 평화롭게 살았다고 합니다.

그러나BC 196,000년 전 지구에서 다시 상호간의 반목과 불신 그리고 지배욕에 의한 전쟁이 발발하자, 플레이아데스 본 행성에서는 이 전쟁을 중지시키고 지구 정착지의 사람들을 모두 플레이아데스로 귀환시키게 됩니다.

화성과 밀로나는 그때까지 전쟁없이 평화롭게 지내고 있어 이들의 정착지는 유지되었다고 합니다.

아울러서 말데크의 파괴로 인해 발생된 우주폭풍은 화성을 제 궤도로부터 이탈시켜 모든 생명체를 파멸시키고 존재하던 물과 공기를 우주공간으로 흩어지게 만들었다고 합니다.

8만년이라는 긴 세월동안 지구는 버려져 있었고 이따금씩 플레이데스 사회에서의 범죄자들을 추방하는 유형지로 사용되었다고 합니다.

지구상에 최초로 인격신의 이미지를 가지게 된것도 이 펠레곤 때 부터였다고 합니다. 그러나 그는 神은아니었던거지요.

아무리 영적으로 발전되어 神의경지에 이른 진보한 인간일지라도 우주를 창조하신"창조주 하나님- 신성한 에너지" 앞에서는 복종해야만 하는 것입니다. 왜냐하면 그는 전체가 아닌 일부분이기 때문이지요.

펠레곤이 죽고, 다음 지도가 된 예사스(Jesas)는 펠레곤이 가졌던 영적인 능력과 지혜 그리고 도덕심을 결하고 있었고, 그 결과 지구행성의 평화는 다시 한 번 깨지게 되었고 치명적인 전쟁이 발발합니다.

이 전쟁을 피하여 많은 사람들이 베타 켄타우리 행성으로 피난을 가서 새로운 정착지를 건설하게 됩니다.

그후 약7천년간 지구는 또 다시 원시로 버려진 상태가 되었지만, 베타 켄타우리, 버나드 성단으로 탈출하여 새로운 문명을 건설했던 사람들의 후손들이 다시 지구를 찾아오게 되었다고 합니다.

이들의 지도자 이름은 아틀란트(Atlant)라고 하였으며 지금의 대서양 상에 자리잡고 있던 일명 아틀란티스 대륙에 정착하여 문명을 건설하였다고 합니다.

플라톤과 이집트 신관들이 묘사했던"아틀란티스 문명은, 고대 그리스, 로마 문명 혹은 이집트 문명 수준이었거나, 혹은 신화와 전설의 시대로서의 아틀란티스 문명이었던 것 같다" 그러나 과연 그랬을까? 둘 중에 하나였겠지만, 에드거 케이시의 영독 자료에 묘사된 바와 같은 수준의 과학기술 수준에 도달한 문명이었다면, 현대과학 문명보다도, 더 발전된 문명이었다는 것은 분명해 보인다.

아틀란티스는, 고대신관들과 철학자들이 상상한 그 시대의 유산이었을까 아니면, 아래와 같은 우주 문명 수준에 도달한 또 다른 진보된 종족들의 세계였을까? 플레이아데스 인들의 정보를 믿는다면, 그들은 바로 플레이아데스 인들이었을 가능성이 높은데, 아마도 여러종족이 혼합된 형태였던 것 같다.

고대 아틀란티스 문명 시대, 지구로 향해가는 우주선의 상상도.  개인적 견해로는 아마 이 수준이었지 않았느냐 하는 추론이다. 기원전1만5천년 경에 인도에 존재했다고 알려져 있는, 라마 제국도, 아틀란티스로부터 갈라져 나간Branch 였다고 알려져 있는데, 이들의 기록에도, 그들이 만든 우주선을 타고, 달에 가서 전투를 벌리는 장면에 대한 묘사가 나온다는 점이다.
