주요 특이점은 아래와 같습니다. 첨부자료로서 증거사진은 수천장에 이르고 있으므로, 첨부 제출하오니, 분석하여 관련된 사람들이 누구고,왜 그러고 있는지를 조사하여 주시기 바랍니다.참고로 고소인은, 사진이 취미로서, 대한민국 도시풍경과 지하철, 철도, 공항등의 주요 건물과 풍경들을 촬영하여, 블로그에 게재하여, 외국에 나라를 홍보하려는 의도로 다수의 사진을 촬영하였는 바, 촬영된 사진들을 분석하던 중, 이상한 점을 발견하여, 이 문제에 대해서 조사를 의뢰드리는 것입니다.

1. 거주지를 나서면, 입구 현관에서부터, 여자들이 나타나는데, 주변엔 반드시 부모나 가족으로 추정되는 사람들 모습이 보인다는 점입니다.(사진 증거자료 참조)
2. 여자들은 대부분 미혼여성들로서, 젊은 여성들이며, 여성들이 나타나면, 반드시 주변에는, 부모로 추정되는 나이든 중년 남녀가 보이거나 혹은 가족으로 추정되는 사람들이 보인다는 점입니다. 그런데 이러한 현상이 매일같이1년365일, 24시간 벌어지고 있다는 점입니다.(사진 참조)
3. 이러한 사례는, 정상적인 사회생활을 하는 사람에게는 일어날수 없는 일들이므로, 누군가가 배후에서 의도적으로 이러한 일들을 일으키고 있는 것이 아니냐는 의혹입니다.
4. 버스를 타든, 지하철을 타든, 백화점을 가든, 길거리를 가든, 이러한 현상은 동일하며, 보통 정상적인 사회생활을 하는 사람의 경우에는, 이러한 사례가 없다는 점을 감안해 볼 때, 누군가가 배후에서 조직적으로 사주하여, 고소인을 괴롭히고 힘들게 하려고 이와 같은 일을 벌리고 있다고 밖에 볼 수 없으므로,사진에 등장하는 사람들이 누구인지, 왜 거기에 가족동반 해서 나타난 것인지 이유를 조사하여, 밝혀주시기 바랍니다.
5. 게다가, 고소인이 하루종일 어디가서 뭘할지를 미리 다 아는 듯 보일 정도로, 가는 곳마다, 동일한 현상이 벌어지고 있으므로, 이는 개인인 사생활을 감시하고 관리하고 있다고 밖에 볼수 없으므로, 명백한 사생활침해, 미행, 감시(민간인 사찰)등의 인권탄압 범죄에 해당된다고 생각됩니다.
6. 그리고 나타나는 여성들과 사람들이 고소인을 비하하고, 경멸 멸시, 조롱하는 발언과 태도를 보이고 있다는 점도 특이점입니다. 고소인은 그들이 누군지 전혀 모르고 있으며, 일면식도 없는 사람들인데도, 이상하게 고소인을 경멸하고, 멸시하고, 하대하고, 비웃고, 조롱하는 악의적 행동을 벌리고 있다는 것입니다. 이는 조직적인 린치, 심리적 해코지, 왕따, 고통주기에 해당될 범죄라는 생각입니다. 누가 배후에서 이런 짓을 하게 시킨 것이 아니라면, 매일같이 이런 일들이 벌어질 수는 없는 것입니다.
7. 또한, 식당에 밥을 먹으러 가면, 아무런 정당한 사유가 없음에도 불구하고, “영업을 하지 않는다며, 손님받기를 거부한다”거나, “식사 도중 조폭이나 폭력배로 추정되는 덩치좋고 험악한 자들을 보내서 암묵적인 협박 공갈을 일삼고 있어서, 도저히 정상적인 삶의 영위가 불가능하다”는 점입니다. 사진 증거자료를 토대로 이들이 누군지 왜 거기에 와서 사람을 괴롭히고 있는지에 대해서 조사해 주시기 바랍니다.

동시에, 식당 종업원들은 손님이 들어갔음에도, 주문도 받지 아니하고, 모여서 식사(오후8시40분 경은 식당이 가장 바쁜 시간으로서, 종업원들이 보통 식사를 하지 않음에도, 모두 모여서 식사하며, 손님을 무시하고 쳐다보지도 않는 이상한 태도를 보임)를 하며 무시. 종업원을 불러서 뭐라고 하자, 덩치큰 사내가 노려보며, 여차하면 패 죽인다는 식으로 일촉즉발의 협박분위기 조성.

2012년9월6일19시52분, 식당에서 식사를 하는데, 덩치가 좋은 조폭보스 형 중년 남자가 들어와서, 바로 앞자리에 앉아서 노려보기 시작함. 아무런 이유도 없고, 알지도 못하는 사람인데도, 자꾸 노려보고, 협박공갈 분위기를 조성. 식사를 도저히 할 수 없을 정도로 협박적 분위기를 조성함.(사진참조)

2012년8월4일, 21시20분, 사북시내를 거니는데, 조폭,깡패로 보이는3명의 남자가 주변을 배회하며, 협박하는 분위기 조성, 그리고 택시를 잡으려 하자, 앞서 가서 택시3대를 나눠타고 사라짐. 3명은 일행으로 보였는데도, 각자 택시를 나눠서 타고 간 것으로 보아서, 고소인이 택시를 잡지 못하게 해코지하려는 의도로 판단됨.(사진 참조)

2012년8월29일, 20시33분 경 교보문고 근처 편의점에 들르니, 주변엔 건장한 청년4~5명이 서서 지켜보는데, 협박공갈의 분위기를 조성하여 급히 편의점을 빠져 나옴.(사진 참조)

머리를 짧게 깍은 운동선수 혹은 폭력배로 보이는 남자가 서서 쳐다보는데, 위협적 분위기를 느낌.

2012년7월22일19시06분, 고소인이PC방을 가려 하는데, PC 방바로 앞에 다수의 남녀를 앉혀 놓고 조롱하는 분위기를 조성함. 이러한 사례는 매일 같이 반복되고 있으며, 여기에 첨부된 증거사진들은 일부에 불과함. 이들이 고소인이 뭘하는지 전부 알고 있다는 증거이므로, 이는 고소인의 사생활에 대한 불법적 감시,사찰 행위에 해당된다고 생각되어 고소함.

2012년8월15일, 15시32분, 거주지 주변 식당에 들르니, 그럴 시간이 아닌데도, 식당 영업을 거부함.

2012년9월5일15시30분, 명동 식당에서 식사하는데, 마찬가지로 덩치가 거대한 조폭, 운동선수 같은 남자를 들여 보내어, 바로 옆에 앉게 한 후, 협박공갈 분위기를 조성하여 식사조차 제대로 못하게 만듬.

Today, I went to the Public Prosecutor's Office to accuse the marriage fraud criminals of forgery of an official document forgery, and defamation of character.

According to report to the police by the woman, the police came and took me away on a charge off “create a sense of unease” even though just only once an attempt , when I tried to make approaches to some woman to make girlfriend at Dec 25, 2006 year.

It was very strange thing to me that she makes a phone call to police immediately, when I try to make a conversation with her. Do you understand that’s situation?

It was hard luck to me that I got wrongly accused by her due to propose activity for good will merely, because that at that time, I tried to just only one attempt to get a chance to conversation for the woman and never act disrespectfully to her.

I was incurred a penalty by them. Of course I tried to refuse it to sign against the penalty, and then I got more wrongly accused several times during proceed with the marriage fraud for 7 years.

They tried to perennially caviling under pretext the penalty, if I try to accuse of their cheating crimes through report on the internet board or accuse it prosecutor. Of course, the accuse turn down always.

After the lapse of 3 years, they ask me voluntary appearance to police office, and so I presented myself at the BANG BAE police station at 15 Aug 2009 year.

And then, I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office by a plainclothesman under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty.

At that time, I have to pay the penalty about 100,000 korean won and got the receipt. And then I ask the prosecutor’s officer whether another penalty, and so the officer reply it; “there is no penalty anymore”

Nevertheless, I got request me attendance at a summary trial under pretext the same penalty at Dec 9, 2009 year.

Of course, I reject a request because that I have already pay it at Aug 2009 year. I regard it as non-sense at that time.

But, after the lapse of 3 years, they tried to the capture me of a criminal under pretext as nonpayment for the penalty repeatedly at Feb 15 2012 year, even though I already paid it 3 years ago.

As a result of their illegal act, I was kept in custody for 15 hours at GWAN AK Police station. And then I was taken to SEOUL Public Prosecutor's Office under put handcuffs on me by two plainclothesmen next day.

They tried to handle with me as a felon, even though it was just only a minor offense. Besides, I have already paid it 3 years ago and the penalty must be an unfair dealing also.

That's a preposterously unjust charge to make against me.

Of course, it must be the tools which aimed get threat & bullying for me by LEE’s people in order to keep silence against the marriage fraud.

I guess that behind charge in persons are LEE MYUNG BAK & LEE GUN HEE. They prefer to keep secret for love or money regards the marriage fraud by using etheric double & sex magic to deceive other countries people.

Besides, they are trying to put me into dead without any evidence by using unknown technologies continually last 5 years.

Now I guess that they want to let relating people know as I’m dead or changed other person under make the etheric double (clone) to deceive relating people.

I heard that they are talking each other; “we must make other people regard me as already dead, and so we never return him to his world”

바바라 마시니 액이 저술한 책들입니다. 이 책은 제가 봐도 이해하기 어려운 수준에 있는 책인데요. 여러 번 반복해서 읽어야 간신히 무슨 말을 하는지 이해가 될 정도의 책입니다.

이는 아마도, 인간 수준에서는 “상상조차 할 수 없었던 부분들에 대해서 서술하기 때문 일 것입니다”

보통, “무언가를 아는 사람들이 적은 글들을 보면”

“지구는 짙은 어둠과 미망, 환상에 갇힌 네트, 감옥”이라고 서술하고 있습니다. 이러한 점에 대해서 잘 고찰해 볼 문제인데요. 왜 지구 역사1만년 동안, “해탈, 각성의 높은 의식 상태에 이른 사람들 수가 그토록 적었는가?”에 대해서 의문을 가져야 합니다.

제가 생각하는 관점의 “해탈, 각성”은 두가지 관점입니다. 하나는, “본래 인간 존재가 神으로부터 부여 받은, 신의 종자, 신의 씨앗으로서의 유산을 회복하는 것”으로서의 “의식의 해탈, 각성 측면”입니다.

그리고 다른 하나는 “무한대로 진동하는 초월의식을 성취하는 것”입니다. “무한대란 구분지을 수 없음을 의미합니다” 즉, 현상계(물질화하여 형상으로서 나타난 세계)를 초월하는 대각성 의식을 얻는다는 의미입니다.

다른 의미로는 절대계(창조, 근원)로의 회귀를 의미하기도 합니다. 이렇게 두가지 측면의 해탈, 각성이 있다는 생각입니다.

여기서 지구 인류가1차적으로 성취해야 하는 의식은 바로 “신으로부터 부여 받은 본래의 유산을 회복하는 것”입니다.

부처님께서 설파하신, 해탈, 각성은, “무한대로의 회귀, 즉 창조, 절대계로의 회귀를 의미합니다”

그러나 그 수준에 도달하기 이전에도, 우리는 “커다란 자유와 해방을 얻을 수 있는데” 그것이 바로 “본래 우리에게 부여된 神의 유산을 회복하는 것”입니다.

아마도 이들 영혼은 플레이아데스에서 지구로 의도적으로 환생해 온 그들 자신일지도 모른다.

영혼간 접촉은, 서로가 동등한 레벨에서 이뤄지는데, 지구 인류의 평균적 의식 수준을 지닌 영혼이라면 이러한 일을 할 수 없을것이기 때문이다.

그러나 그렇게 하지 않는데, 왜 그럴까요? 거꾸로 갑니다. 왜 그럴까요? 의심해 보아야 합니다.

여기 이 책에서 해답을 찾을 수 있다는 생각을 해 봅니다.

지구상에서 말해지는 바와 같이 “카르마Karma 業報가 네 인생을 결정한다”는 명제는 틀린 말입니다. 전적으로 틀린 것도 아니며, 전적으로 맞는 말도 아니라는 의미입니다. 만일 카르마Karma가 그 사람의 인생 운명 행로를 좌우한다면, 필연적으로, “지구 세계에서 온갖 부유함과 권력, 지위, 명예를 차지하는 사람들은, 대부분 이타적이고 올바른 심성을 소유한 자들이었어야 합니다.”

즉, 카르마가 좋아야 그러한 좋은 삶을 받을 수 있을 것이기 때문 입니다. 그러나 정 반대입니다.여기에 대해서 의문을 품어 보아야 합니다.

거짓이라는 얘기입니다. 그래서 저는 지구 하늘, 지구 아스트랄 계 역시도 썩어 문드러진 “그렇고 그런 수준에 있는 하늘”이라고 주장하는 것입니다.

만일, 카르마Karma가 “영혼의 균형을 잡아 주고 발전과 진보를 유도하기 위한 神의 율법”이라면, “좋은 과보 果報를 지닌 사람들, 영혼들은 좋은 인생을 받게 될 것이며, 나쁜 과보를 지닌 사람들, 영혼들은 안 좋은 인생을 받게 될 것입니다”

그리고 좋은 카르마, 좋은 과보를 가졌다는 것은, 그 영혼의 의식 상태가 높은 수준에 있음을 의미합니다. 이 대목에서 욕설이 터져 나옵니다. 나쁜 놈들입니다. 거짓말을 하고 있습니다.

그러나 “현실 세계를 보면, 부와 권력을 독점하고 있는 대다수의 사람들은 대부분 이기적이며 수준 낮은 물질만능주의와 탐욕, 권력욕, 지배욕, 과시욕에 빠져 있음을 볼 뿐 입니다”

만일 선업 善業, 선과, 선한 과보 果報, 좋은 카르마를 가져야, 좋은 인생을 받을 수 있다면,그들 지상 세계에서 온갖 부와 권력 쾌락을 누리는 사람들의 의식 상태는 필연코, 그렇지 못한 사람들에 비해서 “높은 수준에 있어야 합니다” 그러나 반대입니다. 아니라는 얘기입니다.

왜 이런 문제를 제기할까요? 일반적인 인간이 모르는 마법과 초능력이 존재하며, 이러한 숨겨진 힘을 악용하여, 부와 권력을 쟁취하는데 이용하는 무리들이 지구세계에 존재한다는 얘기입니다. 일종의 반칙입니다. 그리고 그들이 지구 세계를 배후에서 지배해 왔다는 점입니다.

그리고 이러한 경향이 아스트랄 세계에까지 뻗쳐 있고, 많은 무지한 영혼들을 선동질하고 부채질하며 속이고 있을지도 모른다는 의혹이 가능해 집니다. 그래서 이런 터무니 없는 일들이 벌어지고 있다는 추론이죠.

한겨레에 올라 온 글 중 참 논리정연하게 잘 적은 글이 있어서 발췌하여 올려 봅니다.

남한 정권, 상류계층(못된 놈들 많습니다만)이 잘못을 하고 있다고 해도, 북한은 사실 이런 문제에 대해서 일언반구 떠들 자격도 없는 나라 입니다. 백성을 굶주리게 만든 정권, 나라가 무슨 면목이 있다고, 남의 나라 일에 감 놔라 대추 놔라 합니까? 가급적 입을 닫고 조용히 경제개발에나 몰두하시오.

지금도 그렇습니다. 저는 개인적으로는 이건희 씨를 숨겨진 거대 양아치 조직의 보스로 봅니다. 즉, 자이언트 양아치입니다. 이런 사람이 애국을 운운한다는 것은 참으로 부끄러운 일이며, 그 자신도 창피를 알아야 합니다.

한국이 OECD 선진국이라고 입에 침이 마르고 있습니다만, 아래를 보십시오. 제가 늘 드리는 말씀은, 거시경제지표에 속지 말라는 것입니다. 환각, 착각, 환상입니다.

노태우 씨 같은 사람들은 대통령 재임 기간 중 아무 것도 한 일이 없다고 알려져 있습니다. 그리고 퇴임 시까지 열심히 비자금만 챙겼죠. 무려 수천억원으로 알려져 있습니다. 대부분이 이런 사람들입니다. 이게 바로 인간 세상의 현실입니다.

이순신 같은 분이나, 박정희 같은 지도자는 아주 드물게 나타납니다. 저는 이게 참 이해가 안 됩니다.고대 로마제국이 번영할 수 있었던 것도, “5 현제 賢帝시대가 이어져 갔기 때문이라고 합니다” 5명의 현명한 황제가 연이어 나라를 통치하여 세계적인 제국으로 발돋움하게 되었다는 의미입니다. 하늘이 썩었기에, 이런 현상이 벌어진다고 저는 보고 있습니다. 지상이 썩었다는 의미는하늘도 썩었음을 의미합니다. 리더는 대단히 중요합니다. 그러나 현명하고 공정하며 걸출한 지도자, 사심 없이 국가와 국민을 위해 봉사할 수 있는 지도자는 인류 역사 상 몇 명 없습니다.왜 그럴까요? 저는 이게 이해가 안 됩니다. 하늘이 썩어 문드러졌다는 증거들입니다. 영혼 세계가 썩어 문드러져 있다는 증거라는 의미입니다.

저는 때로 생각해 보는데, 정부기관이 힘을 잃게 되면, 이건희 같은 자들이 득세하여, 이른바 “삼성 공화국” 개인기업이 나라를 좌지우지 하는 폐단이 생기게 된다는 점입니다. 사실에 있어서는 이런 숨겨진 독재자, 숨겨진 파워가 더 무서운 것입니다. 드러나지 않기 때문입니다.그리고 드러난다고 해도, 민간기업이라는 구실로 자신들의 치부가 세상에 드러나지 않게 막습니다.(경제가 망한다, 기업 활동에 지장을 초래한다, 남의 일에 간섭한다, 사기업체가 하는 일에 당신들이 뭔데 간섭이냐?는 그럴 듯한 위장막을 들이밀기 때문 입니다)그리고 사회적 파급과 영향력도 막강하기 때문입니다. 그러나 정부기관, 정권은 “비록 힘이 강하여, 여러 가지 악행을 저지른다고 해도, 결국엔 드러나고 국민들로부터 단죄를 받게 됩니다”

이것이 가장 큰 문제입니다.개인기업이라는 명분 하에 온갖 죄악과 부도덕이 은폐되고, 그 명분 속으로 숨어서 계속 악행을 자행합니다. 그러나 정부기관, 정권은 공공의 개념이므로, 비록 한때 위세를 떨치고 잘못을 저지른다고 해도, 결국 진상이 드러나고, 국민들로부터 평가되는 것입니다.

이게 이건희 같은 양아치들이 무섭다는 이유입니다. 누가 건드릴 수가 없는 교묘한 위장막을 치기 때문 입니다.

고로, 결국 항상 정부기관, 국가가 힘을 가지고 있어야 한다는 필연적 명제가성립됩니다.

국가의 주인은 국민이며, 국가를 통치하고 다스리는 정권도 국민이 선출한 국민의 정부입니다. 이들이 힘을 가져야 합니다.사기업에 절대로 휘둘리는 일이 없도록 해야 한다는 것입니다. 노무현 씨가 잘못한 것입니다.

아마추어들이 국가를 인수하여, 생긴 폐단입니다. 제가 대통령이었다면 그냥 내버려 두지 않았습니다. 하늘은 어찌하여 기회를 악당 놈들에게만 주고 있는가?그리고도 카르마를 운운하고, 도덕과 윤리를 따지며, 영혼들을 가르치려 하는가? 썩은 하늘이 있기에 썩은 인간 세상이 펼쳐진 것이라는 생각을 해 봅니다.

삼성은 분할되어야 하며 그 힘을 강제로라도 해체 분산 시켜야 합니다. 반드시 그렇게 해야 합니다.

학력과 부를 대물림 받은 상류층이 권력과 부를 독식하며기득권층으로 군림하고 머리에 쇠똥도 덜 벗겨지고 이마빡 피도 안마른 이들의 자식들이 서민들에겐 꿈속의 떡이나 다름없는 수억원대의 람보르기니,페라리, 벤츠등 고급 외제차로 강남대로에서 질주깽판을 칠때 서민들은 새벽부터 자정까지 한달100만원 벌이 자영업과 공치는 날이 더 많은 일당벌이 노가다에 인생을 걸고 가난을 대물림 받은 자식들은 학비벌이 알바에 목숨을 거는 목불인견의 참혹한 세상을 만들었다.

가난한 청춘들에게 고난의 삶의 행군은 이것으로 끝이 아니다. 빠질기회가 없고 빠질 꼼수를 모르는 국방의무에 청춘을 바치다 천안함 연평도 안보국난 등 추악한 안보장사 사기꾼 안보실패의 제물이 되거나 사회에 나와서는 경쟁 낙오자가 되어 결혼마저 놓치는 백수라는 주홍글씨를 이마빡에 새긴 불알달린 현대판 나홀로 환관,몽당귀신으로 구만리 청춘 인생을 처절하고 기구하게 끝장을 본다. (희망 없는 젊은 세대들, 결혼조차 미루는 경제난국 초래)

신생 대한민국의 민주주의 신장과 경제 발전,국가안보에 지대한 영향을 미친 미국의 기여와 역할을 인정하면서도 시대 변화에 부응한 호혜평등의 동반자 관계보다 기득권 유지 방편의 정권 장악과 유지라는 패거리 중심 패권목적하에 미국익수호의 첨병을 마다하지 않는 숭미종속을 자청한 반평화 반민족적 패악질을 보라.

미국의 입맛과 영남중심 패권욕에 바탕한 대북 강경 전략으로 김대중 정부가 역사적인6,15냠북 공동선언과 햇볕포용 정책으로 획기적으로 개선시킨 평화적 남북관계를 민족 공멸을 부를 수 있는 일촉즉발의 전면전 위기상황으로 파탄냈다.

박은수 민주당 의원은26일 보건복지부 국정감사에서OECD 주요 국가들의 사회복지지출 비중을 언급하며‘복지 포풀리즘’이 나라를 망하게 할 수 있다는 현 정부의 논리를 정면으로 반박했다. 

박 의원은“MB정부의 논리대로라면GDP 대비 평균 사회복지지출 비중(2007년 기준)이 높은OECD 주요 국가들 중에서 아이슬란드(16.1%), 그리스(21.3%), 스페인(21.6%), 포르투갈(22.9%)처럼 경제위기를 겪고 있는 나라들보다 덴마크(26.3%), 프랑스(28.7%), 독일(26.2%), 스웨덴(27.7%) 같은 나라들이 먼저 경제위기를 맞이했어야 했지만 그렇지 않다”고 주장했다.

또“체코(19%), 폴란드(19.8%)처럼 우리(8.2%)보다 못 사는 나라들도 우리보다 두 배 이상 많은 사회복지비용을 지출하고 있는데, 이들 나라들은 왜 아직까지 망하고 있지 않느냐”고 임채민 복지부 장관을 추궁했다.

이어“OECD 평균 사회복지비 지출 비중이GDP 대비19.8%인데, 우리보다 못한 나라는 멕시코(7.2%) 한 나라 뿐이고, 터키(10.5%)나 칠레(11.8%)도 우리보다 높다”며“이스라엘(15.5%), 미국(16.5%) 등의 사례에서도 알 수 있듯이 경제 관료들이 전가의 보도처럼 얘기하는 국방비 지출마저도 복지지출 비중과는 아무런 관계가 없는 것으로 드러났다”고 밝혔다.

박 의원은“지금 우리나라가 심각한 것은 복지지출 과다가 아니라, 오히려 복지지출 증가율이 둔화돼서 경제 선순환이 안 되는 데 있는 것 아니냐”고 따졌다.

박 의원은 또“우리 사회는 그 동안 외형적·물질적·경제적 성장에만 초점을 맞췄기 때문에 내면적·정신적·질적 성장과 분배 쪽에는 크게 신경을 못 쓴 것이 사실이고, 이것이OECD 평균 복지지출비보다 훨씬 못한 수치로 나타나는 것”이라고 말했다.

박 의원은“진짜 문제는 이렇게 복지수요가 폭증하고 있는데도 부자감세를 단행하고, 고소득 자영업자들의 수입 은닉 등으로 지하경제 규모가 그리스보다 더 커서(지하경제 규모27.6%) 탈루액만50조에 달할 것으로 추정되는데도 세수를 적극적으로 확보하려는 어떤 노력도 하지 않는MB정권에 있다”고 꼬집었다.

또“지금이라도 당장 부자감세를 철회하고, 세출 측면에서‘사회복지통합관리망’ 같은 것을 만들어 복지예산만 절감할 게 아니라, 세입 측면에서‘세금탈루종합감시망’ 같은 것을 만들어 고소득층의 음성 탈루 소득을 찾아내고, 탈세를 막기 위한 근본대책을 세워 복지재원을 최대한 많이 확보해야 한다”고 강조했다.

이어“국가로부터 아무런 지원도 받지 못하는 빈곤층이100만 명이 훨씬 넘을 뿐만 아니라, ‘하우스 푸어’도100만 명을 넘고 있다”고 지적하면서, “이들을 그대로 방치하면 향후 몇 년 안에 더 많은 복지예산이 투입돼야 할 텐데 그래도‘복지 포퓰리즘’ 때문에 나라가 망한다면서 복지예산을 깎는 게 맞느냐”고 따져 물었다.

박 의원은 또“우리도 브라질의‘볼사 파밀리아(Bolsa Familia)처럼’넓은 복지‘를 해야 할 때다. 덴마크, 미국 등 주요 선진국들도 경제위기를 타개하고 재정적자를 줄이기 위해 부자 증세를 추진하고 있지 않느냐“고 말했다.

나아가“정치인들이 주민들에게 가시적 효과를 보여주기 위해 토목건설 예산을 확보하려고 경쟁하는 것과 지역주민들의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 복지예산을 확보하려고 경쟁하는 것 중에서 어떤 것이 진짜‘포퓰리즘’이냐”며4대강을 중심으로 하는SOC 토건 예산을 과다 편성해 온MB정권을 강하게 비판했다.

박 의원은 미국의 세계적인 갑부 워런 버핏의 발언을 인용하면서“고용 분야에서‘일자리 나누기’가 있는 것처럼 재정분배와 복지정책 측면에서도 ‘돈 나누기’ 즉, 부의 분배에 보다 집중해야 할 때”라고 역설했다.

박 의원은“그 동안 우리 사회에서는 토건과 성장 중심의 재정 운영 탓에 복지지출이 너무 적었는데, 글로벌 경제위기는 이런 재정 구조를 바꿀 절호의 기회이자 계기가 될 것”이라며, “빠른 시간 안에 산업화, 민주화를 동시에 성공한 저력으로‘복지국가’의 토대를 구축해야 한다”고 강조했다.

일일이 열거하기도 힘들다. 이래 놓고, 잘했다고 나대고 있는 것이 대한민국 지도층이다. 누가 주범인가? 분명히 거시경제지표는 아주 좋아 보인다. 이게 바로 국민을 속이는 수법들이라는 점을 나는 누누이 강조해 왔다.

내년 재량지출 복지 확대는 거의 없어:복지 지출은 올해86.4조원에서 내년92.0조원으로5.6조원, 6.4% 증가. 하지만5.6조원 증가분 중 국민연금, 기초노령연금 등 의무지출분과 복지로 평가하기 어려운 주택지출분 증가분이 총5.2조원을 차지. 내년 예산안에서 정부 예산편성 재량권이 개입되는 복지지출 증가는 거의 없음.

Billy Meier, born February 3, 1937, is a citizen of Switzerland who claims to be a UFO contactee. He is also the source of many controversial UFO photographs, which he states are evidence of his encounters. Meier reports regular contact with extraterrestrials who impart spiritual and philosophical wisdom. He describes the Plejaren (aliens from the Pleiades) as humanoid.

A farmer born in the town of Bulach in the Swiss Lowlands, Eduard "Billy" Meier's claimed his first extraterrestrial contacts occurred in 1942 at the age of five with an elderly extraterrestrial human man named Sfath. Contacts with Sfath lasted until 1953.

From 1953 to 1964 Meier's contacts continued with an extraterrestrial human woman named Asket Meier says that after an eleven year break, contacts resumed again (beginning on January 28, 1975) with an extraterrestrial human woman named Semjase the granddaughter of Sfath.

In his teens, Meier joined the French Foreign Legion but says he soon left and returned home. He traveled extensively around the world pursuing spiritual exploration, covering some forty-two countries over twelve years. In 1965 he lost his left arm in a bus accident in Turkey.

In 1966 he met and married a Greek woman, Kalliope, with whom he has three children. The nickname "Billy" came by way of an American friend who thought Meier's cowboy style of dress reminded her of "Billy the Kid". This anecdote was told by Meier himself in an interview with Bob Zanotti of Swiss Radio International in June, 1982. (BZ, 1/08).

Meier has accumulated a large collection of controversial photographs showing alleged spaceships (called beamships) as well as alleged extraterrestrials (humanoids called the Plejaren). Meier says that the Plejaren gave him permission to photograph and film their beamships in order to produce some of the evidence for extraterrestrial visitation.

Meier's claims are disputed by UFO skeptics as well as some UFO enthusiasts. Many Meier proponents and believers exist among UFO enthusiasts, and his evidence has seen increased exposure through the efforts of an American representative, Michael Horn, who has appeared on popular late-night paranormal programs such as Coast to Coast AM.

Beginning in 1975, Meier allegedly began his official contacts ("official" in that evidence was to be provided publicly, unlike earlier contacts), communicating both directly (face-to-face) and by telepathy with a core group of the Pleiadians/Plejaren, or Errans as he also refers to them (Erra being their home planet), who gave their names as Ptaah, Semjase, Quetzal, and Pleja, among numerous others. According to Meier in the video documentary 'Contact', his first contact with extraterrestrials began on January 28, 1975.

These visitors reportedly hail from the Plejares star system which is beyond the Pleiades and in a dimension that is a fraction of a second in the future from our own (an alternate timeline). These Plejaren have allegedly afforded Meier a more interesting sampling of evidence than that derived from most such encounters, including highly detailed photography, videos, multi-toned sound recordings, the temporary use of a weapon which he employed for trial on a nearby tree, and metal alloy samples.

Meier claimed the visitors charged him with certain informational and consciousness-raising tasks As he undertook this mission, he met with a great deal of scorn and assassination attempts. Some of these were allegedly initiated by hostile extraterrestrial entities and subsequently defeated largely through the intervention of his Plejaren friends. Meier allegedly was uncomfortable with the megalomaniacal associations some would attach to his role as a representative (such as use of the term "prophet", e.g.) but he undertook the effort nonetheless.

In 1975 he established the Freie Interessengemeinschaft f웦 Grenz- und Geisteswissenschaften und Ufologiestudien ("Free Community of Interests for the Fringe and Spiritual Sciences and UFOlogical Studies") , or FIGU, a non-profit organization for the benefit of researchers into this field, and headquartered it at the Semjase Silver Star Center.

Meier claims that he was instructed to transcribe his conversations with various extraterrestrials, some of which have been published in the German language. These books are referred to as the Contact Notes or Contact Reports.

Currently there are nine published volumes of the Contact Reports (titled Plejadisch-Plejarische Kontaktberichte). Some of the Contact Reports were translated into English, extensively edited and expurgated, and published in the out-of-print four-volume set Message From The Pleiadesby Meier case investigator Wendelle Stevens.

Meier's alleged discussions with the Plejarens are highly detailed and wide-ranging, dealing with subjects ranging from spirituality and the afterlife to the dangers of mainstream religions, human history, science and astronomical phenomena, ecology and environmental dangers, in addition to prophecies of future historic trends and events.

An additional aspect of the Meier case is the highly controversial book the Talmud Jmmanuel.It is said to be the translation of ancient Aramaic scrolls that were discovered by Meier and a colleague in Jerusalem in 1963. The book claims to be the original teachings and life events of the man named Jmmanuel. Extensive study has been made of the book by James Deardorff.

Some of the most important evidence for Meier's claims come from his large collection of controversial photographs. These include images of alleged spacecraft in the Swiss countryside, the Apollo-Soyuz 1975 docking and distant astronomical phenomena. Supporters insist that the images are exceptionally high quality and that a one-armed man could not possibly have fabricated them.

Critics such as Stanton Friedman and Jacques Vall럆 believe them to be fakes. Some critics have provided examples of similar faked photos and have pointed out that some of his photos are taken from science fiction books, paintings and television programs.

Meier claims that these photos were altered by intelligence agencies and slipped into his collection in order to discredit his UFO testimony. Other allegations include focus and light-direction problems consistent with cut-and-paste and model techniques.

The metal alloy samples are said to have been given to Meier by the Plejarens and then passed on to Wendelle Stevens who then had them tested by chemist Marcel Vogel. Vogel said that in his view the samples could not have been made by means of contemporary earthly metallurgy as they were apparently produced via cold fusion. Vogel also stated that the metal vanished from the IBM laboratory not long after his work was completed which prevented other scientists from performing their own analyses on it.

As recounted in the unabridged version of Message from the Pleiades, Vol. 2, Meier was taken back in time by the extraterrestrial Asket where he met personally with Jmmanuel, alleged to be the real Jesus, and who told Meier that Meier's evolution was higher than that of Jmmanuel himself, saying, "Truly, your evolution has proceeded for 2000 years further, which fact I have not considered." (page 512). The contact with Jmmanuel lasted for four days after which Meier was returned to the present time.

Talmud Jmmanuel (TJ)is a purported ancient text in Aramaic that the Swiss UFO contactee Billy Meier, along with an ex-Greek Orthodox priest named Isa Rashid, claimed to have discovered south of the Old City of Jerusalem in 1963. According to Meier, Isa Rashid kept the manuscript and sent him the translation in 1974. The first edition in German came out in 1978. It is described by its promoters as the source text (often termed the Logia, or the Q document) of the Gospel of Matthew, which is claimed to demonstrate extraterrestrial origins for the Bible. The spelling Jmmanuel was allegedly commanded to Meier by extraterrestrials.

Billy Meier repeatedly warns of an impending Third World War beginning in November 2006, 2008, 2010, or 2011. He has also denounced the terroristic activities and vigilante behavior of various Muslim extremist groups, which he says only foment the possibility for war.

At one time, Meier suggested November, 2006 as the most likely start of World War III, then revised the date to November, 2008, a period that has also now passed. In any case, Meier states that, in an approaching year, four world leaders will die within seven days of one another, giving a clear sign that within a mere 2 years of these events the long-feared world war will indeed erupt - that is unless terrestrials finally gain mastery over their reason and change their behavior, insisting that these prophecies are all subject to change, as opposed to inevitabilities.
