Ten days later KCTU wrote: Ignoring the Supreme Court decision that the labour dispatch in the Korea Expressway Corporation(KEC) is illegal and the tollgate fee collecting workers are employees of KEC, the CEO announced that only the plaintiffs of the lawsuit will be employed directly, but be allocated in other duties than fee collecting. The union members, who have maintained the KEC should implement the court decision in an inclusive way and all the fee collecting workers should be regularized, took the lobby of the corporation in protest...

Yesterday(9.21), to support the on-going sit-in struggle @KEC's HQ in Gimcheon, about 2,500 KCTU activists from all across the country - despite a looming typhoon - went there to demonstrate their solidarity with the tollgate workers' struggle.
