During I write this letter, I felt a violent shock in my face by someone suddenly.

Someone must be hit me by indirection. They are used to this way to revenge without evidence, because they don’t want to become the talk.

At the same time, I heard that they are talking about threatening remarks such as kidnap, violence, and snatch camera from me.

I think that they threatened me with a suggestion of violence, because they want to be a threat to freedom of speech.

4대강 사업비 22조! 그들은 무엇이 중요하고, 무엇이 덜 중요한지 모르는 사람들입니다.

Let’s Make the Best of Best.

영등포 같은 경우는 종로, 청계천과 더불어서, 대표적인 개발 낙후지역입니다. 서민생활지원 측면, 시민 복합문화 쇼핑 및 휴식공간 확보, 수도 서울 선진화 등을 목표로 종합적으로 재개발한다면, 상당히 긍정적인 효과가 창출될 것으로 보여집니다. 영등포 재래시장 지역을 종합개발 해서, 시민공원과 연계해서 만들 수 있을 것입니다. 시장은 지하로 들어가도 됩니다. COEX 방식으로말이죠. 지상에는 거대 도서관과 호수, 연못을 낀 시민 공원 및 문화 관광 체육, 휴식, 오락 시설이 들어서는 것입니다. (공원 만들 때, 호수 좀 만드시오. 이상하게 호수, 연못이 없어)

재원이 문제겠지만, 하려고만 한다면, 못할 일은 없습니다. 엄한4대강 사업에22조를 쏟아 붓고 계시는MB정권입니다. 우리가 돈이 없습니까? 개발이 완료되면, 그 시설과 건물들은 국가재산이 되는 동시에, 국민들 모두를 위한 공공시설이 될 것이기 때문 입니다. 즉, 재래시장과 연계된 시민공원, 도서관, 영화관, 책방 등 쇼핑, 오락, 휴식, 놀이를 위한 종합적인 도시공간으로 재탄생 될 것이기 때문입니다.

이와 같이 서울지역 재래시장 혹은 낙후상권 지역을 종합 재개발해 간다면,

대대적인 토목 건설 공사를 통해서, 내수경기를 진작시킬 수 있고,

(엄한4대강 사업에22조를 버리고 있습니다. 즉각 재고되어야 합니다)

선진화된 도시로 서울을 재 창조할 수 있으며,

대기업의 자본, 경영기법에 형편없이 밀리고 있는 서민, 영세 자영업자들을 보호해 줄 수 있으며,(재래시장은 이마트, 홈 플러스 같은 거대할인점 상대가 안 됩니다. 이마트, 홈플러스= 삼성인데 독식하고 있습니다. 이거 문제입니다. 나눠 먹고 같이 사는 사회를 만들어야 합니다.)

하나로 마트(농협) 방식으로 재래시장을 개선해 나가는 방안이 좋지 않나 하는 생각을 해 봅니다. 별도 공사설립해서 지원하면 될 듯 합니다.수원 가보시면 아주 거대한 하나로 마트가 있습니다. 그런 방식으로 하되, 주변을 공원화하고, 복합 문화 휴식공간으로 재 창조한다는 개념입니다. 지하로 들어가도 되니까요.

국민들, 서울 시민들에게 멋지고 아름다운 도시 문화를 즐길 수 있게 해 줄 수 있습니다. 즉, 국민 행복지수를 높여줄 수 있다는 것입니다.

그리고 이로 인하여, 관광효과도 증대될 것입니다. 특히, 4대문 재개발 계획 및 한강(북한강 포함, 설악산 포함) 자기부상 열차Magnetic levitation Train 개발 계획입니다. 여기에 다시 각 지역별, 재래시장 재개발 계획이 포함됩니다. 이 영역을 자기부상 열차로 연결해 봅시다. 의지를 가지면 할 수 있습니다. 지역별 다운타운이 멋지게 형성되는 것이죠.

영등포 가 보십시오. 종로, 청계천 영역과 다를 바가 없습니다. 영등포도 서울 남부의 핵심지역이자, 다운타운 입니다.

시장가면서, 공원 놀러 가는 형태로 만들자는 것입니다.

역대 정권은 강남, 여의도, 세종로만 개발해 놓았습니다.

엄한 하천, 강 바닥이나 파고 계시지 말고, 그 돈으로 이런 사업을 즉각 시행해야 합니다. 누이 좋고, 매부 좋고, 이 아니 좋습니까? 강 바닥 파면, 뭐 나옵니까? 이 부분은 지방 다니면서 봐야 알겠지만 말이죠. 제가 지금은 잘 모르겠습니다. ㅎㅎ

22조 입니다.그 돈이면 할 수 있습니다. 돈이 없습니까? 기술이 없습니까? 국회 동의 받아서 국책사업으로 밀고 나갑시다. 경기진작 효과, 경제가 어쩌고 하시는데, 이게 바로 경제 활성화 방안입니다. 엄한 강 바닥 파 봐야, 경제가 살아 납니까? 의지를 가지고 밀고 나가면, 5년 후 서울은 천지개벽하듯 변할 것입니다.

We have to establish a long term vision for the best of best our country.

Today, I visited the Korean traditional market which is located at Yeongdungpo.

Outmoded convenient facilities compare with conglomerate’s big stores such as E-Mart, LOTTE Mart, and Home plus.

Parking ground, climate-controlled, consumer convenience, distinguished service, products quality & package skills, price , business mood.  

Warehouse-discount stores are differentiating themselves from the competition with their customer service. They are trying to improve the customer service such as lower price, consumer convenience, and best products quality, build-up feel so good interior.

They focused on planning the aggressive marketing strategies and providing a differentiated service, it recorded its highest sales figure over the years.

If I were a customer, I would prefer warehouse-discount stores to the traditional market because of more cleanness, better service, lower price, better quality, and better convenience. Especially, younger women prefer to the warehouse-discount stores or department store.

The same phenomenon is that most of the younger women prefer living in luxurious apartments to common villa or a detached house

The point is that  

To increase theirs competitive power on the nation market, especially in a large city, Korean traditional markets should be in need of a new management strategy and redevelopment. At present, the traditional market is worst insufficiently competitive compare with the conglomerate’s big stores.

Also, Korean government should be make a plan to active AID for traditional market.

Because that they have not organized smart management team and have no money, having outmoded facilities. Most of younger women don’t like that’s state.

The argument is that Government must intervene in the mismanagement of the traditional market, through a virtuous system of distribution.

We have to think about equity, social justice, distribution of wealth.

The best way to solve the problem is redeveloped as same level to conglomerate’s big store by national policy projects. I wish they could.

Considering justice of distribution, Government offers it as rent without a deposit.

Also, Supports the organized management team same as COEX system.

In other words, establish a public corporation which consists of smarter manager to manage several traditional markets.

Korean traditional market need to aggressive market strategies and advanced management skills and having infra-structure same as the conglomerate’s big store.

This is my proposal regards as redevelopment for four major gates & traditional market. Of course, the redevelopment plan should be including multi complexes facilities such as people’s park, library, books store, Movie Theater, food court and so on.

In case of four major gates, greater and larger than another area

We might as well make the best of it.

피곤하고 지친 삶, 하루 벌어 하루 먹고 사는 노점상의 애환이 느껴진다. 국가가 이들을 위해서 해 줄 일은 무엇인가?

진정한 애국은 무엇이고, 애민정신은 무엇일까?

세계최고의 습지와 최악의 습지를 선정하는 국제습지 어워드(The Wetland Globe Awards)에서 한국의 4대강 사업이 최악의 습지파괴 사업으로 선정됐다.

제11차 람사르협약 당사국 총회가 개최되고 있는 루마니아 부카레스트에서 7일(현지시각) 세계습지네트워크(World Wetland Network, WWN)가 주최하는 국제습지 어워드에서 한국의 4대강 사업이 아시아지역'Grey Award'를 차지했다.

국제 습지 보호활동을 지원하고, 이미 파괴되었거나 사라질 위기에 처한 습지를 보전하기 위해 제정된 세계습지상은 2010년 10월 일본에서 개최된 생물다양성협약 당사국총회에서 처음 시작됐다. 대륙별로 습지보전의 모범사례(Blue Award)와 그렇지 못한 경우(Gray Award)를 선정해 시상하고 있다.

최고의 습지로 뽑힌 곳은 마다가스카(the Nosivolo river complex), 일본(Marayama-gawa), 불가리아(Pomorie lake), 미국(Wisconsin), 페루(Pantanos de la Villa, Lima), 뉴질랜드(Whangamarino wetland) 등 습지의 보전을 위해 지역공동체와 다양한 협력을 통해 지역발전을 이루거나, 생태계복원사업이 잘 추진되는 곳이 선정됐다.

반면, 최악의 습지로는 한국(4대강 사업)을 포함하여 호주(Towra point), 콜롬비아(Lago de Tota), 크로아티아(Kopacki Rit), 서아프리카 배냉 Benin(Lac Nakoue) 습지 등으로 무분별한 개발로 이미 파괴되었거나 사라질 위기에 있는 습지가 선정됐다.

이와 관련 크리스 로스트론(Chris Rostron) 세계습지네트워크 의장은 "습지의 운명은 결국 사람들에게 달려있다. 습지는 생태계와 사람들 모두의 삶의 터전이며, 제대로 관리를 할 경우에는 매우 높은 경제적 이익을 창출할 수 있다"면서 "하지만 단기간의 경제적 이익을 얻기 위해 착취할 경우 삶의 터전은 파괴되고, 생물들은 멸종될 것"이라고 우려를 표명했다.

로스트론 의장은 "청색상을 받은 습지의 보전과 복원 사례를 통해 지역공동체의 참여를 보장하고 생물종이 풍부한 습지를 보전하면 경제적으로도 이익을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 확인했다"며 "반면, 회색상을 받은 사례는 습지파괴 사업이 단기간에 인간과 자연생태계에 어떤 재앙적인 타격을 입힐 수 있는지를 증명한다"고 말했다.

세계습지네트워크(World Wetland Network)는 2008년 한국 창원에서 열린 제10차 람사르협약 당사국총회에서 습지보전을 위해 각국에서 헌신하는 환경단체를 지원하기 위해 조직된 국제 NGO 네트워크다.

한국습지NGO네트워크는 8일 보도자료를 내고 "이명박 정부는 제11차 람사르협약 당사국 총회와 이어지는 제주 IUCN총회를 통해 4대강 사업을 녹색성장으로 포장해 홍보하려 하고 있다"며 "이러한 가운데 세계습지네트워크의 회색상 수상은 세계 각국 정부 대표단과 NGO들에게 4대강 사업이 결코 녹색성장이 될 수 없다는 것을 인식시키는 계기가 되었다"고 수상 의미를 설명했다.

이들은 "이번 회색습지상 수상과 NGO결의안에 언급된 4대강 사업에 대해 정부는 겸허히 수용하고 향후 강의 재복원과 진정한 습지보전 정책의 수립에 노력해야 할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
