During I write this letter, I felt a violent shock in my face by someone suddenly.
Someone must be hit me by indirection. They are used to this way to revenge without evidence, because they don’t want to become the talk.

I think that they threatened me with a suggestion of violence, because they want to be a threat to freedom of speech.

영등포 같은 경우는 종로, 청계천과 더불어서, 대표적인 개발 낙후지역입니다. 서민생활지원 측면, 시민 복합문화 쇼핑 및 휴식공간 확보, 수도 서울 선진화 등을 목표로 종합적으로 재개발한다면, 상당히 긍정적인 효과가 창출될 것으로 보여집니다. 영등포 재래시장 지역을 종합개발 해서, 시민공원과 연계해서 만들 수 있을 것입니다. 시장은 지하로 들어가도 됩니다. COEX 방식으로말이죠. 지상에는 거대 도서관과 호수, 연못을 낀 시민 공원 및 문화 관광 체육, 휴식, 오락 시설이 들어서는 것입니다. (공원 만들 때, 호수 좀 만드시오. 이상하게 호수, 연못이 없어)
재원이 문제겠지만, 하려고만 한다면, 못할 일은 없습니다. 엄한4대강 사업에22조를 쏟아 붓고 계시는MB정권입니다. 우리가 돈이 없습니까? 개발이 완료되면, 그 시설과 건물들은 국가재산이 되는 동시에, 국민들 모두를 위한 공공시설이 될 것이기 때문 입니다. 즉, 재래시장과 연계된 시민공원, 도서관, 영화관, 책방 등 쇼핑, 오락, 휴식, 놀이를 위한 종합적인 도시공간으로 재탄생 될 것이기 때문입니다.
이와 같이 서울지역 재래시장 혹은 낙후상권 지역을 종합 재개발해 간다면,
대대적인 토목 건설 공사를 통해서, 내수경기를 진작시킬 수 있고,
(엄한4대강 사업에22조를 버리고 있습니다. 즉각 재고되어야 합니다)
선진화된 도시로 서울을 재 창조할 수 있으며,
대기업의 자본, 경영기법에 형편없이 밀리고 있는 서민, 영세 자영업자들을 보호해 줄 수 있으며,(재래시장은 이마트, 홈 플러스 같은 거대할인점 상대가 안 됩니다. 이마트, 홈플러스= 삼성인데 독식하고 있습니다. 이거 문제입니다. 나눠 먹고 같이 사는 사회를 만들어야 합니다.)
하나로 마트(농협) 방식으로 재래시장을 개선해 나가는 방안이 좋지 않나 하는 생각을 해 봅니다. 별도 공사설립해서 지원하면 될 듯 합니다.수원 가보시면 아주 거대한 하나로 마트가 있습니다. 그런 방식으로 하되, 주변을 공원화하고, 복합 문화 휴식공간으로 재 창조한다는 개념입니다. 지하로 들어가도 되니까요.

Today, I visited the Korean traditional market which is located at Yeongdungpo.
Outmoded convenient facilities compare with conglomerate’s big stores such as E-Mart, LOTTE Mart, and Home plus.
Parking ground, climate-controlled, consumer convenience, distinguished service, products quality & package skills, price , business mood.
Warehouse-discount stores are differentiating themselves from the competition with their customer service. They are trying to improve the customer service such as lower price, consumer convenience, and best products quality, build-up feel so good interior.
They focused on planning the aggressive marketing strategies and providing a differentiated service, it recorded its highest sales figure over the years.
If I were a customer, I would prefer warehouse-discount stores to the traditional market because of more cleanness, better service, lower price, better quality, and better convenience. Especially, younger women prefer to the warehouse-discount stores or department store.
The same phenomenon is that most of the younger women prefer living in luxurious apartments to common villa or a detached house
The point is that
To increase theirs competitive power on the nation market, especially in a large city, Korean traditional markets should be in need of a new management strategy and redevelopment. At present, the traditional market is worst insufficiently competitive compare with the conglomerate’s big stores.
Also, Korean government should be make a plan to active AID for traditional market.
Because that they have not organized smart management team and have no money, having outmoded facilities. Most of younger women don’t like that’s state.
The argument is that Government must intervene in the mismanagement of the traditional market, through a virtuous system of distribution.
We have to think about equity, social justice, distribution of wealth.
The best way to solve the problem is redeveloped as same level to conglomerate’s big store by national policy projects. I wish they could.
Considering justice of distribution, Government offers it as rent without a deposit.
Also, Supports the organized management team same as COEX system.
In other words, establish a public corporation which consists of smarter manager to manage several traditional markets.
Korean traditional market need to aggressive market strategies and advanced management skills and having infra-structure same as the conglomerate’s big store.
This is my proposal regards as redevelopment for four major gates & traditional market. Of course, the redevelopment plan should be including multi complexes facilities such as people’s park, library, books store, Movie Theater, food court and so on.

세계최고의 습지와 최악의 습지를 선정하는 국제습지 어워드(The Wetland Globe Awards)에서 한국의 4대강 사업이 최악의 습지파괴 사업으로 선정됐다.
제11차 람사르협약 당사국 총회가 개최되고 있는 루마니아 부카레스트에서 7일(현지시각) 세계습지네트워크(World Wetland Network, WWN)가 주최하는 국제습지 어워드에서 한국의 4대강 사업이 아시아지역'Grey Award'를 차지했다.
국제 습지 보호활동을 지원하고, 이미 파괴되었거나 사라질 위기에 처한 습지를 보전하기 위해 제정된 세계습지상은 2010년 10월 일본에서 개최된 생물다양성협약 당사국총회에서 처음 시작됐다. 대륙별로 습지보전의 모범사례(Blue Award)와 그렇지 못한 경우(Gray Award)를 선정해 시상하고 있다.
최고의 습지로 뽑힌 곳은 마다가스카(the Nosivolo river complex), 일본(Marayama-gawa), 불가리아(Pomorie lake), 미국(Wisconsin), 페루(Pantanos de la Villa, Lima), 뉴질랜드(Whangamarino wetland) 등 습지의 보전을 위해 지역공동체와 다양한 협력을 통해 지역발전을 이루거나, 생태계복원사업이 잘 추진되는 곳이 선정됐다.
반면, 최악의 습지로는 한국(4대강 사업)을 포함하여 호주(Towra point), 콜롬비아(Lago de Tota), 크로아티아(Kopacki Rit), 서아프리카 배냉 Benin(Lac Nakoue) 습지 등으로 무분별한 개발로 이미 파괴되었거나 사라질 위기에 있는 습지가 선정됐다.

이와 관련 크리스 로스트론(Chris Rostron) 세계습지네트워크 의장은 "습지의 운명은 결국 사람들에게 달려있다. 습지는 생태계와 사람들 모두의 삶의 터전이며, 제대로 관리를 할 경우에는 매우 높은 경제적 이익을 창출할 수 있다"면서 "하지만 단기간의 경제적 이익을 얻기 위해 착취할 경우 삶의 터전은 파괴되고, 생물들은 멸종될 것"이라고 우려를 표명했다.
로스트론 의장은 "청색상을 받은 습지의 보전과 복원 사례를 통해 지역공동체의 참여를 보장하고 생물종이 풍부한 습지를 보전하면 경제적으로도 이익을 얻을 수 있다는 것을 확인했다"며 "반면, 회색상을 받은 사례는 습지파괴 사업이 단기간에 인간과 자연생태계에 어떤 재앙적인 타격을 입힐 수 있는지를 증명한다"고 말했다.
세계습지네트워크(World Wetland Network)는 2008년 한국 창원에서 열린 제10차 람사르협약 당사국총회에서 습지보전을 위해 각국에서 헌신하는 환경단체를 지원하기 위해 조직된 국제 NGO 네트워크다.
한국습지NGO네트워크는 8일 보도자료를 내고 "이명박 정부는 제11차 람사르협약 당사국 총회와 이어지는 제주 IUCN총회를 통해 4대강 사업을 녹색성장으로 포장해 홍보하려 하고 있다"며 "이러한 가운데 세계습지네트워크의 회색상 수상은 세계 각국 정부 대표단과 NGO들에게 4대강 사업이 결코 녹색성장이 될 수 없다는 것을 인식시키는 계기가 되었다"고 수상 의미를 설명했다.
이들은 "이번 회색습지상 수상과 NGO결의안에 언급된 4대강 사업에 대해 정부는 겸허히 수용하고 향후 강의 재복원과 진정한 습지보전 정책의 수립에 노력해야 할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

재래시장과 비교시 상대적으로 매우 유리합니다.
주부층, 젊은 여성들이 특히 선호하고, 대부분의 사람들이 선호할 수 밖에 없습니다. 주차가 편리하고, 서비스가 좋고, 물건 값도 저렴하고, 상품의 질도 좋습니다. 게다가, 건물 내 인테리어나, 냉난방, 편의성도 최상에 속합니다. 그러나 재래시장은, 그게 어렵죠.
그래서 경쟁이 안 되는 것이고, 재래시장의 몰락이 가속화 되고 있는 것입니다. 그리고 결과적으로 대기업, 거대자본의 독식이 이뤄지게 되며, 대다수 영세상인, 자영업자, 서민들은 점점 더 살 기반을 잃게 되는 결과, 즉 양극화의 원인이 되는 것입니다.

전통 재래시장은, 나름대로, 과거 향수를 일깨우고, 사람 사는 정을 느끼게 해 주며, 가격도 저렴합니다만, 현대 도시에서는, 여러모로 불편함이 따르게 되는데,
그중 하나가 주차시설이 미비하고, 주차를 하려고 하면 상당히 힘들다는 점입니다. 그리고, 냉난방 등 기초적 여건이 갖춰져 있지 않아서, 혹한, 혹서기에 불리하죠. 그리고, 서비스 측면도, 어차피, 대기업에서 운영중인 마트에 비해서 떨어질 수 밖에 없습니다. 제 개인적인 생각으로는 서비스 부분도 중요한데, 여기는 대기업 마트처럼 사근사근한 서비스가 없죠. 게다가 시설도 낡고, 70,80년대 형태 그대로입니다. 정부기관에서 서민 자영업 쪽으로는 신경을 쓰지 않았다는 증거입니다.
하나부터 열까지 불리합니다. 젊은 여성들, 젊은 아줌마들이 여기보다는 이마트나 대기업 마트를 선호하게 되는 이유일 것입니다.

그래서 제안하는 것이, COEX 형태로 재개발해서, 보증금 없이 임대해 주라는 것입니다. 그리고, 주변은 공원화 하고 복합적인 쇼핑, 휴식, 공원, 도서관 개념으로 복합 개발하라는 의견입니다. 국가에서 해야 합니다. 대기업은 막강한 자본력과 스마트한 경영기법, 스마트하고 머리 잘 돌아가는 사람들이 조직적으로 일을 합니다. 그러나 이 재래시장은 그게 안 됩니다.
그걸 국가에서 보완해 줄 책임과 의무가 있다는 것입니다. 그게 분배의 정의이고, 사회정의를 실현해 주는 측면입니다. 국가조직의 존재이유가 무엇입니까? 복지비 8%인 나라에서는 잘 이해가 안 갈 수도 있습니다만, 저는 그런 것이 국가가 해 줄 일이라고 봅니다. 농협 하나로 마트가 있는데요. 이런 방식으로 운영해 나가면 되지 않겠나 하는 생각입니다. 물론 별도 공사형태로 지원해 주는 조직이 있어야 하겠지요. 그렇게 한다면, 대기업 마트에 맞서서 경쟁력이 있게 나아갈 수 있을 것입니다.

이상한 동인천 풍경들. 인천국제공항 영종도를 들른 후, 버스를 타고, 동인천 역 부근으로 가 봅니다. 그런데 여기도 이상합니다. 시간은 20시 40분, 한참 인파로 붐벼야 할 시간인데도, 동인천 역 부근 상가는 전부 철시해 있고, 인적이 드물며, 마치 폐허가 된 도시 같습니다.
분명히 뭔가 있는데, 이명박 정권에서 국가차원에서 "내가 가는 곳마다, 사람들을 동원하여, 이런 식으로 보여지게 위장하고 있던지, 아니면 내가 다른 세상에 가 있던지 둘 중에 하나입니다"
어느 것이 맞을까요?

Whether I go out or stay in, they are able to annoy me, because of the house agent & most of the residents who are collaborators.

If the fight goes on each other, they will be intended to keep in custody to me as a pretext to fighting, because of put me to silence. Who?

가장 개발이 잘 이뤄진 지역 중 하나인, 강남 역 부근입니다. 서울에는 지하철 역 기준으로 약 8군데의 번화가가 있는데, 명동, 종각 및 종로2가, 강남역 부근, 신촌역 부근, 홍대입구 역 부근, 건대입구 역 부근, 혜화역 부근 대학로, 압구정동 로데오 거리 정도일 것입니다.
기본 컨셉을 보면, 명동은 일본의 긴자 거리, 종로, 종각 거리는 일본의 신주쿠를 모방한 형태라고 보면 되겠습니다. 그러나 규모나 번화함 측면에서 본다면, 일본에 비할 바가 아닙니다. 인구 1억2천과 인구 4천 7백만의 차이일 수도 있습니다만, 명동은 그런대로 발전 유지되고 있으나, 종각,종로2가는 갈수록 퇴색해 가고 있다는 느낌입니다. 종로(종각~동대문)는 버려져 있었다는 것이 그간의 내 견해죠.
수도 서울의 문제 중 하나는, 시민을 위한 복합 문화 오락 쇼핑 휴식 즐김의 공간이 미흡하다는 점입니다. 그간 지적한 바대로, 있기는 있는데, 한국 사람들이 "삶의 질"에 대해서 그다지 신경쓰지 않는 성향이 있기에, 상당히 미흡해 보인다는 점입니다. 게다가 많은 부분에서 "가진 자들 위주로 설계 개발되어 온 도시입니다"
강남에서 살려면 아파트 한채 가격이 보통 10억 이상입니다. 10억 이상의 자산을 보유한 사람은, 대한민국 상위 10%에 해당됩니다. 일반 월급쟁이들은 평생 벌어도 5억 재산 모으기 쉽지 않습니다. 그러므로, 저는, "다수를 위한, 모두를 위한, 전체를 위한" 국가 도시 인프라 구축이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 역설하는 것입니다.
먹물들, 유능하고 학벌좋고 잘난 사람들이 들이미는 여러가지 경제논리에 속지 마십시오. 미국이나 서구 유럽은, 비록 신자본주의라든지 여러 일견 가혹해 보이는 자본주의 경쟁체제를 가지고 있는 듯 보이지만,그게 아닙니다. 그걸 국민들에게 속이고, 안 좋은 것만 들이밀면서, "가진 자 위주의 세상을 건설하려 한 사람들이 재벌 상류층, 집권여당"입니다.
한국의 문화는 개고기, 오리탕으로 불리는 "좋은게 좋은거지~대충 대충~" 문화입니다. 즉, 프로근성, 보다 나은 최고를 만들자는 의지가 약하다는 것입니다. 뭐? 경치가 어떻고, 도시미관이 어떻고, 예술이 어째? 계집애 같은 헛소리 말고, 오늘 개고기 집에나 가서 막걸리 소주에 한잔 하지? 이게 한국적 문화입니다. 그래서 이런 결과가 나오고 있다는 생각을 해 봅니다.
최고란 무엇입니까? 잘 했다고 자화자찬하지 말고, 최고가 되도록 노력해 봅시다.

보다 풍요롭고 행복한 도시, 국가 인프라를 구축한다는 것은, "있는 놈, 없는 놈 가리지 않고, 국민 모두가 보다 평등해지고, 보다 더 행복해질 수 있음을 의미합니다" 사회 국가의 인프라라고 하는 것은, "우리 모두의 것"이기 때문입니다.
그러나한국은 "우리 모두의 것"이 아닌, "내 것"만 개발해 놓은 나라입니다. 그게 삼성이고, 그게 이명박 씨이고, 그게 집권여당입니다.
일본인들이 지적하는 것은, 서울에는 공원이 부족하다 입니다. 일본인들 개인을 놓고 보면, 선진부국 국민답지 않게 어떻게 보면 가난하게 삽니다. 그러나 그들의 사회 공공의 인프라를 보십시오. 이게 바로 선진국과 후진국의 차이입니다. 우리는 갈림길에 서 있습니다. 정당한 비판을 쓴 약으로 알고, 개선할 생각은 않고, "나라 망신" 운운하는 개고기 성향의 저 높으신 나리들을 보십시오.
돈이 없어요? 영국은 GDP 6천불 수준일때부터, 복지국가 실현에 매진했다고 합니다. 영국만이 아니죠. 독일을 보시오! 스웨덴, 핀란드는 어떻고? 의식 수준입니다. 오늘 날 서양 유럽 미국 등이 전 세계인들의 선망의 대상이 되는 이유가 무엇입니까?
그들은 대한민국의 GDP가 2만불을 돌파했다고 떠듭니다. 그래서요? 그게 국민 모두에게 골고루 혜택이 되어서 돌아가고 있습니까? 복지비율이 8%에 불과한 나라입니다. 이기적이고 자기중심적인 사람들이 집권하고 있는 나라입니다. 배후에 삼성이 있습니다. 그래서 내가 그토록 비판하고 욕을 하는 것입니다.(알고 떠든다고 생각하십시오). 북한은 이 주제에서 명함도 내밀지 마시오.
내 것만 챙기고, 이기적이며 수준 낮은 의식 상태에서는, 결코 세계 최고의 국가를 건설할 수 없습니다.

이와 같이 내가 어디를 가든, 이건희가 동원한 삼성 맨들, 그리고 관련된 사람들로 주변은 둘러싸여 집니다. 인권탄압입니다. 증거는 수도 없습니다. 제가 올리는 사진들을 면밀하게 분석해 보십시오. 어떻게 이렇게 할 수 있는지 저는 2004년부터 의문이었습니다. 왜 그 시간 대에는 이들이 동원한 사람들만 거리를 메우고 있는가 입니다. 서울은 대도시입니다. 이렇게 할 수 없는데도, 이렇게 합니다. 이해가 되십니까?

아마도 한국인들끼리 치밀하게 짜고 이렇게 하고 있다고 보입니다. 삼성과 청와대가 배후이므로, 못 할 일은 없다고 보입니다.

아이러니 하게도, 재벌 및 대기업 중심의 경제정책 및 구조로 인하여, 한국 사회는 더 빈부격차가 커지고, 양극화 현상은 심화되고 있습니다. 그러나? 학벌 운운하는 대통령 아래에서 우리 사회가 어디로 가고 있는지는 명확해 보입니다. 가망성이 없어 보인다는 것입니다. 국가원수가 할 말이 있고, 하지 말아야 할 말이 있습니다. 이게 대한민국의 수준이며, 그들의 본심입니다. 그러므로, 90%의 국민들이 더 행복해질 수 있음에도, 제한되는 것입니다. 엘리트 지상주의, 상위 10% 계층만을 위한 사회가 되고 있는 것입니다.
승리한 놈만 잘 먹고 잘 사는 사회, 정글입니다. 그들이 표방하는 논리는 미국식 무한경쟁 자본주의(신자본주의) 논리입니다. 그러나,미국조차도, "공정한 경쟁의 기회가 보장되며" "보다 잘 정비된 국가 사회의 인프라 및 제도가 약자를 보호합니다" 이런 장점들을 빼놓고, 안 좋은 것만 받아 들여서, 자신들에게 유리한 측면으로 왜곡 조작하여 주장하는 자들이 바로 그들입니다.
