But today's (bourgeois)Korea Times reported the following: More than 150 workers fired by Ssangyong Motor in 2009 won't be able to return to work after the Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the carmaker's mass layoff was conducted within the boundaries of the Korean Labor Law. The top court overturned a ruling by the Seoul High Court on Feb. 7 in favor of 153 dismissed workers seeking to be reinstated, and sent the case back to the high court for re-consideration...(for more reports please check out LabourStart!)
