First of all, in a democratic society, individuals have every right to express themselves freely, both on- and off-line.

I was surprise at their skillful media manipulations; please refer to attached KBS1, SBS news.

You can see the warning report regards suffer from a flood while unusually heavy rain, I guess it is aimed that make justify their policy relating “four rivers project”

I suppose that the project need to build up more advanced & safety country, but the point is that it has the priority of social issues.

As I know, they are able to control the weather by using special abilities, such as make a thunderbolt, make rains. I witness that they generated thunderbolts and make rains since 2006.

At least, they tried to media manipulations to do justify last their policy because that I criticize their policy going to slightly wrong while suggesting the best of best series.

I think that the under the ongoing ""four-rivers"" project, as a key policy defining the Lee Myung-bak administration is losing the key point how to build up the advanced welfare country.

LEE’s Administration has poured over $22 billion into “the four rivers project” still.

The $22 billion can be make solution the part of poverty in South-Korea at one sweep, in other worlds; it is able to ending poverty in country.

There are so many social problems in Korea such as needy destitute persons, an orphan Childs, low-income earners and self-employed small business owners, disadvantaged youth, lower social welfare than other OECD countries, unbalanced landscape developed, higher unemployment rate, increase of non-regular workers, decrease decent jobs, strengthen social polarization.

We can achieve the goals to solve so many social problems, if we should have invested the $22 billion for shadow & injustice region under perfect efficiency plan.

The Best of Best series will indicate that’s point, nevertheless they’d like to trying to ridicule to me continuously.

I think that four river project is a matter of the least importance

All we need is construct harmonious country, even though the mad dogs try to turn it upside down. Our last destination should be the Utopia world.

Of course, we would rather stay nothing to do than try to something to do, but it should be deal with secondary matters for the priority of social issue.

The central and local governments, which have poured $20 billion into bettering water quality over the past decade, are vowing to lift it to the second grade by 2015.

Abnormal quantities of green algae, currently spreading rapidly along the Han River, are the source of dispute over whether the environmental problem is due to the Four Rivers Restoration Project.

Environmental groups and several researchers claim green algae is caused by the construction project, whereas the government strongly denies this, attributing the problem to the continuing scorching heat raising the water temperature and providing the perfect environment for the algae to bloom

A discussion forum was held at the Korea Green Foundation located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Thursday, on the green algae problem and several environmental science educators raised questions over whether the environmental problem is simply attributed to high water temperatures caused by the continuing heat wave.

“The cause of the recent multiple simultaneous spread of the green algae phenomenon may to be attributed to the construction of reservoirs that was part of the Four Rivers Restoration Project by the government. It looks like the reservoirs blocked the water way and helped the spread of the algae,” said Kim Jwa-kwan, professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering at the Catholic University of Pusan, at the forum.
