2. 공문서 위조 고소 건.

1차 고소는4월9일 경, 수사조차 하지 아니하고, 기각처리 함.

2차 고소 진행 중.

1, 2006년1월 경, 이건희와 삼성에서, 여자를 사귀고 결혼하면 여자를 통해서 재산을 주겠다고 제의(간접 방식 제의이므로, 직접 증거는 없으나, 정황적 증거는 무수하게 많음, 사진 자료 참조)

2, 이건희와 삼성의 제의에 따라, 길거리 연애가 시작됨, 본격적으로 시작된 시기는2006년5월부터 임.

3, 이건희와 삼성은 당초 제의와는 다르게 일을 시작하자, 교묘한 수법으로 사람을 괴롭히고 고통을 주며, 온갖 모욕과 수모, 심지어 폭행까지 당하게 만듬.

4, 2006년12월14일, 오후3시 경, 강남 압구정역 부근 미성 아파트 입구에서 처음 본 여자에게 말을 걸었다는 이유로, 여자가 경찰에 신고함, 미안하다고 말하고 돌아가려 했으나, 여자가 팔을 붙잡고 길을 막아서며, 경찰이 올 때까지 기다리라고 강요. 경찰에 연행됨, “불안감 조성”이라고 하는 해괴한 죄목으로 벌금5만원 스티커가 발부됨.

부당함을 주장하며 사인을 거부하고 파출소를 나옴.

5, 2007년3월22일 신촌 로터리 부근에서도 같은 일이 발생, 여자를 따라가서 사귀려고 말을 걸자, 여자가 경찰에 신고하여, 또 다시 신촌 파출소로 연행, “불안감 조성”이라고 하는 해괴한 죄목으로 벌금 스티커5만원 발부, 사인을 거부함.

이 당시 신고 여성은 눈에 핏발이 선 상태로서, 심하게 흥분하고 제 정신이 아닌 상태로 보여짐, 한번도 본 적이 없는 여성이며, 이 날 처음 압구정동 로데오 거리에서 본 후, 맘에 들어 따라가서 사귀려고 시도한 것임에도, 이해할 수 없는 적대감, 증오감 혹은 흥분감을 가지고 나를 대함. 해괴한 일은 수도 없이 벌어짐.

6, 2006년1월부터2012년10월 현재까지7년간 자행되고 있는 “여자 사귀고 결혼하면 보상받고 부자된다는 대박 이벤트”는 거짓과 기만, 사기에 가득 찬 악마들의 난장판이라는 사실을 밝혀 두고자 함.

7, 2건의 파출소 연행 외에도 수차에 걸쳐서 파출소 연행, 벌금 스티커 발부 및 모욕, 욕설, 수모, 폭행 등이 계속 발생됨.(일반 사람들이 모르는 방법으로 눈에 보이지 않는 장소에서 자행된 폭력과 욕설, 모욕과 파출소 연행등의 악랄하고 비열한 인권탄압 범죄임)

8, 파출소 연행 경범죄 스티커 발부 건 중, 내게 관청으로부터 송부된 “범칙금 납부 요구서”는 단1건으로2012년12월14일, 미성 아파트 건 뿐 임. 나머지 건은2012년10월 현재까지 단 한 건도 송부된 것이 없음.

9. 2006년12월14일 미성 건은, 2009년4월1일, 4월27일, 5월29일, 7월17일, 4차례에 걸쳐 범칙금 납부 요구서가 송부되어 옴.

10, 이후2009년8월17일 경, 방배 경찰서에서 문을식 경위 명의로, 2006년12월 미성 건으로 경찰서로 출두하라는 요구서가 발송됨.

11, 2009년8월26일 방배 경찰서로 출석하여, 문을식 경위와 함께 서울중앙지검으로 이동, 벌금을 납부함. (현재도 그렇지만, 이 당시도 내게 요구된 범칙금 납부 요구서는 단1건, 미성 건 뿐이었음)

벌금 납부 당시, 서울지검 벌금 담당자에게 “다른 범칙금이나 벌금이 있는가”를 문의하였으나, 담당자는 “더 이상 벌금이나 범칙금이 없다”고 답변, 방배 경찰서, 문을식 경위도 “1건만 언급함”

상식적으로, 교통위반, 경범죄 위반 등의 혐의로 범칙금이 부과되면, 그 즉시 경찰 및 검찰 행정 전산망에 범칙금 납부 내역이 등재되도록 되어 있으므로, 만일 이들이 범칙금 관련 건을 제대로 처리했다면, 이 당시, 이미 서너 건의 범칙금 내역이 경찰 전산망에 등재되어 있었을 것이고, 방배 경찰서 문을식 경위나 검찰 벌금 담당자도 이러한 건을 알고 있었을 것임. 그러나 이들은 오로지 미성 건1건만 언급.

또한 내게 요구된 범칙금 납부 요구서도 단1건 뿐이었음.

12. 이후 다시2009년9월28일 또 다시 미성 관련 범칙금 납부 요구서가 송부됨. 이 당시 행정착오로 판단, 대응하지 않음

13. 그러나 다시2009년12월9일 한대균 판사 명의로 즉결심판 출석 요구서가 송부됨, 같은 사건, 미성 아파트 건임.

행정착오 혹은 이건희와 삼성의 해코지로 판단, 대응하지 않음.

14. 이후 아무런 연락도 없다가, 다시2012년2월15일, 오후9시30분 경, 낙성대 역 주변 피시 방에서 지갑을 도난 당하여, 낙성지구대 파출소로 신고하자, 경찰관3명이 출동하여 사건 경위를 조사.

15. 지갑 분실 사건 경위를 조사하던 중, 경찰관들이 파출소로 가자고 함. 파출소로 이동, 경찰관들이 조서를 작성하던 중, 당신에게 벌금 수배령이 내려져 있다고 말함. 확인해 보니, 2006년12월14일 미성 아파트 건임. 나보고 벌금10만원을 납부하라고 요구함.

그러나 당시, 지갑에 든160만원을 도난 당한 상태라서, 벌금을 납부할 돈이 없는 상태였음. 그래서 경찰관들에게 근처에 집이 있으니, 잠시만 보내 주면, 돈을 가져와서 납부하겠다고 말함.

그러나 경찰관들이 이를 거부함. 그리고 무조건 관악경찰서로 가자고 하며, 본인을 경찰 순찰차에 태워 관악 경찰서 유치장으로 이송.

16. 2012년2월15일 오후10시30분 경, 관악 경찰서 유치장으로 이동, 유치장 담당 형사에게도, “집에 보내주면 돈을 가지고 와서 벌금을 납부하겠다”고 말했으나, 담당 형사들이 인상을 북북 긁고, 협박함.

“죄를 지어서 유치장까지 왔으면 조용히 있으라”는 요지의 발언을 하고 여차하면 두들겨 패겠다는 험악한 분위기를 조성함.

결국 관악 경찰서 유치장에15시간 구속됨.

17. 이후2012년2월16일 오전10시 두 명의 형사가 손에 수갑을 채우고, 서울중앙지검으로 이송, 서울중앙지검 벌금 담당자 앞으로 가자, 벌금 담당자는 “2일 간 유치장에서 살았으므로 그냥 나가라”고 답변, 풀려남.

18. 본 건 관련, 공문서 위조라는 판단 하에2012년3월 경 서울지검에 공문서 위조 건으로 고소하였으나, 조사조차 하지 않고2012년4월9일 기각 처리함. (2012 형제28256)

19. 반복되는 결혼 관련 사기범죄와 인권탄압 행위에 도저히 더 참을 수 없다는 판단 하에 그간 벌어진 사건에 대해서 재고소하기로 결정.

20. 2012년9월13일 오후16시20분 국가 인권위원회에 동건 관련 진정서 제출.

21. 2012년9월4일 서울중앙지검에 “공문서 위조”관련 고소장 제출

22. 2012년9월5일 국민권익위원회에 “진정서” 제출.

23. 2012년9월27일 오전10시, 관악 경찰서 이기혁 형사 앞으로 출석, 관련 건에 대해서 조사를 받음. 이기혁 형사는, 관련 문건에서 원본이 필요하다며, 10월4일 오후2시에 관련 문건을 가지고 올 것을 요구.

24. 10월4일 오후2시 경, 공문서 위조 관련 문건을 가지고 다시 이기혁 형사를 찾아감.

당시 이기혁 형사는, 설명하기를,

당신에게 부과된 벌금은1건이 아니라, 2건이었으며, 2007년3월22일 신촌 건이 또 있었다고 설명.

그리고2007년3월22일 건이, 2009년6월에 즉심 회부되어 벌금이 부과된 상태였으며, 당신이2009년8월26일 서울지검에 납부한 벌금은 이 건이라는 식으로 설명.

그러나, 2007년3월22일 신촌 건은 내게 범칙금 납부 요구서나 즉결 심판 출석 요구서가 송부된 적이 전혀 없음. 또한 상식적으로, 2건의 범칙금이 부과된 상태라면, 당연히 경찰 전산망에도2건의 범칙금이 등재되어 있었어야 하며, 2009년8월26일 방배 경찰서 출석 당시에 이미2건의 범칙금에 대한 내용이 고지되었어야 함. 그러나 이 당시 전혀 없었고, 1건 미성 건만 고지된 상태임. 즉, 처리되지 아니했던 건을 추후 다시 공문서 위조했다는 의혹임.

그럼에도 불구하고 이기혁 형사는, 벌금 납부 요청서 및 즉결 심판서 사본을 내게 보여줌. 사본 및 등기 발송 관련 증거자료를 달라고 하자, 거부. 방배 경찰서에서 발부한 것이므로 방배 경찰서로 가라고 말함.

25. 2012년10월5일 오후12시30분, 방배경찰서 생활질서계 방문, 관련 공문서 발부를 요구함. 담당자 이은근 경위는, 정보공개 요구서를 받아 오라고 함. 정보 공개 요구서를 첨부, 다시 공문서 발부를 요구. 그러자 이은근 경위는, 2012년10월8일 오후2시에 다시 와서 받아 가라고 함.

26. 2012년10월8일 오후2시, 방배 경찰서로 다시 출석, 공문서를 요구하자, 이은근 경위는 공문서를 발부, 2007년3월22일 건으로 생각하고 그냥 나오다가, 확인해 보니, 2006년12월 미성 건에 대한 공문서를 준 것을 발견,

다시 들어가서, 본래 요구한 건은, 2007년3월22일 신촌 건인데, 왜2006년12월 미성 건을 주었는가 문의,

그러자 이은근 경위는 모르는 척 하며, 2007년3월22일 건은 관악 경찰서에서 발부한 것으로, 관악 경찰서로 가라고 말함. 본래 관악 경찰서에서는 방배경찰서에서 발행한 것이므로, 관할 경찰서로 가서 받으라고 말한 건임. 그리고2012년10월5일 방배 경찰서 방문 당시에도, 생활질서계 이은근 경위는 신촌(2007년3월22일 건) 건을 보여주며, 내게 그 건이 노원 경찰서에서 발부된 것으로 노원 가서 받으라고 말한 사항임. 거짓말을 하고 있다는 증거임.

현재까지의 검증 결과로는, 내게 발부된 범칙금 건은 단1건으로2006년12월 미성 아파트 건이며, 나머지 건은 발부된 것이 없음.

이후 건은 이들이 공문서를 또 위조 조작했다는 의혹이 강함.

27. 2012년10월11일, 오후3시27분 관악경찰서 방문, 다시2007년3월22일, 신촌 건에 대한 재판기록 및 제반 일체서류에 대한 정보공개요구를 함. 10일 이내에 연락을 준다고 함.

28. 2012년10월22일, 관악 우체국에서 갑자기 오후1시35분 경, 다른 우편물이 배달됨, 단말기에 사인을 받아 감.

이후10월22일 오후3시 경, 관악경찰서 생활질서계를 방문하여, 2007년3월22일 신촌 건에 대한 공문서를 발부 받음, 내용을 살펴 보니, 바로 좀 전에 배달된 우편물에 사인한 것이 위조 복사되어, 2008년6월26일에 거주하던 주소지로 우편 배송이 된 것처럼 위조한 것이 분명해 보이는 흔적을 발견함.

29. 관련 내용을 확인하기 위해 오후4시30분 경 관악 우체국을 방문하여 관련 직원에게 “등기 발송 이력을 확인 조회해 줄 것을 요청하였으나”

관련 직원은 “등기관련 발송 이력은1년만 보관한다”는 터무니 없는 거짓답변을 하였음. 등기 관련 중요 이력에 대한 데이터들이 고작1년만 보관된다는 것은 상식 상 있을 수 없는 일임에도, 명백한 거짓을 말하고 있다는 판단으로, 2012년10월24일 자로 국민 권익위에 다시 진정서를 제출함.

30. 2012년10월24일 오후5시, 국민권익위에 진정서 제출.

31. 2012년11월7일, 검찰청으로부터, 가타 부타 수사 결과에 대한 아무런 경과 설명도 없이, “혐의 없음” 처리 하는 공문서가 발송되어 오다.처음부터 끝까지 수사조차 하지 아니하고, 경찰과 검찰이 이건희 편을 들고 거짓을 말하고 있다는 판단이며, 2012년11월7일 오후5시 경, 검찰청에 항고 방법을 문의차 방문하다.

고등검찰청에 항고 예정, 명백하게 공문서 위조, 사기범죄이나, 아예 수사조차 하지 아니하고, 증거까지 또 조작하여, 저희들 멋대로 기각, 혐의 없음 처리하는 공포의 무법천지 공화국에 경악할 수 밖에 없다.

LEE GUN HEE 프로젝트 기간 중에 일어난 일들을 정리하면, 한 권의 책이 부족할 것입니다. 이건 참 뭐라고 할까, 지구 인간부터 시작해서, 정체불명의 해괴한 존재들까지 총망라된 해괴한 게임(?), 악몽이었습니다.

솔직히 저니까 아직 살아서 버티고, Giral거리지, 딴Nom 같으면 벌써 죽었습니다.

사진을 보시면, 서울대 입구 지하철 역 부근에 위치한 파바로티 라고 하는Bar가 보입니다. 여기가 제가 아마도2007년2월 경부터, 2007년11월까지 자주 가면서, Bar에서 아르바이트 하는 여자와 사귀려고 노력했던 장소로 기억됩니다.

삼성 불여우들이 저에 대해서 이러쿵 저러쿵 말하겠지만, 사실은 저로서는 최선을 다한 게임입니다. 그리고 그 누구도 그렇게 할 수 있는 사람은 없다고 자부하고 있습니다. 저의 특성을 잘 파악하고 있던 “그 Nom”들이 이 게임을 확대하여 이용해 처 먹었던 것인데요.

나이는 먹었지만, 생각은 어린 애 같은 순수함이 많습니다. 그리고 조금 띄워주면 금방 속아서 헤헤 거리고, 저 잘난 줄 알고 다니는 어리석음이랄지, 순박함이랄지 그런 것들이 있습니다. 요걸 노리고, 사람을 가지고 놀아난 것입니다.

아마도 삼성 Nom들과 관련된 사람들이 자주 저에 대해서 모욕을 하고, 비웃고, 조롱하였을 것입니다. “저 색히가 조금 띄워주니까, 저 잘난 줄 알고~ ㅎㅎㅎ”

전에 제가 환각인지, 명석몽인지 속에서 보니까, 연예인들과 삼성 Nom들인지 아니면 이 일을 실무진행하는 Nom들인지 모르지만, 룸 같은 곳에서 모여서 술을 처 먹으면서, 저를 비웃고 조롱하는 광경을 본 듯 합니다. 저도 이런 환각이 왜 보이고 들리는지는 모르겠는데, 이 SIP을 할 Nom들이 사람을 얼마나 우습게 여기고, 조롱하고, 비웃었는지 미뤄 짐작할 수 있을 듯 합니다. 훗날 진실이 밝혀지겠지요.

제가 여자 하나 사귀려고 온갖 수모, 모욕, 조롱 당하고, 심지어는 폭행까지 당하고 경찰서 끌려가고 그러는 와중에, 이 자들은 보니까,

연예인, 아나운서 끼고 아주 쉽게 재미보고 놀아나고 있었다는 것도 알게 되었습니다. 물론 관행이고, 높으신 나리들이야, 여자 하나 취하는 건 기본이니까 그렇다고 할 수도 있는데, 제 입장에서 보면, 상당히 젓나게 열 받는 일이었죠. 그래서 욕설 퍼붓고, 비난하고 그랬더니, 이번에는 명예훼손 운운하면서, 재판에 회부합니다. 나중에 반드시 벌을 받을 것이다.

게다가, “여자들을 동원하고, 데리고 나오고 그러는 일을 한 삼성 Nom들과 관련된 Nom들이 나 대신에 여자 애들과 대신 놀아나고, 사귀고, 결혼하고 그랬다는 사실을 들은 것 같습니다” 그게2만명이라고 합니다.

확인해 보아야 하지만, 이런 수법을 쓰지 않으면 이 자들이 무슨 재주로 이 짓을7년 간 반복하고 있었겠습니까? 저는 들러리였습니다. 들러리, 이게 빚 좋은 개살구 꼴이 되었는데, 남 좋은 일만 시켜주고, 본인은 Dog Penis가 된 경우입니다. 저는 이 사건을 통해서 여자를 한 명도 사귀지 못했고, 당연히 손목 한번 잡아 보지를 못했습니다.

그러나 다른 Nom들이 저 대신 실컷 처 먹고, 놀아난 것으로 추정되니, 사람이 열이 받고 분하지 않을 도리가 있겠습니까? 훗날 진실을 확인해 보아야 하지만, 확인되면, 그리고 내게 그런 기회가 주어지면, 이 사건과 연관된 Nom들은 가차없이 잡아 죽여버리고 말 것이다. 내가 수도 없이 반복하는데, 걸리기만 해 보라.

이 파바로티 아르바이트 여성도, 무려10개월 이상을 자주 반복하여 출입하면서, 어떻게 해서든 사귀어 보려고 애를 썼지만, 도무지 안 되는 겁니다. 게다가 꽃다발 들고 가서 고백하고, 최후의 수단까지 썼는데(2007년11월 경), 그렇게 하니까, 이 나쁜 Nom들이, 연예인 Nom(이 색히가 사장으로 위장하고 있었습니다)이 시비를 걸면서 싸움을 붙이고, 치고 받게 한 후, 못 오게 만들어 버립니다. 이게 삼성 Nom들의 수법입니다.

Bar의 사장이라는 Nom이, 자주 찾아오는 단골을 대상으로 시비를 겁니다. 물론 아무런 사유가 없습니다. 게다가 단골고객입니다. 그런데 노려보고, 씩씩대며 시비를 겁니다. 누가 그랬겠습니까?LEE GUN HEE 무리, 파충류 Nom들입니다. 사전에 그렇게 하라고 시킨 것이거나, 유체 속으로 들어가서 정신지배한 것입니다.

결국, “줄 의도가 전혀 없었다”는 결론이죠. 10개월 간 애를 써도 안 되는 일이었는데, 이제 와서 이 색히들이 무슨 그럴듯한 변명을 하더라도 믿지 마SIP시오. 애초부터 해 줄 생각이 없었고, 이용해 처 먹으려 했다는 것은 분명해 보입니다. 아무리 해도 안 되니까, 제가 꽃다발을 삽니다. 좀 진지하게 예의를 갖춰서 고백(?)도 하고, 어떻게 해서든, 일을 마무리해 보자는 의도에서 그렇게 한 것입니다.

그런데, 이 SIP을 할 Nom들이, Bar 사장 Nom을 보내서, 이유없이 시비를 걸게 하고, 폭력을 행사하게 합니다. 못 오게 하려고 한 거죠. 될 것 같으니까, 오지 못하게 만들고, 사귀지 못하게 하려 한 것입니다.

이게 삼성 Nom들, 요 파충류 Nom들의 기본 전략입니다. 그리고는 요 색히들이 일본, 중국, 북한, 미국 포함 전세계를 대상으로 해서, 무려500만명을 끌어 들이고, 아바타 가상성교, 최면, 환각, 이미지 조작 수법 등을 통하여 엄청난 이득을 얻은 것입니다.

들리는 얘기로는 LEE GUN HEE가 세계의 절반을 잡아 처 먹었다는 경고 메시지가 들어 옵니다. 3조를 처 먹었다는 얘기도 들립니다. 이들은 제가 이미2012년1월에 메시지를 받았지만,

“사악한 용, 사악한 뱀으로 통칭되는 반악마적인 무리들로서, 고대로부터 인류를 괴롭히고, 못살게 굴고, 사악한 짓을 해 오던 무리들”이라는 것입니다. 그리고 이들이 대한민국 지도층을 아바타로 만들어 버리고, 노예화하여, 정권과 권력을 장악한 후, 일본, 중국, 북한, 미국 등 전 세계를 대상으로, 인류 노예화 음모를 강행하고 있다는 경고였죠.” 저는 이들이 인간인 줄 알았습니다. 그러나2009년4월에 이르러 LEE GUN HEE가 인간이 아니라는 것을 확실하게 알게 되었지만, 때는 늦었죠.

지금 지구가 도대체 어떻게 된 것인지 심각한 우려가 존재합니다. 이 비열한 Nom들이 나를 이용해서 어마어마한 이득을 취하는 과정에서, 많은 사건들이 일어났을 것입니다. 이미2008년3월에 “미국도 뚫었다”고 큰소리를 친 Nom들입니다. 미국 지도부를 장악했다는 것입니다. 제 Nom들 힘으로 안 됩니다. 나를 이용한 것입니다.

중국도 처 먹겠다고 선언하는 것을2008년11월에 들었습니다. 이게 나를 이용해서 그렇게 한 겁니다. 저 SIP을 할 Nom들이 나를 얼마나 이용해 처 먹었는지는 하나님만이 아실 것입니다. 그래 놓고 나보고 거지색히, 늙은이, 못난 Nom 운운하며 조롱하고 짓밟아 죽이고 있는 것이죠. 저런 파렴치한 개만도 못한 Nom들이 말입니다.

이건희,이명박 일당은 자신들의 범죄사실이 폭로되고, 할 말이 없어질 때마다, 이와 같이 공문서 위조 및 채무관련 서류를 위조하여 반복하여 내게 보내는 수법으로 협박공갈을 일삼고, 지옥에 다를 바가 없는 고통 속에서 살게 하고 있습니다.

이들은 명백한 범죄자들이며 악당들입니다.

국민 여러분, 저 혼자서는 도저히 이 악마들을 대상으로 싸울 수 없으므로, 본 사안에 대해서 많은 도움을 부탁 드립니다.

이들은 국가조직을 장악한 폭력배들이며 조폭, 사기꾼 도둑놈들입니다.

좀 전에도, 이런 소리가 들려 옵니다.

"고소장을 내는 자리에서 너를 구속할 수 있어~"

도대체 누가 범죄자이고 누가 피해자 입니까? 자신이 대통령이고 재벌 회장이면 눈에 뵈는 것이 없습니까? 법도 없습니까? 대한민국은 자유민주주의 법치국가입니다. 법에 따라서 공정하게 처리되어야 할 사안들이 이게 무슨 일입니까?

삼성카드 건은2007년4월24일200만원 입금 후 잔금이 “4,551,260원”이 남은 상태였으며,

삼성카드 건 외에 다른 큰 채무 건은 없는 상태에서, 신용정보회사와 신용회복기금에서 매번 발송되는 채무 변제 요청금액이 크게 달라지고 있어, 이에 수사를 요청드리오니, 사기 및 협박공갈 여부에 대해서 조사해 주시기 바랍니다.

Today, I went to the Public Prosecutor's Office to accuse the marriage fraud criminals of forgery of an official document forgery, and defamation of character.

And then, I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office by a plainclothesman under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty.

At that time, I have to pay the penalty about 100,000 korean won and got the receipt. And then I ask the prosecutor’s officer whether another penalty, and so the officer reply it; “there is no penalty anymore”

Nevertheless, I got request me attendance at a summary trial under pretext the same penalty at Dec 9, 2009 year.

Of course, I reject a request because that I have already pay it at Aug 2009 year. I regard it as non-sense at that time.

But, after the lapse of 3 years, they tried to the capture me of a criminal under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty repeatedly at Feb 15 2012 year, even though I already paid it 3 years ago.

As a result of their illegal act, I was kept in custody for 15 hours at GWAN AK Police station. And then I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office under put handcuffs on me by two plainclothesmen next day.

They tried to handle with me as a felon, even though it was just only a minor offense. Besides, I have already paid it 3 years ago and the penalty must be an unfair dealing also.

That's a preposterously unjust charge to make against me.

Of course, it must be the tools which aimed get threat & bullying for me by LEE’s people in order to keep silence against the marriage fraud.

I guess that behind charge in persons are LEE MYUNG BAK & LEE GUN HEE. They prefer to keep secret for love or money regards the marriage fraud by using etheric double & sex magic to deceive other countries people.
