They tried to obstruct to uploading on the internet for KBS1, SBS news, because of concerning the copyrights matters.
I don’t understand why the News have a copyrights?;even though it is not drama & movies.

I think that the News operate for the public, not relating with private copyrights, even though they tried to insist on the reason why to obstructing for the news uploading on the internet. LEE’s people must be very skillful fire foxes, as you know.(mad dogs = layman). Obviously, the news must be open everyone freely.
Why tried to they are obstructing for the News uploading on the internet? It can be proved that the news may be manipulated the image & contents by someone.
I guess that they tried to deceive to me as if the society is controlled by intention of mine outwardly, even though I never get what I want actually.
Because that I see the same accidents going to increase suddenly on the TV news, when I thought that I have got to extremely act on to solve the marriage cheating problem for 7 years mission impossible.
By this ways, they tried to deceive & ridicule to me continually.
I guess that the most of crimes may be occurred by using Ether AVATAR; or put the person into act on the crimes due to mind control state or media manipulation.

Because of lower speed area, the noise is becoming the smaller than high speed area. As you know, the residents around railroad face in severe noisy, even though built up sound absorbing walls.
Also, the railways are vulnerable to traffic accident at a railway crossing. Also, the train ran off the track more frequently. As I know, at the past happen to so many traffic accidents at a railway crossing and ran off the track.
Also, the KTX trains have so many accidents, even though it was more lighten for good luck. But we must be more careful manage it regards super high speed railways over 300km/H. The accident must be going to a huge disaster, if the KTX take an accident over 300km/H.

Most passengers and bystanders have said that the train appeared to have been travelling too fast. A train collision occurred at about 8:30 pm Saturday (July 23, 2011) on a bridge near Wenzhou of China when bullet train D301 (modal CRH2-139E) rear-ran into D3115 (modal CRH1-046B), which allegedly lost power after lightning strike. It has killed 35 people and left 192 others injured, as a spokesman of the Ministry of China Railways said.
A rush hour collision in Germany between a passenger train and a construction engine has killed three people and injured a further 13 near the towns of Muelheim and Offenbach.
The commuter train, travelling between nearby Frankfurt and Hanau, hit a construction vehicle in the early hours of Friday morning, which was still on the track following overnight maintenance work.

KTX 문제점
One of the matters for KTX is more uncomfortable seat than SAEMAUL Trains. I remember it that the past SAEMAUL express train installed on the best compostable & luxurious seat each train. Besides, most of facilities inner KTX are lagging behind & slightly outmoded state, even though getting on it need very expensive.

As far as I know, most of western people prefer to harder seat than eastern people.
In case of automobile, most of western people prefer to harder frame, but almost eastern people dislike it.
KTX have the uncomfortable seat due to introduce original TGV without any change for Korean people.

제가 볼 때는, 철도청 및 국가기관 공무원들이 사전에 면밀하게 검토하고 검증하여, 소비자 니즈와 국민적 정서를 감안하여, 설계를 변경하고, 한국인의 취향에 맞게 개조하여 수입해도 늦지 않았을 일이었다는 점입니다.일을 제대로 안 했다는 얘기입니다. 제가 주창하는Best of Best 시리즈가 바로 이런 점을 개선해 나가자는 것입니다. 아마추어들이 아닌, 전문가들, 프로급 장인들이 가득한 나라가 되어야만, 세계 일류의 선진국으로 발돋움을 할 수 있다는 사실을 항상 잊어서는 안 됩니다.

For the unknown reason, it is very strange spectacles to me that it look like another world such as Astral planes or the Matrix.

When you go to Japan, it is a must that you take the Shinkansenat least 1 time. This train is comfortable like business class and very fast too. People from Europe can compare it with the TGV/Eurostar/Thalys, but the Shinkansens look cooler ;p.
But I've really begun to admire the amazing feats that the Japanese have done for the Shinkansen lines. Yesterday I followed the San-yo Shinkansen line from Osaka to Hakata (from central Japan to West-Japan) on Google Earth and I was totally amazed. The first Shinkansen line was made from Tokyo to Osaka in the 1960s (the Tokaido Shinkansen), but the the extension to Hakata came in the early 1970s.
The route from Tokyo to Osaka doesn't have many mountains so they took the shortest route along major cities. Already on this route many of the tracks for the Shinkansen are laid on bridges, over land, water and cities. (the Japanese really know how to build bridges, as they really build almost every train line on bridges or underground).
But the route for the San-yo Shinkansen to Hakata is truly amazing. They litterally took the shortest route between major cities along the way while also avoiding putting track in dense residential areas. But this route means going through many many mountains, as this part of Japan has quite a lot of mountains. This means building many long tunnels and more bridges in between. This must have been an engineers dream and hell to accomplish this extraordinary feat. Oh, and the route is about 600km long. The total route from Tokyo to Hakata is almost 1200km which can be done at the fastest in 5 hours using the Nozomi service, which stops at the least number of stations. But the Nozomi is of course the most expensive one, and not covered by the Japan Rail Pass. They can only take the Hikari or Kodama (which stops in every station) service. Only the Nozomi does the whole route from Tokyo to Hakata without transfer to another service.

I really don’t want to blame another people; nevertheless they are not allowing it.
Obviously, I had been gotten all of updates for windows 7 yesterday, Nevertheless, I see unfinished updates message on the screen.

KBS2는 12.12 군사반란으로 정권을 장악한 5공화국 전두환 정권에 의하여, TBC 동양방송에서 KBS2로 병합된 방송사다.
과거 TBC 동양방송을 시청한 분들은 다 아시겠지만, 그래도 그 당시는 TBC가 가장 세련되고 재미가 있는 방송사였지 않느냐 하는 생각이다. 그러나 12.12사태 이후 등장한 신군부 전두환 정권에 의하여, KBS 서브 방송사로 전락한다.
이 문제는 이미 거론했지만, 대기업 재벌이 방송 언론까지 보유하는 문제를 막은 조치로 평가될 수도 있고, TV 방송 드라마 등 기타 국민들에게 즐거움과 여흥을 주는 컨텐츠들의 질적인 저하를 가져 온 조치로 평가될 수도 있겠다. 좋은 면도 있고, 나쁜 면도 있었다는 생각이다.
당시 TBC는 삼성그룹 소유였고, 이게 그대로 유지되었다면 오늘 날 삼성의 파워는 무소불위를 넘어서는 막강 파워 그 자체였을 것이다.
그러나 방송 컨텐츠 문화의 질적 저하를 유발하는 문제를 동시에 발생시켰다는 점이다. 무엇이든 Main이 되지 않으면, 서자 취급받고, 무성의하게 어떤 업무처리가 이뤄지기 마련인데, KBS2도 그런 모양새로 전락했다는 생각을 해 본다.

이후 SBS가 상업방송으로 새롭게 등장했지만, TBC 수준(그 당시와는 물론 비교가 안 되겠지만)을 보여주지 못한다는 개인적인 견해다. KBS2는 TBC에서 KBS2 서브 방송사로 병합된 후, 침체된 상태를 유지했다고 보이는데, 현재도 "이렇다 할 뚜렷한 색깔을 지니지 못한, 서브 방송사의 위상을 보여주고 있다"는 개인 의견이다.

이는 국가적 낭비가 아닐까? KBS1은 공영방송사 개념인데, 주로 시사, 교양, 뉴스 분야가 강점이고, 또 그래야 하는 방송사다. 공영방송 사에서 방송사를 2개씩 가지고 있을 이유가 없다는 생각이며, KBS2는 공영방송도 아니고 상업방송도 아닌 어정쩡한 상태에 머물고 있다는 점에서 특히 더 그렇다는 생각이다.

9호선은 최근 완공된 지하철로서 비교적 깨끗하고 세련된 지하철 역사와 시설을 보여 준다.

KBS2를 상업방송, 민영화해야 한다는 개인적 의견이다. 이런 규모의 방송사를 서브 방송사 개념으로 운영하고 있다는 것은 국가적 낭비이며 손실이다. 국민들에게 제공될 수 있는 다각적인 방송 문화 오락 컨텐츠들이 제한되고 있다는 점에서다.
신군부에 의한 방송 언론 통폐합조치로, 1980년 11월 30일부로 TBC 동양방송과 동아방송 등이 종방하고 문을 닫는다.
현재의 KBS2 방송국은 과거 TBC 동양방송국이었다. 나도 들었는데, 황인용 씨가 FM에서 눈물을 흘리며, 동양방송의 폐쇄를 알리는 마지막 방송이었다. FM 라디오다. 아마도 1980년 같다. 내가 고등학교 3학년 때다. 이 당시 황인용 씨는 엉엉 울더구만...
무엇이든 서브가 되면, 전력질주하지 못하게 되는 법인데, 원래부터 TV를 많이 안 보는 편이지만, 간혹 볼 때마다, KBS2는 항상 그 자리에 머물고 있다는 느낌, 이렇다 할 특색이 없다는 느낌, 저기 대가집 서자 같다는 그런 느낌을 받게 된다는 점이다. 그래서 KBS2는 아예 안 보게 된다.(저만 그렇게 생각하나여? ㅎㅎ)
KBS1은 시사, 뉴스 분야를 보면서 보게 되지만, KBS2는 뉴스, 시사, 드라마 등 전반적 분야에서 꼴찌라고 하면 좀 이상하지만, KBS1에 가려서 맥을 못 추고 있다는 느낌이다. 시사, 뉴스 분야는 KBS1 형님이 다 가져 가시고, 드라마나 오락 엔터테인먼트 쪽은 또 준공무원 조직의 영향을 받아서, 이것도 아니고 저것도 아닌 요상한 형태를 보인다는 점이다.(SBS, MBC에 밀리고 치이고, 잘 모르지만 그런 것 같다)
그래서KBS2는 뉴스도 볼 것이 없고, 드라마, 시사, 교양도 볼 것이 없다는 생각이 들고, 이렇다할 톡톡 튀는 아이디어라든지 좀 더 잘해 보려는 열정이나 정열, 시도 같은 것이 보이지 않는 "무색 무취의 방송사"로 느껴진다는 것은 지나친 생각일까? 나는 잘 모르지만, 국가적인 낭비이고 손실이 아니냐는 생각이다. 서자, 서브 방송사의 한계라고 할 것들이라는 생각이다.
잘 크는 놈 하나 죽여서 바~~보 만들었다는 식으로 생각되기도 하는데, TBC를 죽여서 이상한 상태로 만들었다는 생각이다.
TBC 드라마가 그 당시 가장 재미가 있었다는 생각인데, 요 3명의 여자 탤런트들 때문이기도 했다. 장미희, 유지인, 정윤희
그 당시도 보면, 타 방송사 탤런트들에 비해서, 상당히 매력적이다, 괜찮아 보인다, 세련되어 보인다 하면 TBC 소속인 경우가 많았다.
장미희 씨는 전두환 씨로 인해 많은 고난을 겪은 탤런트로 알려져 있기도 하다. 이순자 여사의 질투, 시기라는 설도 있다. 지금 이들은 어디서 뭘 하고 있을까? 궁금하기도 하다.
김창숙, 유지인을 좋아 했던 기억이~~
연예계의 대모, 강부자 씨도 TBC 소속? 청와대, 문광부와도 관계가 깊을 듯~ 문화 연예인 성상납 관리부.
이순재, 이낙훈 씨(작고)도 참 인상이 좋은 분들이었다. 당시는 TBC가 제일 재미가 있었는데, 여기의 강점은, "탤런트 연예인들이 전 국민적으로 인기가 있었던 분들이 많았다는 점과 드라마, 쇼 프로그램이나 오락 엔터테인먼트 프로그램 진행이 가장 세련되어 있었고, 재미가 있었다는 점, 그리고 외화, 영화 부분도 대부분은, KBS, MBC에 비해서 재미있는 명작들이 많이 소개되었다는 측면일 것이다.
당시는 아마도 제일 재미가 없었던 방송사가 KBS였던 기억이고, MBC는 지금도 그렇지만 항상 중간, TBC가 가장 잘했던 기억이다. 나중에 KBS는 시사 교양 다큐멘터리 부분에서 발군의 실력을 보여준다는 측면으로 생각되었지만, 어쨌든 그 때는 그랬던 기억이다. 지금도 KBS1은 시사 뉴스 교양 다큐멘터리 부분에서는 Best급의 실력을 보여 준다. 공영방송사이므로 당연히 그렇게 해야 하고, 앞으로도 그렇게 가야 할 방송사가 KBS1이다.
MBC의 강점은, 사극 부분(장희빈 같은 사극들)이었던 것 같은데, 2000년대 들어서는, KBS1이 사극의 주도권을 잡은 느낌이다. 용의 눈물이니, 태조 왕건, 칼의 노래 이순신 등의 대하사극 드라마가 히트를 치면서 주도권을 잡은 듯 하다.
하지만 결과적으로 KBS2는 이도 저도 아닌 개밥그릇 신세가 된 느낌이다.
개선되어야 한다고 생각된다.

고로, 다시 경쟁입찰 붙여서, 대기업 재벌 제외하고, 중견기업(재벌이 아닌 대기업 포함, 정부기준) 수준에서, 민영화하는 방안이 검토되어야 한다는 의견이다. 상업방송으로 다시 돌아가는 것, 독립된 방송사로 거듭 나는 것이 필요하다는 생각이다.
경쟁이 치열하면, 이익은 국민에게 돌아가는데, 방송 문화 오락 엔터테인먼트 등 제반 컨텐츠의 질이 높아지게 될 것이 기대되기 때문이다. 일자리도 늘지 않을까?
경제를 활성화한다는 것은, 여러가지 방법이 있는데, 이런 것도 한가지 방법이라는 생각이다. 불 꺼지고 침체된 사무실(현재의 KBS2)보다는, 바쁘게 돌아가고, 경쟁에서 이기기 위한 치열한 의지와 분주함을 보이는 사무실(상업방송화 하여 새 출발한 방송사)이 더 경제에 좋은 영향을 줄 것은 자명하다.
경제는, 여러 가지 방법으로 활성화할 수 있다고 보이는데, 우리는 통상적으로 과거에 그렇게 했으니까 그런가 보다 하고 넘어가는 면들이 많지 않느냐 하는 생각을 해 보게 된다.(물론 방송사 하나 더 상업화 한다고 해서 크게 달라지지는 않겠지만, 예를 든다면 그렇다)
일본 같은 경우는 아마도 공중파 TV 방송사가 7개 정도 되는 것으로 알고 있습니다만.
침체된 방송 문화를 되살린다는 측면에서도, KBS2는 다시 상업방송으로 돌아가야 한다는 개인적 의견입니다.
KBS2 앞의 조그마한 공원. 어딜가도 연못, 호수, 분수대 그런 건 없는 것이 대한민국의 공원들 특징이다. 그나마 이런 공원이라도 있는 동네는 다행~

사진에서 보듯, 시민공원, 휴식처 근처는, 일광욕을 위한 넓은 잔디공간과 체육시설이 있고, 배후에는 그늘을 제공하는 아름드리 거목들이나 잘 조성된 수풀들이 존재한다. 그리고 그 뒤는 상가나 레스토랑 등이 자리잡는다.
한강변에는 이런 곳이 없다. 보통 사람들이 가족 단위로 나와서 즐길 때, 반드시 주변에 휴식처로서의 그늘을 제공해 주는 수풀이 존재해야 하고, 또 가족이든 연인이든 앉아서 식사도 하고 흥겹게 대화하고 놀 수 있는 공간이 필요하다는 점이다.
과거 나는 베트남을 방문했을 때, 하노이의 한 호수가를 간 적이 있는데, 여기도 호수를 배경으로 해서 많은 카페, 노천 카페, 레스토랑 등이 존재함을 볼 수 있었다. 베트남은 프랑스 지배를 받았는데, 아마도 프랑스 사람들이 그렇게 만든 것으로 보인다.

프랑스 사람들이 만든 건물 같은데요. 한국 큰소리만 치지 말고, 좀 더 살기 좋은 나라를 만들고자 노력해야 합니다. Best of Best는 나라 망신 시키자고 주장하는 글들이 아닙니다. 제가 그동안 돌아다니면서 보고 느낀 점들을 정리해 보는 것입니다. 우리 나라도 그렇게 하면 어떨까 하는 의도인 것이죠. 그런데 한 마디만 하면 여기 저기서 벌떼처럼 난리를 칩니다. 애고~~~ 군상들아.

우리에게 그런 장소가 있는가를 나는 반문해 본다. 공원이나 휴식처 개념이라면, 이런 배경적 요소들이 들어가야 하지 않을까?
우리의 한강변은, 주로 럭셔리 고급 아파트 군이 점령하고 있는데, 이로서 한강 변에 아무 것도 없는 이유가 된다는 점이다. 돈이 많아야 럭셔리 아파트에서 살면서, 한강을 조망할 수 있다는 얘기인데, 이는 뭔가 잘못된 것이 아닐까?
한강변에, 일정 구역을 두고, 거대 복합 상가, 카페, 레스토랑 지역이 조성되어야 한다. 그리고 이 지역을 기반으로 해서, 앞 부분은, 오픈된 형태로, 잔디공원 및 수목이 무성한 공원 형태를 만들고, 사람들이 누구나 가족이나 연인 단위로 찾아가서 한강을 조망하며, 식사도 하고, 대화도 하고 즐길 수 있어야 한다고 본다. 우리는 그런 곳이 없다. 미사리? 저기 청평? 양평? 너무 멀잖아. 그리고 거기 가도 강을 조망하면서, 가족, 연인끼리 즐길 수 있는 공간이 별로 없다. 그리고 너무 멀고. 서울시내에서 그런 것들을 즐길 수 있게 해야 한다는 의견이다.
서울시내로 들어오면, 한강 변은 완전히 럭셔리 아파트들이 독점하는 형태다. 그리고 일반 시민들이 즐기라고 공원을 만들 긴 했는데, 가 보면, 공원만 있는 개념이다. 이건 뭔가 잘못된 것 아닐까? 중국도 이렇지 않다. 중국도 가면, 호수나 그런 곳에 노천식당, 카페, 레스토랑이 즐비하다. 2007년 9월 중국 북경 방문 시 나는 그러한 광경도 많이 보았다. 우리 나라만 없어. 왜 그럴까?
유럽, 미국 등 서양사람들이 사는 나라가 왜 우리보다 살기 좋다는 평가를 받고 있을까? 한번 쯤 생각해 볼 필요는 없을까?

88 올림픽 도로의 풍경들. 여긴 제한 속도가 100km/h 이지만, 종종 시속 150km 이상으로 질주하는 도로이기도 하다. 이 도로를 타고 끝까지 가면 팔당 댐, 미사리 유원지에 도달한다.
과거 2006년 경, 연예인 같아 보이는 여자를 미사리 유원지 끝, 팔당 댐 근처에서 본 기억이 난다. 누군지는 잘 모르겠지만, 연예인 같았다.
이 당시는 자동차가 있어서, 여기 저기 기동력이 있게 다녔는데, 각하(?)께서 많은 은혜를 베풀어 주심에, 이제 발로 여행하는 처지가 되었다.

SM5 승용차가 지나간다. 이 차도 일제차량인데, 우리나라 회사에서는 조립만 한 제품이다. 회사 다니면서 타던 차량으로서, 상당히 잘 만든 차량이라는 생각을 해 보았다.
가격대는 현대 소나타 급이지만, 성능이나, 제반 안정성 측면으로 본다면, 소나타 대비 월등하다. 잔고장이 거의 없고, 고속 주행시 안정성 및 코너링 성능이 탁월하다. 다만 승차감이 떨어지는데, 현대 그랜저 급보다 한 단계 낮게 취급되는 이유라고 생각된다.
이 차를 차면 고속으로 달려도, 코너링 시 불안감이 거의 없다. 그만큼 코너링 성능이 좋다는 것이고, 고속질주 시 차체가 안정되어 있다는 점이다. 겉 모습은 그저 그래 보여도, 상당히 잘 만든 차량이다. 물론 르노 삼성이 만든 제품은 아니다. 혼다 일본 차량이다.
현대 그랜저 급에서 보여지는, 코너링, 고속 안정성이 이 차량에 공존한다.

멀리 한강 대교가 보인다. 여기까지 걸어 오는 동안, 잠시 쉴 곳도 없다는 점. 게다가 나무 수목들이 없어서 땡볕을 피할 그늘도 없는 곳.
개선될 필요가 있어 보인다.

88 올림픽 도로 아래로 들어오니 좀 시원해 진다. 88 올림픽 대로도, 사실 상 한강대교에 속한다 할 도로들이다.

한강대교의 모습이다. 교각을 보면, 상당히 오래 전에 만든 교각들이라는 것을 알 수 있는데, 본래 일제시대에 만들었다는 점이다.
무엇을 해도 최고를 만들자는 구호는 바로 이런 것들이다. 수백년을 가도 견고하게 버틸 수 있는 교각이나, 건축물, 도시 기반시설물 들을 만들어야 한다는 것이다. 제2의 성수대교 참사를 예방하고자 하는 노력과 주의는 오늘 날도 유효한지 서울특별시와 정부기관에 묻고자 한다.

이런 아파트들은 가격대가 상당히 높은데, 아마도 한강 조망권 때문 일 것이다. 과거 압구정동, 청담동에서 피자배달을 했는데, 이 당시도 배달을 가 보면, 강변을 조망할 수 있는 아파트 가격이 다른 지역보다 상당히 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
부자들이 산다고 보면 될 듯. 피자배달하고 돌아오면서 잠시 서서 보는 한강의 야경은 상당히 멋져 보였는데, 내가 이를 갈고 있는 이유다. 이를 가는 이유는, 이건희 씨, 이명박 씨가 잘 알 것으로 생각된다. 할 말이 있으신가?
