Have you thought about the city which hasn’t routed urban bus?

사북 시내에는 시내버스가 없나요? 시내버스가 안 보입니다. 게다가 택시도 거의 없습니다. 이거 왜 이렇습니까? 강원도지사님?

최악의 도시, 사북입니다. 강원도 이래서야 되겠습니까? 시내버스도 없는 도시가 있습니까?

강원랜드는, 셔틀버스도 없습니다. 오로지 택시인데, 택시조차 몇대 없습니다. 도대체 이게 뭡니까?

원래 그런 것이 아니라, 고의적으로 조직적 해코지를 하고 속인 것입니다. 보나마나 이명박, 이건희 일당입니다. 국가를 위하여 애국하려고, 자비 써 가면서, 여기 저기 취재하러 다니는데, 한다는 짓이 조직적으로 해코지하고 괴롭히고 거지 취급당하게 하고, 밟아 죽이는 짓만 하고 있습니다.

It is impossible to find out that routed urban bus to go express bus terminal. I have never seen the urban bus in SABUK city.

What is worse, there are a few taxi around SABUK city. I’m in trouble for a long time to getting taxi.

LEE’s camps have double strategies to treat me; it is the skillful disturbing actually under the pretense of helping to achieve the goals outwardly. But I could tell it was just a pretense through severe experience last 7 years.

One is received unkind treatment actually everywhere, as if most of people make a pretense of good will for me. It is very easy to play the fool with me because that SABUK is very small city.

During I’m in trouble to get a taxi, some guys who look like gangster are walking along the street, and follow me. And then, they are taking the initiative in pushing on with bullying plan for me.

Those three guys snap away taxies from me, when I look at three taxies.

This is their one of the usual trick to organized bullying for me; they have so many bullying tools. (it is impossible to imagine for you, if you are good people. You never imagine the worst devil’s bullying skills, it is the SAMSUNG & LEE’s camp)

Besides, to do damaging the body of targeting person as disguised as a mistaken diagnosis such as cancer, they never hesitate to corrupt some doctor by money. It is the SAMSUNG’s identity. I have a confidence to it. Please investigate it and the criminals must be given severe punishment.

You will very surprise at their identity, if you know it. You must be afraid of their identity. I think that they are the worst of worst devils

That’s the reason why I’m in severe trouble for 7 years, and it is impossible to escape from their power, because of the SAMSUNG & LEE’s Administration   

I hear that they say “Excuse me” now.

They are used to repeat as pretending apologize, nevertheless, same thing happen to me repeatedly. Also, it is the skillful strategies for them. In other words, they pretty like to give me useless lip serviceto cheating another people.

They must be really fire fox, and it is the SAMSUNG, LEE GUN HEE, LEE MYUNG BAK.

I was all alone for 7 years, even though so many mobilized people show up around me. I estimate about 4 million people. Imagine how much skillful technology to do isolate me everythingand skillful cheating another people and world?  You must be never trust their insistence. It is the SAMSUNG Group, LEE GUN HEE, LEE MYUNG BAK’s personality.

Nobody welcome to me, nobody treat me sincere.

They insist on that it was sold out common express bus pm 09:40, when I arrive at GOHAN express bus terminal PM 09:33. And so, you should be purchase the excellence express bus for midnights. Of course, it is more expensive than common express. Also, you can’t get a good position seat for midnight express bus PM 10:40 because it was sold out already. I have to buy it uncomfortable final behind seat, I guess that most of passenger must be mobilized people by SAMSUNG & LEE’s camp. It is the traditional ways to bullying to me by SAMSUNG Group.

좌우지간 아마추어리즘의 한국, 정말 맘에 안 든다.

I think, in case of casino business, it should be require more free atmosphere, because that it is just only enjoy & pleasure entertainments. I can see so many security guards each place at Gangwon Land, and so, it looks like that the casino business is related with crime. In other words, it seems like that they prefer to deal with tour & pleasure people as potential criminals.

Please let me know how to change to be free from amateurishness for Koreans.

We can see the national security same as, they pretty like to show up their identity. It looks like they are the worst armatures.

I have never seen it at LAS VEGAS, USA.

Uncomfortable public transfer system.

Why didn’t they operate the shuttle bus from each rail ways station and express bus terminal to Gangwon Land? And so, I have to paid go to Gangwon Land about 7,000 won by using Taxi from GOHAN express bus terminal.

There are no shuttle bus to go Gangwon Land, I don’t like that Koreans have an arrogant bearing toward customer, if the business going to better as golden goose. I haven’t seen the LAS VEGAS like that before it. It seems like that you don’t have to visit here, if you are a beggar. It is the Koreans.

We must be change to make greater country. We need more having professional mind, more having kindly service mind, more having modest attitude.

사진과 실제는 크게 다릅니다. 실제 가서 보면, 경이로운 광경, 경탄을 자아낼 놀라운 풍경들에 당신들은 매료될 것입니다. 

최초 라스베가스를 방문했을 때, 느낀 그 충격은 대단했습니다. 거대한 호텔들과 주차장들 그리고 호화롭고 일견 경이로워 보이는, 도시의 풍경들에 넋을 잃었던 기억입니다. (지금은 안 그렇습니다만) 91년 입니다. 이러한 컨셉의 도시를 우리도 만들 수 있습니다.

미국은 거대한 국토를 지닌 나라입니다. 그래서 그런지, 뭐든 스케일이 웅장합니다. 주차장도 보면, 운동장 입니다. 아주 넓고 편리하게 설계되어 있습니다.

꿈의 도시를 건설하자는 우리의 주장은, 인류 사회를 보다 살기 좋은 세상으로 만들자는 취지입니다. 왜 돈을 내고 에버랜드를 가야 합니까? 의문을 가져 봅시다. 저는 강원랜드 가서, 잘 정리되고 관리되는 잔디 밭을 보았습니다. 반면, 한강 시민공원을 봅시다. 이게 돈 되는 사업이나 되어야, 관리를 하고, 돈 안 되는 공익성, 공공성의 어떤 곳들은 대략 하는 것이 우리의 문제입니다. 그러다 보니, 돈 내고 가야 하는 에버랜드가 생깁니다. 왜 그래야 할까요? 의문을 가져 봅시다.

Gangwon Land is the only casino hotel & extravagant entertainment for Koreans.

For obvious reasons nearly all casinos except Gangwon Land are off limits to Koreans. Casinos can revive a city. Look at the SAKUK, JEONGSEON-City.

The jobs are not just in the casinos themselves, so many another job can be created by casino business such as tour business, laundry, performing arts, restaurants business, hotel & resort business, cleaning, shopping, security, transfer business and so on.

I estimate that we will create decent jobs over a hundred thousand from new casino city.

The point is that how many create the decent jobs through the new casino city.

As you know, casino business is known the golden goose. Also, governments need the money to provide various services, and casinos are a wonderful tool when it comes to filling the coffers

Many tourists from Hong Kong and mainland China visit Macau for its casinos, horse races and greyhound races. We can do it.

한강의 아름다운 경치를 조망할 수 있는 방법은 두가지다. 하나는 고가의 강변 아파트를 구입하거나, 시민공원에 가는 방법이다. 도보로 걸으며, 분위기 좀 잡고, 한강변을 조망할 수 있는 여건은 미흡하다. 시민공원이 있지만, 아무 것도 없으므로, 땡볕에 걷던, 저녁 노을에 걷던, 쏠쏠한 재미를 가질 수 없는 무색 무취의 회색 빛 강이 되고 만 것 같다.

최고의 방법은 돈을 벌어서, 10억 이상 호가하는 강변 아파트를 사서, 거실에 앉아서, 가족과 함께 경치를 즐기는 수 밖엔 없는 곳이 한강이다. 그래서 나는 대안으로 자기부상열차를 건설하자고 제안한 것이다. 물론 이 열차는 다다익선이다. 최고의 관광 자원으로 등극할 것으로 예상되고, 출퇴근 인파 흡수, 자동차 운행댓수 감소 등의 효과가 예상된다.

이와 같이 국가 인프라란, 비단, 피부에 와 닿은 복지비 비중이나, 서민 관련 생계지원 등의 분야만이 아니라, 국민 모두가 공유할 수 있는 국가 자산이 얼마나 되느냐도 중요하다는 점이다. 선진국을 왜 선진국이라고 부르는가? 사회 인프라가 잘 되어 있다는 점이 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나일 것이다.

아마도 워커힐 호텔에서 바라다 보는, 한강의 경치가 BEST가 아닌가 싶다. 호텔 방에서 보면, 상당히 좋을 듯 하다.

이 호텔은 늘 지나가며 보기만 했지, 실제 들어가 본 것은 오늘이 처음이다. 좀 이상한 점은, 본래 호텔이 이렇지 않았던 것 같은데, 새로운 최신식 건물이 증축되어 있는 모습이다. 이 호텔은 아름다운 한강을 끼고 건설된 유일한 호텔로 보여진다. 또 있는감? 내가 아는 한도 내에서는 없다. 나는 이게 참 의문이다.

청백색 톤의 유리가 사람의 마음을 시원, 청량, 상쾌하게 해 준다.

워커힐 호텔, 카지노가 보인다.

대부분 외국인 전용이다. 강원랜드를 제외하면, 아마도 국내 카지노 업소 중 내국인에게 개방된 곳은 없는 듯 싶다.

이런 식으로 소규모 단위로 흩어져 있는 카지노, 오락 사업을 영종도에 집약적으로 도입해서, 아시아의 라스베가스를 만들어 보자는 제의를 하는 것이다. 우리가 제안하는 것은, "양질의 일자리 창출"이다.

사진을 찍는 것을 금지하므로, 몇장 찍지 못했다.

워커힐 호텔 면세점, 스와로브스키(사) 제품은 언제 봐도, 신비한 아름다움, 경탄스런 그 예술적 감각에 놀라게 된다.

워커힐 호텔 로비, 기둥 디자인이 상당히 맘에 든다.

현대적인 모던, 심플 감각에 고전적인 왕궁의 장중함이 조화롭게 배치된 로비 디자인 컨셉으로 보여진다.
