Yesterday's Korea Times reported the following: "About 70 members of sexual minority groups are staging a sit-in at Seoul City Hall which began Saturday to protest against the city government's about-turn from a previously stated plan to establish a charter for the protection of gay rights..." Meanwhile the issue became a headline in the S. Korean bourgeois media! Today's Yonhap News reported the following on its front page: The Seoul city government should accept and declare a proposed charter for human rights for its citizens despite controversy over the inclusion of gay rights... And last but not least... there's already an int'l solidarity campaign, supporting the struggle in Seoul/S. Korea...
In about two weeks is the beginning of winter... but in North Korea it's already f*cking cold. Tomorrow's weather forecast(by Yonhap and KCTV):

Today, three weeks ago ago: Kang Seong-deok and Lim Jeong-gyun, two KCTU activists climbed up a billboard tower(hight: 25m!!) in front Seoul Finance Center(more related reports you'll get on LabourStart) and vowed to stay there until the dispute between C&M and the labor union will be successfully settled...
Meanwhile the wintertime arrived yesterday in S. Korea: "In Seoul, morning temperatures dropped far below zero, at minus 7 degrees Celsius, and wind blew at a speed of 14 meters per second, putting the sensory temperature at minus 10 degrees Celsius..."(JoongAng Ilbo, 12.2)
