철도의 문제는, 마찬가지로, 조망을 위한 창문이 너무 협소하다는 점, 어딘지 모르게 답답하다는 점이죠. 이게 가만 보면, 앉았을 때, 위로 올라간 창문 높이와 각도 차이 때문 입니다. 그래서 서울에서 부산까지 간다고 하면, 중간에 많이 답답해 지죠. 예전에는 비둘기, 완행열차들이 있어서 창문이라도 열고 갔는데, 요즘은 창문 못 열죠, 그러니 답답합니다. 이런 경우는 창문을 크게 디자인해 주는 것이 필요합니다. 개방형으로 가야 합니다.
수납공간을 가운데에 위치하게 하고(비행기 방식), 좌우로 창의 사이즈를 크게 늘리며, 좌우측 면으로 선루프 형태로 위의 하늘까지 볼 수 있게 설계된다면, 상당히 쾌적해 지지 않을까 합니다.
비행기 같은 경우는 창문은 조그맣지만, 동체가 크기 때문에, 내부가 그래도 덜 답답하죠. 작은 비행기도, 일단 하늘을 날아 오르기 때문에, 일반 열차나, 자동차에 비해서 덜 답답합니다. 경쾌한 엔진음, 하늘을 날아오르는 상승감, 푸르른 하늘과 구름들, 저기 아래 아득히 보이는 산하의 풍경들이 답답함을 덜어 줍니다. 고로, 자기부상열차처럼 높은 주행고도를 유지하는 운반체가 사람들에게 쾌적한 느낌을 줄 수 있다는 점을 생각해 볼 수 있다는 것입니다. 지하철은 지상구간이라고 해도, 이게 입석이라, 안 쪽을 보고 있어야 되고, 소음 방호벽 등에 가려서 비교될 수 없습니다.

케이블 카 색상도 붉은 색으로 하든, 좀 예쁜 색으로 하고 모양도 좀 아름답고 보기 좋게 하면 좋은데, 회색입니다.
케이블 카 내부는 에어컨 시설도 제대로 없습니다. 사람은 많은데 덥고 좀 답답한 느낌입니다. 개선해야 합니다. 비록 짧은 시간이지만, 에어컨조차 없는 구닥다리 케이블 카를 놓고, 무슨 관광용도로 하겠다는 말인지요?

살펴보면 알게 될테지만, 서민, 자영업자 영역은 소외되고, 버려져 있었다는 사실을 발견하게 된다. 거대한 빌딩군은 대부분 대기업체들과 금융기관, 관공서들이다.
개발에서 소외된 종로, 청계천, 동대문 일대가 보인다. 서울 시내를 놓고 보면, 강남, 여의도, 세종로 주변, 을지로 입구, 명동, 목동지역을 제외하면, 대부분의 지역이 개발 낙후 지역에 해당된다.
특히, 청량리 주변, 영등포 역 주변, 강북 지역이다.
