Today, I visited at Kimpo international Airport to estimate the time required and investigate several problems.

At once, I try to get the airport limousine to go Kimpo International Airport. The transfer card unable state at the limousine bus, nevertheless, there are no reasons it not at all. However, it shows me available state, when I try to recheck at the subway station later.

Obviously, the accidents were happened by bullying activities. What is worse, to arrive at the Kimpo International Airport from Bongcheon-Dong, it want take as long time over 1 hour 15 minutes under pretext traffic jam.

중요한 자리인데요. 이 중요한 직무를 프리랜서, 계약직으로 하겠다는MBC 김재철 사장님은 제 정신이 있는 분인지 상당히 의심스럽습니다. 프리랜서, 계약직이란 결국 비정규직 사원을 의미하는데요.

우리 나라 대기업들이IMF 이후, 생산직을 거의 대부분 비정규직으로 전환시켜 빈곤층을 양산하더니, 이제는 핵심 직종, 업무까지 비정규직으로 대체하려는 무모함을 보이고 있습니다. 특히 언론, 방송 부분은, 아는 것 많고, 똑똑하고 지혜로운 사람들이 일해야 하는 곳입니다. 그 중에서 앵커, 아나운서, 기자 직은 가장 중요한 직무가 아닌가 하는 생각입니다.

뉴스 보도 분야, 시사문제 분석 및 논평 부분은, 그래서 프로 급에 속할 재원 중의 재원들로 팀을 구성하여 운영해야 하는 방송사 핵심 부서에 해당됩니다. 이걸 프리랜서, 비정규 계약직으로 한다는 게 말이나 됩니까?

결국, 말 잘 듣는 언론, 방송 만들려고 이런 무모한 짓을 하는 게 아니냐는 의혹이 강하게 들 수 밖에 없습니다.  뉴스 보도, 시사논평 부분은 아무나 쉽게 할 수 있는 일이 아닙니다. 이 분야에 많은 경험, 경륜이 필요하고, 사회,정치,경제,문화 등 다방면에서 많은 지식이 있어야 하며, 나름의 노우 하우가 풍부하고 노련해야 합니다. 그리고 무엇보다도, 소신 있게 말 할 수 있는 “힘, 권한이 주어져 있어야 합니다”

위에서 시키는 대로 앵무새처럼 읊어대고, 하라는 대로 군소리 없이 따라 하는 형태로 일을 할 자리가 아닙니다. 그런데 그런 자리를 비정규직 프리랜서로 채운다고요?

MBC는, 방송3사 중 가장 올바르고 공정한 보도를 하려고 노력해 온 방송사입니다. 그러나, MB 정권 들어와서 가면 갈수록 이상해져 가고 있죠. MB 정권의 언론 방송 장악 음모와 무관하지 않습니다. 그 대표 주자가MBC 김재철 사장 같습니다.

방송사에서 가장 중요한 위치, 직무 중 하나인 앵커, 아나운서 기자직을 프리랜서, 비정규직으로 채우려는 몰상식, 비상식, 어처구니 없는 발상은 중지되어야 합니다.

MBC 노조는 굴하지 말고 끝까지 싸워, 언론의 자율성과 독립성 공정성을 지켜 주시기 바랍니다. 김재철 사장은 퇴진해야 합니다.

그리고 차제에4.11 총선을 거쳐 새롭게 구성될 국회에서는 비정규직 자체를 철폐하게 만드는 법안을 상정해야 합니다.완전 철폐가 어렵다면, 정규직 대비 점유 비율을 몇% 이내로 제한 한다는 식으로 정확하게 명기하여, 비정규직 점유비중을 “극소화 하는 방향으로 나가야 합니다” 이것 하나만 성공해도, 칭찬받을 일이죠. 국회의원 나리들이 월급 값 했다는 말씀입니다. 비정규직은 철폐되거나, 최소화 되어야 합니다.

이 비정규직과 정규직 간의 복리후생, 급여 차이는 엄청납니다. 이러한 조치가 성공한다면, 많은 사람들이 조금이라도 더 나은 삶을 누리는데 도움이 될 것이죠. 마트에서 일하는 아주머니들, 청소하는 아주머니들부터 시작해서 임금 착취당하고 터무니 없이 낮은 급료 받아가며 일하는 분들이 오죽 많습니까? 그리고 그렇게 착취해서 대기업들은 수조에서 수십조 이익내고 큰소리 치는 세상입니다. 이제 바뀌어야 합니다. 복지한국, 복지국가를 지향해야 한다는 말씀입니다. 복지비 지출6.1%의 한심한 나라, 사회 안전망, 복지제도가 형편없는 나라입니다. 바꿔야 합니다. 혁신적으로 개혁해 나가는 원년이 되기를 기대해 봅니다.

우리 나라도, 스웨덴, 핀란드처럼 복지제도가 잘 갖춰진 살기 좋은 나라가 될 수 있습니다. 불가능은 없습니다. 하고자 하는 의지만 있다면, 그리고 사회 구성원 간에 합의만 있다면, 못 이룰 일은 없습니다. 중요한 것은 나누고자 하는 마음입니다. 이기심을 좀 줄이는 거죠.

그런 마당에 방송사 앵커를 비정규직으로 쓴다는 이 몰상식한 작태를 보십시오.
