Yesterday's(2.07) solidarity march(the third, resp. last day to support the ongoing struggle of dismissed "irregular" SKB &LGU+ workers by performing orthodox Buddhist-style prostration) has been also canceled! Why? Because - once again - hundreds of cops blocked the way(Resistance? No chance!) and consequently... prevented the event(here you'll get an more detailed Korean report by KCTU, incl. some pics)!!
But eventually, as you can see, the struggle - possibly(??) - goes on...
Today's solidarity march(performing orthodox Buddhist-style prostration) has been canceled! But it was replaced by some alternative and impressive activities: "Two non-regular workers of Internet service providers LG Uplus and SK Broadband stage a sit-in on top of an outdoor billboard[in front of the Central Post Building in Myeong-dong] in downtown Seoul on Feb. 6, 2015, asking for the protection of their labor rights" (Yonhap News)

From today until Saturday: Solidarity march/demo(performing orthodox Buddhist-style prostration) in Seoul to support the ongoing struggle of dismissed "irregular" SKB and LGU+ workers...
But while the march is utterly peaceful(orthodox Buddhist-style prostration!!!), just before the beginning of the event(in front of the Nat'l Assembly, the S. Korean parliament in Seoul's Yeouido) the participants and their supporters were surrounded and later attacked by hundreds of cops...
Fanally at least 6 labour activists were arrested(here you'll get an more detailed report in Korean, incl. lots of pics)!!
