Advisor to DPRK Foreign Ministry Issues Statement
Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- Kim Kye Gwan, advisor to the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK, released the following statement on Nov. 18:
Reading an article posted by President Trump on Twitter on Nov. 17, I interpreted it as a signification indicative of another DPRK-U.S. summit.
Three rounds of DPRK-U.S. summit meetings and talks were held since June last year, but no particular improvement has been achieved in the DPRK-U.S. relations. And the U.S. only seeks to earn time, pretending it has made progress in settling the issue of the Korean peninsula.
We are no longer interested in such talks that bring nothing to us.
As we have got nothing in return, we will no longer gift the U.S. president with something he can boast of, but get compensation for the successes that President Trump is proud of as his administrative achievements.
If the U.S. truly wants to keep on dialogue with the DPRK, it had better make a bold decision to drop its hostile policy towards the DPRK.

U.S. Should not Dream about Negotiation for Denuclearization
Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Chol, chairman of the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee, made public the following statement on Nov. 18:
The U.S. secretary of Defense said on Nov. 17 that the U.S. decided to suspend the joint aerial drill with south Korea, adding that north Korea should make a "good response" to the U.S. "measure of good will" and come back to the negotiation without any condition.
The U.S. tries to make a good impression as if it contributes to peace and stability on the Korean peninsula, describing the suspension as "consideration for and concession" to someone. But, we demand that the U.S. quit the drill or stop it once and for all.
The suspension of the drill does not mean ensuring peace and security on the Korean peninsula and is not helpful to the diplomatic efforts for the settlement of issues.
If the U.S. is concerned about the DPRK-U.S. dialogue, the question is why it persistently depends on "human rights" racket, sanctions and pressure aiming at defaming and stifling the DPRK, its dialogue partner.
From the viewpoint of the international community, such behavior of the U.S. may be seen vague as the one confused and contradictory, but the DPRK clearly see it.
The U.S. is resorting to every crafty artifice, obsessed with hostility towards the DPRK, seeking to earn time to get out of the critical situation in the run-up to the year in and year out.
The U.S. always calls for negotiation for denuclearization, but there is no room to say about the negotiation before the complete and irrevocable withdrawal of its hostile policy toward the DPRK, the root cause of the nuclear issue of the Korean peninsula.
We have nothing pressing and have no intention to sit on the table with the tricky U.S.
From now on, the DPRK will get due compensation for every administrative achievement the U.S. president has talked too much about for over a year.
It will be possible to consult the denuclearization only when confidence-building between the DPRK and the U.S. goes first and all the threats to the security and development of the DPRK are removed, rather than discuss the issues for the improvement of DPRK-U.S. relations and establishment of peace mechanism within the framework of negotiation for denuclearization.
The U.S. should not dream of the negotiations for denuclearization before dropping its hostile policy toward the DPRK.
Rabid Dog Must Be Beaten to Death!
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- A rabid dog in the U.S. has another fit of spasm, being greedy for power.
Biden bereft of elementary appearance as a human being, much less a politician, again reeled off a string of rubbish against the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.
A crow is never whiter for often washing. Biden, still going reckless, not coming to his senses though he was censured and rejected by all people, must be a rabid dog only keen on getting at others' throats.
Such rabid dog is second to none in craftiness in seeking its own interests.
A typical example is in 2011 when he, as the then vice-president, categorically rejected the preparations being pushed forward in the U.S. to kill Osama bin Laden.
He reportedly called for reconsidering the operation, because in case the operation goes futile, Obama will not be able to come to power and he will also have to say goodbye to his comfortable life in the White House.
Such a profiteer who ran for the two failed presidential elections has now gone zealous in another presidential election campaign, wandering about like a starving field dog.
He even forgot the name of Obama, whom he had served, and called him his senior, a sign of the final stage of dementia. It seems time has come for him to depart his life.
No wonder, even the Americans call him "1% Biden" with low I.Q., "mad Biden", and "Biden not awakened from a sleep".
Such a guy had the temerity to dare slander the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. It was the last-ditch efforts of the rabid dog expediting his death.
Biden, listen carefully.
Anyone who dare slanders the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, can never spare the DPRK's merciless punishment whoever and wherever. And he will be made to see even in a grave what horrible consequences will be brought about by his thoughtless utterances.
Rabid dogs like Biden can hurt lots of people if they are allowed to run about. They must be beaten to death with a stick, before it is too late.
Doing so will be beneficial for the U.S. also.

The DPRK led by the Supreme Leader is a genuine people's country whose mode of existence is to solemnly respect the people and make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people. There is no great man in the world but the Supreme Leader who loves the country and the people heart and soul and devotes his all to them.
