私の名前,難しい？

確かにキョンウォンって日本語でも英語でも発音しやすい名前でわないのだ。

この二つの映画が役に立てるかな、

「靑燕」は故ジャンジニョンの作品で又有名になってるけど私には韓国最初の女流飛行師であるパクキョンウォンの転記映画で記憶に残ってある。（彼女が本当に最初か親日かどうかのは別の話で、）

ミュージクビデオを見た人なら最後の「キョンウォン、サランヘ」が忘れは出来ないだろう。（私だけ？）

ジョインソン様の名演技が光る「霜花店」にはジュジンモの王位を採るために元から京元君が来る。何回も映画に言われる京元君が私の名前と一緒の発音を持ってた元のお子様だ。

日本に来たすぐ前に見た「霜花店」にも日本の歴史がちょこっと出るのだ。

こんなに近くにいるのに、こんなに歴史が纏わってつるのに実は殆ど知ってないのがこの二人の国だ。

Is my name difficult to pronounce?

Surely it’s not easy to pronounce [景媛] neither in Japanese nor in English.

I think these two films might help,

Deceased Jang Jinyoung’s [Blue swallow] is a story about the first female pilot in Korean history, Park Kyung-won. Korea was under Japanese rule, and her flight was partly supported by Japan, which made this movie notorious as the ‘a girl traitor’s story’. Personally I don’t care about that rumor, which is not important at all since we cannot judge a traitor-in-time now. Anyway at the end of the music video of [The west sky], main theme of this film, her lover yells at the sky [Kyungwona Saranghe! (I love you, Kyungwon!)]. And it’s an unforgettable scene, at least for me.

Director Yu Ha and Ju Jin-mo, Jo In-sung (& Song Ji-hyo, for I liked her ever since ‘some’, her debut film)! [Sanghwajum]is the last Korean movie I'd seen before I came to Japan. But even without that, it’s a memorable movie with two actors’ devoted(?) play. To usurp the throne from Koryo’s nominal king Yuen (Mongol) try to send ‘prince Kyungwon’, and yes, it’s my name. Hearing that name from many characters (sorry that the Jo In-sung didn’t say my name…) may help to remember it!
