Two days ago(10.1): About 7,000 labour activists(from the southern parts of S. Korea) joined KCTU's "Nat'l Workers Rally" in Daegu. The purpose to hold the rally/demo was to protest the gov't planned labour"reform", to show solidarity with Baek Nam-ki's case(the gov't must take responsibility for the death!) and to remember the 70th anniversary of the Daegu Resistance Movement.
