Because last year I was joining 2004 Summer Struggle Tour as the representavive of ETU-MB (on the second day I was nearly arrested...) I want to publish this here. More about the last year's tour you can read here:

2005노동자 여름 현장활동 투쟁 발대식 과 한나라당사앞 집중투쟁!!
오늘 오정 11시에 여의도에 자리잡고 있는 노사정 위원회 앞에서 투쟁사업장에 계신 동지들과 전해투동지들 그리고 학생동지들과 철거민동지들이 힘차게 2005노동자 여름 현장활동 투쟁(이하:여름투쟁) 발대식을 전개했습니다.

닭장차에 둘러싸인 가운데 서 진행이 되었지만 참석한 동지들은 각자의 현장의 목소리들을 직접 폭로해내고 이후 투쟁을 결의를 힘있게 모아내기도 했습니다.
"사회적 합의주의 분쇄와 비정규직철폐 그리고 노동자 민중 생존권쟁취의 기조를 가지고 진행될 이번 여름 투쟁은 각단위 동지들의 일정상 좀 늦은감이 없지 않지만 그동안의 시기별 투쟁에서 볼수 없었던 현장투쟁 실천단에 여러단위에서 대거 합류해 참가하고 있는 동지들은 공세적인 싸움판까지도 준비하고 있습니다.

여름 투쟁 공동대표 동지의 대회사를 시작으로 본격적인 4박5일 투쟁에 돌입한 여름투쟁단은 노사정위에서의 발대식에서 코오롱 정투위 동지들과 이주동지들의 강한결의가담긴 발언, 사보, 발전 동지들의 발언을 들으며 여름투쟁에 임하는 결의 를 다시금 높이기도 하였습니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 실천단들의 결의와 실천단장의 공세적인 실천투쟁결의는 이후 노사정담합분쇄와 노사관계 로드맵 분쇄, 그리고 비정규직 철폐가 담긴 조형물에대한 화형식을 노사정위 앞에 깔린 폭력경찰들의 협박에도 굴하지 않고 당당하게 전개하기도 하였습니다.

발대식을 마친 투쟁단을 첫일정을 수행하기위해 다시 보수반동세력이 총집결되어있는 한나라당 사 앞에서 기만적인 한나라당의 폭압성과 한나라당 소속 기초단체장들의 악행을 폭로해내는 투쟁을 전개했습니다.
한나라당을 지키려는 깡패경찰들 이 새까맣게 동원되기도 했고 이들과의 마찰이 있기도 했지만 한나라당 집회는 경찰들의 집회방해에도 아랑곳 않고 참가한 동지들 모두가 질서정연하고 조직적인 대오를 유지하며 무사히 집회를 사수했습니다.

마지막으로 여름투쟁단은 근대화를 명분으로 수많은 노동자민중들에게 살인적인 탄압을 자행했던 아버지 박정희의 피를 그대로 이어받아 민중들을 기만하고 탄압으로 일관 하고 있는 유신잔재 박근혜 한나라당 대표에게 항의서한을 전달하려 했으나 마늘을 들고 농민들을 기만하러 (한나라당사 앞엔 박근혜가 마늘을 들고있고 그밑으로 민생과 경제를 책임진다는 문구가 기만적이게 적혀있습니다)간것인지 자리에 없다고 하여 항의서한을 그 자리에서 태우고 언제든지 이 자리는 철거민들과 생존권을 박탈당하는 노동자민중들이 접수할 것을 결의하며 집회투쟁을 마쳤습니다.

이후 실천단 들은 120일차 천막농성을 전개 하고 있는 현대기림 오피스텔로 향했고 실천단 을 제외한 동지들은 각자의 현장으로 돌아갔습니다.
현재 짜여진 일정을 별 무리 없이 진행하고 있는 여름투쟁 실천단 들은 현대기림 오피스텔 동지들과 간담회 및 철농을 함께 진행하고 있고 오늘 하루의 평가를 마지막으로 첫일정을 사수했습니다.

Beside my daily fight with the German bureaucracy ?Agency For 밯ork? but they don뭪 have any work for the 5.000.000 unemployed people here (maybe later more about it...), finding a room for me (now I have one, in the same house I was living before, at least until Dec.), registration... ?today I got a editing place. Ha, and directly opposite of my house. In a youth center/club, actually created for the youngsters of the migrants here. But actually the youth don뭪 use it, so I can use...

It뭩 really incredible that here in this big sunny room with many computers no one is sitting, except the staff of the center... and me. The youth prefers the 밣C-bang? where they have to pay... I really don뭪 understand!

But anyway, next week I can begin to edit my last stuff. And next Saturday there will be a big event, called 밶ction day against fascism, racism and war??and of course I뭠l join and report about it.

According to the German daily “Junge Welt” (9.06) special units of the Police of the Palestinian Authority (the so-called Palestinian Gov’t) attacked a rally of unemployed people, who gathered in front of the city hall of Khan Yunis, demanding more jobs for the poorest. Some of the demonstrators started to throw stones to the cops after they started to attack the protestors. Later on the cops started to shoot with life ammunition in the crowd and injured several of the demonstrators. I think there is no comment necessary!

Stuff happens.

And when you combine limited government with incompetent government, lethal stuff happens.

America is once more plunged into a snake pit of anarchy, death, looting, raping, marauding thugs, suffering innocents, a shattered infrastructure, a gutted police force, insufficient troop levels and criminally negligent government planning. But this time it's happening in America.

W. drove his budget-cutting Chevy to the levee, and it wasn't dry. Bye, bye, American lives. "I don't think anyone anticipated the breach of the levees," he told Diane Sawyer.

Shirt-sleeves rolled up, W. finally landed in Hell yesterday and chuckled about his wild boozing days in "the great city" of N'Awlins. He was clearly moved. "You know, I'm going to fly out of here in a minute," he said on the runway at the New Orleans International Airport, "but I want you to know that I'm not going to forget what I've seen." Out of the cameras' range, and avoided by W., was a convoy of thousands of sick and dying people, some sprawled on the floor or dumped on baggage carousels at a makeshift M*A*S*H unit inside the terminal.

Why does this self-styled "can do" president always lapse into such lame "who could have known?" excuses.

Who on earth could have known that Osama bin Laden wanted to attack us by flying planes into buildings? Any official who bothered to read the trellis of pre-9/11 intelligence briefs.

Who on earth could have known that an American invasion of Iraq would spawn a brutal insurgency, terrorist recruiting boom and possible civil war? Any official who bothered to read the C.I.A.'s prewar reports.

Who on earth could have known that New Orleans's sinking levees were at risk from a strong hurricane? Anybody who bothered to read the endless warnings over the years about the Big Easy's uneasy fishbowl.

In June 2004, Walter Maestri, emergency management chief for Jefferson Parish, fretted to The Times-Picayune in New Orleans: "It appears that the money has been moved in the president's budget to handle homeland security and the war in Iraq, and I suppose that's the price we pay. Nobody locally is happy that the levees can't be finished, and we are doing everything we can to make the case that this is a security issue for us."

Not only was the money depleted by the Bush folly in Iraq; 30 percent of the National Guard and about half its equipment are in Iraq.

Ron Fournier of The Associated Press reported that the Army Corps of Engineers asked for $105 million for hurricane and flood programs in New Orleans last year. The White House carved it to about $40 million. But President Bush and Congress agreed to a $286.4 billion pork-filled highway bill with 6,000 pet projects, including a $231 million bridge for a small, uninhabited Alaskan island.

Just last year, Federal Emergency Management Agency officials practiced how they would respond to a fake hurricane that caused floods and stranded New Orleans residents. Imagine the feeble FEMA's response to Katrina if they had not prepared.

Michael Brown, the blithering idiot in charge of FEMA - a job he trained for by running something called the International Arabian Horse Association - admitted he didn't know until Thursday that there were 15,000 desperate, dehydrated, hungry, angry, dying victims of Katrina in the New Orleans Convention Center.

Was he sacked instantly? No, our tone-deaf president hailed him in Mobile, Ala., yesterday: "Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job."

It would be one thing if President Bush and his inner circle - Dick Cheney was vacationing in Wyoming; Condi Rice was shoe shopping at Ferragamo's on Fifth Avenue and attended "Spamalot" before bloggers chased her back to Washington; and Andy Card was off in Maine - lacked empathy but could get the job done. But it is a chilling lack of empathy combined with a stunning lack of efficiency that could make this administration implode.

When the president and vice president rashly shook off our allies and our respect for international law to pursue a war built on lies, when they sanctioned torture, they shook the faith of the world in American ideals.

When they were deaf for so long to the horrific misery and cries for help of the victims in New Orleans - most of them poor and black, like those stuck at the back of the evacuation line yesterday while 700 guests and employees of the Hyatt Hotel were bused out first - they shook the faith of all Americans in American ideals. And made us ashamed.

Who are we if we can't take care of our own?

What뭩 going on nowadays in the U.S. its a disaster, just a monstrous drama. Of course the main victims are the poor there (and we should find a way to support them, or at least to show our solidarity). On the other hand the entire system in the U.S.A. (a.k.a. U.S.-Imperialism) got hurt ?and you can believe it ?really hard. Much harder than ever before. In German you cold say: Die sind voll im Arsch!! It seems that the society there, at least in the affected areas, is now collapsing. Such as in Iraq... Its just a process of complete social dissolution! The German media, the bourgeois, but also the 뱇eft?is watching it complete malicious. But believe it, or not ?they뭠l be the next! Already here are disastrous situations (of course especially for the poorest in the 뱒ociety?. And we as the progressive movement have to analyze and use this situation. How? Maybe some one of my comrades has an answer, any idea?!

PS.: Cuba want?s to help the victims in the U.S. Golf Region (Cuba, even usually they?ve nothing, has many well educated doctors). But m... f... Bush said: NO. Cuba wanted to send ?in the shortest time 1000 doctors and 26,4 tons of medicine?, according to the Germans daily Junge Welt. This make it more clear, that the U.S. gov?t don?t want to help the victims, especially the poor, seriously. What they bring about humanity is just BLA, BLA....

Today (at home, I mean, 09.1) 64 years ago, fascist Germany started the WW II, with the attack against Poland. The Japanese Imperialists actually started the war several years before against China... Usually the progressive people all over the world reminded this day and demonstrated against war and 밒mperialist terror? Coming Saturday here in Berlin the fascists - the 밊reien Kameradschaften?(free brotherhoods) and the NPD (national 밺emocratic?party of Germany), the most radical groups in this scene (they뭨e still strong supporters of the A. Hitler, they killed in the last 15 years mote than hundred foreigners, disabled people or just people, such as punx, anti-fascists, or just anyone they didn뭪 like (well, this is the reality in the middle of Europe, in Germany) ?want to demonstrate against the US-Imperialism, neo-liberalism and the 밓ewish domination?(and of course for the liberation of Palestine).

 

Of course we뭠l try to fight them back!

 

But they뭨e in Europe some of the most strong supporters of the Iraqi 뱑esistance? Even in the beginning of the attack against the Baath regime they supported very strongly the S. Hussein regime (the same they did with the S. Milosevic regime in the 90th). And by the way, they also support N. Korea, because there is the 뱋nly real national socialism, there it is clean and order... and no foreigners, so one of the leaders of the NPD after a visit in P.Y., several years ago.

 

Well, it뭩 just a beginning.... of my thoughts... It will be continued...

The (old) Anti-imperialism... Many people, like some of my friends/comrades (or whatever) are saying, that the Iraq will be the new Vietnam (VN) for the U.S. Imperialism. But the anti-imperialist struggle - no matter if it was in VN or in the metropolises of the West (was there a struggle against that in S. Korea?) ?had the aim of a free, progressive future (uhoo, finally....). The goal of the struggle of the so-called Iraqi 뱑esistance?is a free , reactionary future, nothing else (Please remember one of the latest attacks, where they killed by two simultaneous attacks dozens of Iraqis and a short while later they bombed the nearest hospital in this area...). If this is progressive, if this a kind of 뱑esistance? we have to support, then...

 

The Vietnamese people just wanted to have their freedom, and peace and the possibility to construct a progressive (lately...???) society. The Iraqi 뱑esistance?want the freedom to eliminate any kind of freedom completely!! Of course the war against the Iraq was to criticize, but finally it was the result of the struggle of two disliked, reactionary, criminal systems. And to support this ?definitely ?it should be not our business!!

介绍了雇用许可制度 (EPS) 以后工作条款更坏了。工钱向底下、常常同志在宿舍解雇了。雇用许可制度　(EPS)　让雇主、老伴　跟我们做一年的工作合同，所以我们每年用新的。这样我们的权利没有保护。

今后外来劳工还是非法的比合法的奴隶工人。另外的外来劳工（移民工人）要求自己挑选工作单位、三个根本的权利、四个工作保护。　可惜韩国的政治只好对有权势的、有好多钱的人。　但是我们将来时是我们同意。团结就是力量！有组织的工人只为工作许可制度 (WPS)而奋斗！　

停住崩溃！　停住

帮我们达到给合法的许可对每个不证件的外来咯共（移民工人）！

we get it just with the agreement of our employers. But if we’re active for our labor rights, for instance, the employers will not give an agreement for a new visa. And on this way we’ll be illegal too!
