Outmoded convenient facilities compare with conglomerate’s big stores such as E-Mart, LOTTE Mart, and Home plus.
Parking ground, climate-controlled, consumer convenience, distinguished service, products quality & package skills, price , business mood.
Warehouse-discount stores are differentiating themselves from the competition with their customer service. They are trying to improve the customer service such as lower price, consumer convenience, and best products quality, build-up feel so good interior.
They focused on planning the aggressive marketing strategies and providing a differentiated service, it recorded its highest sales figure over the years.
If I were a customer, I would prefer warehouse-discount stores to the traditional market because of more cleanness, better service, lower price, better quality, and better convenience. Especially, younger women prefer to the warehouse-discount stores or department store.
The same phenomenon is that most of the younger women prefer living in luxurious apartments to common villa or a detached house
The point is that
To increase theirs competitive power on the nation market, especially in a large city, Korean traditional markets should be in need of a new management strategy and redevelopment. At present, the traditional market is worst insufficiently competitive compare with the conglomerate’s big stores.
Also, Korean government should be make a plan to active AID for traditional market.
Because that they have not organized smart management team and have no money, having outmoded facilities. Most of younger women don’t like that’s state.

일본 산세이도 서점 三省堂書店.
일본에도 거대 책방,서점들이 많습니다. 과거 일본 방문 시, 들른 책방에는, 우리나라에서 출간된 많은 책들이 일본 서적들을 번역한 것들이었음을 알게 해 주었죠.
대부분의 기술서적, 과학(뉴튼 잡지 같은 것들도 다 일본 것입니다), 잡지류가 대부분 일본책을 번역한 것들입니다. 영문 책을 번역하기보다는, 일본어가 번역하기가 쉽다는 것이 이유라고도 합니다.
일례로서, 플레이아데스, 셈야제 이야기도 일본 책을 번역한 것들이죠. 전공 기술서적은 거의 100% 일본 책 번역이고요. 우리가 이렇게 해서는 안 되겠다는 생각을 해 봅니다.
최고 선진국이 되려면, 기초분야, 원초적인 부분에서 앞서가야 합니다. 예전에 종로서적이 종로 2가에 있었습니다. 이런 서점들이 대부분, 일본 동경 등 대도시에 있는 서점을 모방한 형태들입니다.
다만, 요즘 교보문고 등을 보면, 독창적인 면모를 보이고 있다는 생각도 해 봅니다. 제가 주창하는 바대로, 도서관과 연결된 거대책방, 서점문화 공간을 만들어 보면 어떨까요?
인터넷 카페 + 커피 마시며 클래식 음악 들으며, 책 읽는 공간 + 애들 놀이터 + 교육용 다큐멘터리나 좋은 영화(고전영화 좋은 거 많습니다. 애수, 마음의 행로 등등) 상영해 주는 비주얼 시청각 자료실 + 애들 공부하는 도서관 + 식당(저렴한 학생용 식당) + 책 대여해 주는 도서관이 복합적으로 결부된 복합 청소년 문화센터입니다. 여기서 외부로 나가면, 거대한 공원이 마주합니다. 이게 바로 4대문 개발 계획에 포함되어야 한다는 개념입니다. 정독 도서관 있습니다. 좋습니다. 하지만, 최고를 만들자는 이념을 가지고 해 볼 만한 일입니다.
책은 영혼의 양식이며, 영원한 인류의 보고이며, 자산입니다. 수만년을 이어온 인류문명의 지식, 지혜가 바로 책 속에 있습니다. 책을 늘 가까이 하고, 다독합시다.
책을 많이 읽는 국민들 중 하나는, 일본인들입니다. 여긴 어딜 가도, 조그마한 책 한권은 들고 있는 일본 사람들을 보게 됩니다. 하다 못해 만화책이라도 놓고 보고 있습니다. 일본이 왜 우리보다 모든 면에서 한 수 위가 되었을까요?
이렇게 고객들이 책방에 책을 사러 와서, 잠시 앉아서 독서도 할 수 있도록 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.
이런 개념을 확대하여, 4대문 안을 재개발하여, 종합 문화 관광 쇼핑 몰과 공원등을 만든다고 하면, 거대한 책방도 더불어서 만들되, 도서관과 연계되는 시스템도 구상해 볼 필요가 있다는 것입니다.
거대한 도서관이 거대한 책방과 연결되고, 아이들과 학생들이, 책을 사러 와서 잠시 앉아서 책도 보고, 인터넷 카페도 이용할 수 있으며, 연결된 도서관에 가서 공부도 하고, 책도 보는, 종합 문화공간을 만들어 보자는 것입니다. 교보문고의 개념은 상당히 훌륭합니다.
그러나 저는 최고를 지향한다는 측면에서, Best of Best를 실현해 보자는 취지입니다. 거대 도서관과 연계된 거대한 책방, 그리고 아이들과 학생들을 위한 휴식처, 인터넷 카페과 복합적으로 연결된 "청소년 문화공간"을 조성해 봅시다. 4대문 안에 말입니다. 종합 재개발이 이뤄지기를 바랍니다. 이런 경우, 건물은 기념비적인 멋진 건축물로 만들어 본다면, 후세에 길이 남을 유산이 될 것입니다.
고객들이 바닥에 앉아서 책을 볼 수 있는 곳, 교보문고 입니다. 책은 마음의 양식이며, 보석과 같은 것입니다.

왜 국민 혈세를 보다 덜 중요한 곳에 투자하고 있는가? 그 돈으로 할 일은 너무도 많다! 당장 사업계획을 수정하라! 4대강 사업은 훗날 해도 되지만, 우리가 제안하는 프로젝트는 당장 해야 할 국책사업이다.
이명박 정부가 내년에도 복지예산은 줄이고 4대강 후속사업을 강행할 방침이어서 논란이 되고 있다. [기사]
국회 기획재정위원회 소속 민주통합당 이낙연 의원이 19일 각 부처로부터 제출받아 분석한 '2013년도 예산요구안'에 따르면 보건복지부는 내년도 기초수급 생계급여 대상자 수를 올해 155만 명(87만 4천가구)에서 147만 명(85만 8천가구)으로 8만 명 감축 편성했다. 그나마 올해 부양의무자의 소득기준을 완화해 대상자 6만 1천 명을 확대했던 것도 내년엔 2만 8천 명이나 줄였다.
또 내년도 예산요구안에는 올해 국회에서 증액한 경로당 난방비269억 5천500만 원 중 한 푼도 반영되지 않았다. 갑작스러운 위기 상황으로 생계유지가 곤란한저소득층위기가구를 지원하기 위한 '긴급복지 사업'은 58억9천만 원(10%) 줄었고 국민기초생활수급자중 등록 장애인(3~6급)에게 지급하는 장애수당도 15억8천만 원(2.9%)이나 삭감 편성됐다.
국토해양부가 4대강사업의 후속사업인 지류및 지천 개발을 위해
1조7천848억원의
예산을 편성한 것으로 전해졌다.
19일 민주통합당 이낙연(담양, 함평, 영광, 장성) 의원실에 따르면 국토부는 4대강 사업의 후속 또는 중복 사업으로 논란을 빚었던 지류·지천 사업에 예산 1조7848억원을 편성, 현재 기획재정부의 심의를 받고 있는 중이다.
국토부는 예산요구안을 통해 4대강 살리기 사업의 효과를극대화하고 지류하천의 홍수방어 능력을 높이기 위해 4대강 외 국가·지방하천에 대한 단계적 정비가 필요하다는 입장이다.
편성된 예산을 세부적으로 살펴보면
국가하천정비 3430억원,
지방하천정비 7084억원,
국가하천 유지보수1571억원,
수자원공사(Kwater)공금융지원 3302억원,
아라뱃길지원 900억원,
하천편입토지보상 400억원,
수문조사및 홍수예보 606억원이다.
기획재정부는 47억 4천505만 원(7%) 인상된
공무원인건비 725억 3천400만 원을 편성했다.

2015년까지 이 공사에 15조 4000억 원을 투입할 예정인 지류지천 정비는
4대강 못지않게 큰 예산이 들어가는 사업이다.
거기에 해마다 유지비로 들어가야 할 예산까지 감안하면 엄청난 혈세가 들이 부어질 것이다.
국민이 4대강 삽쥘보다도 못한 것인가?
복지예산을 삭감하면서까지 지류지천사업을 강행하겠다는 정부는 제발 국민의
고통을 헤야려 지류지천정비사업을 철회하고 복지예산에 투입 시켜야 한다~!!!!!!!!!

이 색상 형태로 상상해 보십시오.(최적입니다. 무색 무취의 한강에 컬러풀한 아름다움이 도입되는 것입니다) 한강을 따라서 이 멋지고 아름답고 조용한 미래형 교통수단이, 저기 청평까지 아름다운 경관을 끼고 유연하고 조화롭게 건설되어 있는 서울의 모습을 말입니다.
우리나라는, 도무지 삶의 질에 관심이 없습니다. 지하철도 전부 입석이고, 고급형이 없습니다. 사실 지하철도 차별화해서 운영했어야 합니다. 고급좌석을 구비한 직통 지하철이 별도 시스템으로 갖춰져 있어야 했다는 것입니다.
그리고 교외선입니다. 교외로 나가는 전철은 고급 좌석형이 반드시 필요하다고 봅니다. 그러나 전부 입석이야. 저기 천안까지 가는 전철도 전부 입석, 저기 춘천가는 것도 입석, 저기 팔당 가는 것도 입석. 어찌 그리도 삶의 질에 관심이 없습니까? 우리가70,80년대 한국입니까?
일본을 좀 참조해 보시오. 일본 가면, 교외선은 좌석 형태들입니다. 그리고 직통형이 많습니다. 독일은 어떻고? 우리가 제안하는 것은, 세계최고의 선진국을 성취하자는 것입니다.그게 반드시GDP 만은 아닙니다. 산술적인GDP 하나만 들이밀면서, OECD가 어떻고 하시는데, 시대착오적 발상입니다.
대전에 먼저 도입한다는데, 서울 먼저 하십시오, 한강입니다. 서울은 대한민국 수도 입니다. 그러나 낙후되어 있습니다. 한강에 먼저 도입해 봅시다.
그리고 인천국제공항에 건설 중인 모노레일도 "자기부상 방식"이었네요. 잘 하신 일인데요. 조속히 수도 서울 교통수단으로 추진해 봅시다. 지하철 공사가 반대할 수도 있지만, 명백하게, 지하철과는 다른 개념입니다.
즉, 지하철은 대량 대중교통운송 수단이지만, 이 자기부상 모노레일은 "관광 쇼핑 행복증진용도"이자, "지하철이 커버하지 못하는 지역을 이어줄 수 있는 또 다른 대안입니다"
생각해 보십시오. 지금 우리가 청평이나 춘천 등 경관이 좋은 곳에 가려면, 아주 복잡하고 힘든 과정을 요구합니다. 청량리 역이나, 용산 역까지 가서 열차 타던지, 별도의 시외버스 터미널로 가야 합니다. 그러나 이 시스템을 한강변에 도입하고, 청평, 팔당까지 연장하면, 우리는 버스 타듯, 집 근처에서 편리하게, 이 멋진 교통수단을 타고, 가족과 함께 청평, 북한강을 가볼 수 있게 됩니다.
교외선이 있고, 지하철이 있고, 어쩌고 하는데요. 그거 너무 불편합니다. 그래서 사람들은 자동차를 타고 갑니다. 대중교통 수단 이용하려면 힘들고 복잡하기 때문 입니다. 그러나 우리가 이런 시스템을 한강을 따라 건설하여, 북한강까지 연결하면, 그럴 필요가 없습니다. 술 한잔 먹고, 가족과 놀고 오기 딱 좋습니다. 자동차는 술 마시면 안 됩니다.
게다가 그 좋은 경치를 하늘 높이 달리는 Sky Line에서 감상할 수 있습니다. 남녀노소 모두 좋아할 차세대 교통 수단입니다. 더 많은 사람들은, 더 저렴한 비용으로, 보다 좋은 경치, 보다 나은 삶의 여건으로 이끌 수 있다는 것입니다. 지하철은 어쩔 수 없이, 대량 운송을 위하여 운영되는 측면이지, 삶의 행복지수나, 편의성과는 배치되는 개념입니다.
저기 깊고 깊은 땅굴 속으로 들어갔다 나왔다 하려면, 고역입니다. 아무 것도 안 보이죠. 답답하죠. 짜증나죠. 왜 그걸 고집합니까? 게다가 지하철 하나 건설하려면 엄청난 자금이 소요됩니다. 지하철 역사 한번 보십시오. 그거 하나 만드는데 도대체 돈이 얼마나 들었을까요? 그러나 얘를 운영하면? 절반 이하의 비용으로 만들 수 있다는 생각입니다. 게다가 적자도 없을 듯 합니다. 유지 보수 비용이 아주 적게 들 것이기 때문 입니다.

수도 서울을 개발함에 있어서, 제안하고 싶은 보조적(?) 교통 수단은, 모노레일(자기부상 방식)입니다.
1. 밝은 태양, 푸른하늘, 맑은 대기 속에서 도시를 여행한다. 출퇴근한다. 관광한다. 쇼핑한다.(행복지수 상승)

김포(김포공항 연결포함) - 여의도 - 반포 - 잠실 - 하남 - 팔당으로 이어지는 최적의 코스가 있다. 워커힐 등 주요 호텔 및 쇼핑명소, 관광명소(서울시)로 연결하는 라인도 구상할 수 있다.

시드니 메트로 모노레일(Sydney Metro Monorail)은 오스트레일리아 뉴사우스웨일스 주 시드니 중심 업무 지구와 달링 하버, 차이나 타운을 연결하는 단선 순환 모노레일이다. 3.6 킬로미터의 순환 노선에8개의 정차역이 설치되어 있으며 파워하우스 박물관, 시드니 수족관, 시드니 전시 컨벤션 센터 등의 시드니의 주요 명소를 거쳐 지나간다.
1988년7월TNT N.V.가 유럽 이주민의 오스트레일리아 개척200주년을 기념하여 건설, 서비스를 시작하였으며, 현재Veolia Environnement 그룹 산하의Metro Transport Sydney 와Sydney Metro Light Rail 에 의해 공동 운영 되고 있다.

일반적으로 모노레일은, 우리가 서울 대공원이나, 에버랜드에 가면 볼 수 있는, 청룡열차 개념으로 볼 수도 있습니다. 지금 인천국제공항에 건설 중인 교통 수단도 모노레일 입니다만, "자기부상 방식"은 아닙니다.
이 자기부상 방식 열차는, 이미 1960년대부터 연구 개발되어 온 과제 중에 하나인데도, 여전히 상용화되지 못하고 있다는 점이 좀 의문스럽습니다. 아, 중국은 이미 상용화 했네요. ㅎㅎ 상하이 푸동국제공항 철도입니다. 만일, 우리가 이 자기부상 방식의 열차를, 모노레일 형태로 수도 서울에 건설한다면, 중저속 자기부상 열차로도 충분하므로, 현재 한국의 기술 수준에서도, 충분히 가능하리라고 보여집니다.(그런데 왜 안 하고 있었지?)
보통 자기부상 열차는 초고속을 목표로 개발되고 있는데, 중저속도 가능하므로, 저속으로 달리는 도시형 자기 부상열차는 현재 기술 수준에서도 가능하다는 것이 제 견해입니다. 사실 경부고속철도도, 자기부상방식으로 갔어야 했다는 것이 제 생각이죠. 국가기술과학 백년대계를 내다 본다면, 자기부상 방식으로 장기적으로 구상되어야 할 부분이기도 하다는 생각입니다.
모노레일을 제안하는 이유는, 대도시 주요 교통 수단에 속하는 지하철 시스템이 지하에 위치하다 보니, 답답하고 어둡고 때로 짜증이 나는 보다 덜 행복한 교통 수단이 아니냐는 생각 때문입니다"

요건 놀이공원 같은데요. 이런 식으로 한강이 더 멋있고 운치있게 변하지 않을까요? 게다가 실용성도 뛰어납니다. 차량은, 사람들이 외부롤 내다 보기 쉽게, 커다란 창문으로 설계해 놓으면 더 좋습니다. 특히 한강변은, 아래 바닥면 근처까지 커다란 창문으로 차량을 설계해 놓으면, 강을 구경하면서 출퇴근하고, 관광도 하고, 데이트도 하고, 그러는데 좋을 것입니다. 특히 한강을 끼고 건설한다는 측면은 교통분담 효과 측면도 크다는 생각이죠.
서울시는 주로 경전철 얘기만 하는데, 왜 자꾸 지하로만 들어갈 생각을 하시는지 이해가 안 됩니다. 아마도 경전철 건설비용보다 싸게 건설할 수 있을지도 모릅니다. 그리고 비록 더 비용이 더 들어간다고 해도, 유지 보수비용이 저렴하다고 하므로, 투자가치는 충분합니다. 게다가 자기부상방식은 저소음입니다. 소음 거의 없죠. 승차감 좋습니다. 높은 위치에서 달려가므로, 도시경관 감상에도 최적입니다.

우리는 인천 송도에 건설했다고 하는데 ???? 건설경기 활성화는, 경제활성화 효과를 증대시킵니다. 위에 사진에서 보이는 녀석은 크기가 너무 작은 듯 하고요. 좀 커야 할듯 합니다. 미국 시애틀 정도 크기 혹은 그것보다 조금 더 큰 정도가 적합하지 않을까 생각됩니다. 버스보다 수송 능력이 좋습니다. 4~5대를 연결한다면, 차량 당 20~30명이면, 100~150명 수송이 가능하니까요.

승용차를 몰고 다니면, 한강 제대로 보이지 않습니다. 게다가 운전해야 하는데, 그거 언제 봅니까? 그리고 운전 안해도, 차고가 낮아서 잘 안 보입니다. 전철(용산역 - 팔당)이 있기는 있는데, 얘를 타면 잘 안 보입니다. 경치감상하고 그럴 구조가 아닌데다가, 고도가 낮기 때문입니다. 그리고 한강변에 살기도 쉽지 않습니다. 10억 이상 재산이 있어야 합니다. 그러므로, 누이좋고 매부좋고, 모노레일을 1차적으로 한강변에 건설해 보는 것이 좋지 않겠느냐 하는 의견입니다. 88올림픽, 강북강변도로를 옆에 끼고 같이 타고 가는 형태로 구상해도 됩니다.(어차피 건설투자란 경기진작 효과가 큰 사업이므로, 일거양득이 아닐 수 없다는 생각입니다)
그림을 그려 본다면, 한강을 끼고 남쪽 라인, 북쪽 라인 두개의 라인을 구상해 볼 수 있습니다. 그리고 이 라인이 4대문과 연결되도록 하는 것입니다. 4대문 안에서도, 청계천을 끼고 돌게 하는 방안도 있겠죠. 그리고 남산을 끼고 돌 수도 있습니다.
한강라인 : 김포 한강하구 - 여의도 - 반포 - 잠실 - 미사리 - 팔당댐 - 청평댐까지도 가능합니다. 이걸 김포공항까지 연결할 수도 있습니다. 지금 김포공항 가는 지하철 한번 타보실래요? 하세월입니다. 버스도 하세월입니다. 진절머리 나게 오래 갑니다.
4대문 라인 : 한강라인과 연결, 한남동 - 장충동 - 남산 - 남대문 재래시장 - 퇴계로 - 동대문 종합시장 - 대학로 - 창경궁 - 경복궁 - 인사동 - 세종로 -청계천 라인 - 용산대로 - 한강라인, 대략 그림을 그려볼 수 있는데요. 출퇴근 용도만이 아니라, 쇼핑 관광용도 됩니다. 잘만 만들면, 서울시내 야경이나 경치를 즐길 수 있는 형태가 될 수도 있다는 생각입니다.
일단 한강라인은 해 볼만 하다는 생각입니다. 개인적인 견해였습니다. 수중공사가 어렵다면, 강변을 따라서 건설해도 되겠고, 방법은 전문가들, 기술자들이 알아서 할 일입니다. 걍 개인 견해입니다.

현재 대도시의 주력 궤도계 교통수단은 지하철이다. 지하철은 종래의 철도를 지하터널에 집어넣은 것으로써, 철바퀴가 철궤도 위에서 달린다는 철도의 기본원리는 동일하다.
철바퀴를 철궤도위에서 달리게 되면, 마찰저항이 크게 줄어들게 된다. 따라서 여러 대의 차량이 연결된 대형 전동차에 한번에 천 명이상이 탑승을 해도, 이러한 전동차를 움직이게 하는데 에너지가 그렇게 크게 소모되지 않는다. 철바퀴는 고무타이어와는 비교할 수 없을 정도로 마찰저항이 작기 때문이다.
하지만 이러한 철바퀴는 단단하다는 특징이 있어 진동이 차량에 그대로 전달되는 문제점이 있다. 또한 곡선부에서는 철바퀴와 레일이 약간 어긋나게 되므로 곡선부에서 진동과 소음이 심해지며, 바퀴가 레일을 깎아서 레일의 수명이 단축되는 현상도 일어난다.
마지막으로 철바퀴와 철궤도 사이의 마찰저항이 작은 것은 평탄한 구간에서 달리기에는 좋은 것이지만 정작 마찰력이 필요한 경사구간이나 감속 시에는 단점으로 작용하기도 한다. 그래서 이같은 문제점을 모두 해결할 수 있는 도시형 자기부상열차가 주목을 받고 있다. 도시형 자기부상열차란 무엇이고, 새로운 도시교통수단으로써 어떤 장점을 가지고 있을까?
◇ 도시형 자기부상열차란?
자기부상열차에 대한 첫 번째 오해는 자기부상열차는 초고속열차라는 것이다. 하지만 자기부상열차는 고속철도를 위한 초고속모델과 도시철도를 위한 중저속 모델이 있으며, 여기서 소개하는 것은 도시철도용으로 쓰이는 중저속 모델이다.
자기부상열차란 레일과 차량간에 자기적인 힘을 이용하여, 차량을 일단 공중에 띄운 후 전진하는 열차를 말한다. 자기부상열차의 원리를 간단히 설명하면, 일반적으로 중저속 자기부상열차는 상전도 흡인식으로 부상을 하여 선형유도모터(LIM)로 앞으로 진행을 하는 것이다. (초고속 자기부상열차는 초전도 반발식으로 부상하여, 선형동기모터로 진행)
보통 자기부상열차라고 하면, 자석의 같은 극끼리(N-N, S-S)밀어내는 힘을 이용하여, 바닥에 있는 궤도 위에 차량을 띄운다고 생각하는데, 이것은 초전도 반발식의 원리이며, 오히려 상전도 흡인식은 궤도가 위에 있고, 차량(정확히는 차량 아래쪽에 부착된 전자석)이 아래쪽에 있어서, 끌어당기는 힘을 적당히 조절하여, 차량을 고정된 궤도 "아래"에 떠있도록 한다.

이때 당기는 힘이 너무 세면, 차량이 궤도에 딱 붙어버리고, 당기는 힘이 너무 약하면, 차량이 궤도에서 아래로 떨어져버리므로, 제어장치를 부가하여 정확한 힘 조절을 할 필요가 있다.
이러한 자기부상열차의 개념은 철바퀴의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 나온 것이다. 기존의 철도는 철바퀴와 철궤도 사이의 마찰력이 적기 때문에, 모터의 출력을 높여주면, 속도를 지속적으로 높일 수 있다. 하지만 속도가 300km/h를 넘어가게 되면, 철바퀴가 철궤도 위에서 미끄러지는 현상(공전)이 점점 크게 나타나게 되고, 결국은 속도를 더 이상 높이지 못하는 상황에 이르게 된다. 따라서 공학자들은 열차의 속도를 더 높이기 위해서는 바퀴에 의존하지 않고, 열차를 궤도 위에 띄운 후에 달리게 해야 한다는 생각에 이르게 된 것이다.
이러한 자기부상열차 기술은 독일과 일본에서 꾸준히 개발되어, 초고속모델은 독일의 트랜스래피드 그룹과 일본의 철도기술종합연구소(야마나시 시험선)에서 기술이 거의 완성단계에 이르러 있다. 특히 독일의 트랜스래피드 기술을 전수받은 중국은 2002년 12월 31일부터 상하이 시내와 푸둥공항을 연결하는 32km노선에서 세계 최초로 상용 초고속 자기부상열차 운행을 시작하였다. 자기부상열차는 이 구간에서 430km/h의 속도로 운행 중이다.
그런데 이러한 초고속 자기부상열차 기술을 개발하다보니, 자기부상열차는 중저속으로 운행할 때에도 여러 가지 장점이 있음을 알게 되었다.
◇ 자기부상열차의 장점
우선 자기부상열차의 큰 장점은 레일과 차량간의 비접촉 때문에 주행저항이 적고 소음이 적다는 점이다. 또한 부상시스템 자체가 현가장치 역할을 하므로 진동도 적다. 또한 마찰이 없으므로 철이나 고무바퀴가 닳아 없어지는 현상이 없어서 유지보수가 쉬워지며 철, 고무분진 같은 유해물질도 나오지 않는다.
즉 자기부상열차는 에너지를 절약하고, 환경오염을 줄이는 친환경적인 시스템이라는 것이다. 이것은 많은 사람들이 모여 살고 있어 환경이 중요시되는 대도시에서 커다란 장점으로 작용한다.

또한 자기부상열차는 초기투자비용은 많이 들지만 주행저항이 적어 에너지가 절약되므로 장기적으로는 운영비용이 적게 드는 특징이 있다. 그래서 기존 지하철의 적자운행에 골머리를 앓고 있는 각종 도시들이 큰 관심을 보이고 있다.

또한 자기부상열차는 철궤도와 철바퀴간 낮은 마찰력에 의존하는 것이 아니라서 급경사 및 급커브에 강하다는 장점도 있다. 즉 종래의 지하철은 급경사나 급커브를 지나지 못하여 노선을 자유롭게 설정할 수가 없었다. 하지만 자기부상열차를 도입하면 보다 유연한 노선설정이 가능한 것이다.
따라서 좁은 공간 때문에 필연적으로 노선에 급경사와 급커브가 있을 수밖에 없는 도시교통수단으로 자기부상열차가 주목받고 있다.
이러한 중저속 자기부상열차는 일본의 HSST(High Speed Surface Transport)가 대표적이다. HSST는 일본항공(JAL)의 관련회사로서 공항과 도시를 연결하는 것을 목표로 1974년부터 기술을 개발 중에 있으며, 각종 박람회에서 여러 차례 시험운행을 실시한 바 있다. 특히 중저속 자기부상열차는 저속이나 정지상태에서도 모델 전시가 쉬워 박람회 등에서 많은 사람들이 경험하고 있다.
◇ 자기부상열차, 우리나라의 연구현황은?

이러한 자기부상열차는 사실 우리나라도 연구를 하고 있고, 이미 기술개발도 상당히 진행된 상태이다. 이미 1985년 당시 대우중공업(현: (주)로템)은 자기부상열차 개발에 착수하였으며, 이후 1989년 한국기계연구원이 국책연구개발사업으로 자기부상열차 개발에 착수함으로서 본격적인 개발이 시작되었다. 1989년에는 모형 무인자기부상열차 HML-01이 개발되었고, 이어 1991년 최초의 유인(8명) 자기부상열차인 HML-02가 개발되었다.
이후, 1992년에 시험용 모델인 DMV92에 이어, 일반인이 탑승을 해볼 수 있는 모델인, HML-03이 개발되었다. HML-03은 바로 1993년 대전엑스포 때 엑스포 행사장에 설치되어 많은 사람들이 시험탑승을 해본 바로 그 모델이다. 필자도 당시 엑스포 행사장에서 자기부상열차 탑승을 해본 적이 있으며, 실제로 차량이 궤도에 뜨는 것을 보고는 감탄을 한 적이 있었다.

이후 자신감을 얻은 우리나라는 새로운 도시형 자기부상열차인 UTM 모델을 본격 개발하기 시작하였다. UTM은 Urban Transit Maglev의 약자로 '도시교통을 위한 자기부상열차'를 뜻한다. 자기부상을 영어로 하면, Magnetic Levitation으로써, 이를 흔히 마그레브(Maglev)로 줄여 부르는 것이 보통이다. UTM모델은 현재 한국기계연구원과 (주)로템이 공동개발하고 있으며, 아래 사진이 최신모델인 UTM-01 이다.

UTM-01은 1997년에 처음 개발되었으며, 대전에 있는 한국기계연구원 구내에 시험선 1.3km 위에 1량을 설치하였다. 1998년에는 1량을 추가 제작하여 본격적인 주행실험을 시작하였다. 이 열차는 최대속도 110km/h, 정원 60명/량인 차량으로써, 도시 경전철을 목표로 개발된 차량이다.

한편 자기부상열차의 원활한 연구개발을 위해서 2007년까지 대전엑스포 공원 인근에 1km정도의 노선을 만들 예정에 있다. 즉 엑스포 과학공원 내에 설치되어 있는 기존의 자기부상열차(HML-03)의 노선 560m 중 360m를 재활용하고 570m를 추가하여, 전체 930m의 대전 엑스포 과학공원~국립 중앙과학관간 셔틀노선을 준비 중에 있는 것이다.
이곳에 새로운 노선이 만들어지면 UTM-01의 다음 모델을 설치하여 우리나라의 자기부상열차 기술을 본격적으로 실용화할 예정이다.
◇ 맺으며
철도는 1825년 영국에서 세계최초로 본격 운행되기 시작하였다. 하지만 이후 180년 동안 속도의 증가, 증기기관에서 전기모터를 이용하는 동력방식의 변화 등 커다란 변화를 거치면서도, 철바퀴가 철궤도 위에서 달린다는 기본 원리에는 변함이 없었다. 하지만 앞으로는 이러한 기본 개념이 드디어 변할 것으로 보인다. 도시교통에서 지하철보다 많은 장점을 갖고 있는 중저속 자기부상열차가 본격 개발되고 있기 때문이다.
앞으로 대도시에 지하철 대신 고가에서 달리는 자기부상열차가 만들어지면, 사업자는 에너지를 절약하여, 운영비를 절약할 수 있고, 시민들은 기존방식보다 더 쾌적하고 환경친화적인 교통수단을 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

가장 개발이 잘 이뤄진 지역 중 하나인, 강남 역 부근입니다. 서울에는 지하철 역 기준으로 약 8군데의 번화가가 있는데, 명동, 종각 및 종로2가, 강남역 부근, 신촌역 부근, 홍대입구 역 부근, 건대입구 역 부근, 혜화역 부근 대학로, 압구정동 로데오 거리 정도일 것입니다.
기본 컨셉을 보면, 명동은 일본의 긴자 거리, 종로, 종각 거리는 일본의 신주쿠를 모방한 형태라고 보면 되겠습니다. 그러나 규모나 번화함 측면에서 본다면, 일본에 비할 바가 아닙니다. 인구 1억2천과 인구 4천 7백만의 차이일 수도 있습니다만, 명동은 그런대로 발전 유지되고 있으나, 종각,종로2가는 갈수록 퇴색해 가고 있다는 느낌입니다. 종로(종각~동대문)는 버려져 있었다는 것이 그간의 내 견해죠.
수도 서울의 문제 중 하나는, 시민을 위한 복합 문화 오락 쇼핑 휴식 즐김의 공간이 미흡하다는 점입니다. 그간 지적한 바대로, 있기는 있는데, 한국 사람들이 "삶의 질"에 대해서 그다지 신경쓰지 않는 성향이 있기에, 상당히 미흡해 보인다는 점입니다. 게다가 많은 부분에서 "가진 자들 위주로 설계 개발되어 온 도시입니다"
강남에서 살려면 아파트 한채 가격이 보통 10억 이상입니다. 10억 이상의 자산을 보유한 사람은, 대한민국 상위 10%에 해당됩니다. 일반 월급쟁이들은 평생 벌어도 5억 재산 모으기 쉽지 않습니다. 그러므로, 저는, "다수를 위한, 모두를 위한, 전체를 위한" 국가 도시 인프라 구축이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 역설하는 것입니다.
먹물들, 유능하고 학벌좋고 잘난 사람들이 들이미는 여러가지 경제논리에 속지 마십시오. 미국이나 서구 유럽은, 비록 신자본주의라든지 여러 일견 가혹해 보이는 자본주의 경쟁체제를 가지고 있는 듯 보이지만,그게 아닙니다. 그걸 국민들에게 속이고, 안 좋은 것만 들이밀면서, "가진 자 위주의 세상을 건설하려 한 사람들이 재벌 상류층, 집권여당"입니다.
한국의 문화는 개고기, 오리탕으로 불리는 "좋은게 좋은거지~대충 대충~" 문화입니다. 즉, 프로근성, 보다 나은 최고를 만들자는 의지가 약하다는 것입니다. 뭐? 경치가 어떻고, 도시미관이 어떻고, 예술이 어째? 계집애 같은 헛소리 말고, 오늘 개고기 집에나 가서 막걸리 소주에 한잔 하지? 이게 한국적 문화입니다. 그래서 이런 결과가 나오고 있다는 생각을 해 봅니다.
최고란 무엇입니까? 잘 했다고 자화자찬하지 말고, 최고가 되도록 노력해 봅시다.

보다 풍요롭고 행복한 도시, 국가 인프라를 구축한다는 것은, "있는 놈, 없는 놈 가리지 않고, 국민 모두가 보다 평등해지고, 보다 더 행복해질 수 있음을 의미합니다" 사회 국가의 인프라라고 하는 것은, "우리 모두의 것"이기 때문입니다.
그러나한국은 "우리 모두의 것"이 아닌, "내 것"만 개발해 놓은 나라입니다. 그게 삼성이고, 그게 이명박 씨이고, 그게 집권여당입니다.
일본인들이 지적하는 것은, 서울에는 공원이 부족하다 입니다. 일본인들 개인을 놓고 보면, 선진부국 국민답지 않게 어떻게 보면 가난하게 삽니다. 그러나 그들의 사회 공공의 인프라를 보십시오. 이게 바로 선진국과 후진국의 차이입니다. 우리는 갈림길에 서 있습니다. 정당한 비판을 쓴 약으로 알고, 개선할 생각은 않고, "나라 망신" 운운하는 개고기 성향의 저 높으신 나리들을 보십시오.
돈이 없어요? 영국은 GDP 6천불 수준일때부터, 복지국가 실현에 매진했다고 합니다. 영국만이 아니죠. 독일을 보시오! 스웨덴, 핀란드는 어떻고? 의식 수준입니다. 오늘 날 서양 유럽 미국 등이 전 세계인들의 선망의 대상이 되는 이유가 무엇입니까?
그들은 대한민국의 GDP가 2만불을 돌파했다고 떠듭니다. 그래서요? 그게 국민 모두에게 골고루 혜택이 되어서 돌아가고 있습니까? 복지비율이 8%에 불과한 나라입니다. 이기적이고 자기중심적인 사람들이 집권하고 있는 나라입니다. 배후에 삼성이 있습니다. 그래서 내가 그토록 비판하고 욕을 하는 것입니다.(알고 떠든다고 생각하십시오). 북한은 이 주제에서 명함도 내밀지 마시오.

승리한 놈만 잘 먹고 잘 사는 사회, 정글입니다. 그들이 표방하는 논리는 미국식 무한경쟁 자본주의(신자본주의) 논리입니다. 그러나,미국조차도, "공정한 경쟁의 기회가 보장되며" "보다 잘 정비된 국가 사회의 인프라 및 제도가 약자를 보호합니다" 이런 장점들을 빼놓고, 안 좋은 것만 받아 들여서, 자신들에게 유리한 측면으로 왜곡 조작하여 주장하는 자들이 바로 그들입니다.

Lee Myung Bak’s administration or someone force me into doing silence to do using so many tools with the state directly or indirectly, continuously. I am in a critical condition all under constant threat from invisible enemies such as Lee’s Administration, SAMSUNG Group etc.
They tried to destroy the evidence for marriage fraud during 7 years, what is worse; they make an attempt on my life without evidence directly or indirectly. Please trust me.
Also, Unable to corrupt or deceive me, they have traduced me by investigate history of mine. As there are to be found in the service of envy men of every diversity of temper and degree of understanding, calumny is diffused by all arts and methods of propagation.
As a semi-slave I had received a full portion of psychological & physical beatings included organizational bullying and other humiliations by SAMSUNG Group & Lee Myung Bak’s Administration during 7 years. For the reason why, Lee Kun-hee was away from Samsung Group's boardroom over the past two years(from 2008 to 2010), Taking the blame for the marriage fraud, he resigned Apr 2008 by an external pressure such as Japanese, Chinese.
But most of Korean people don’t know the fact.
Things came to such a pass that he had to resign at that time.
Mr Lee chairman for SAMSUNG Group avenged his resignation by attempt my life without evidence to using unknown method such as the Mind Control, occults for killing person for 7 years.
Also, they are a saboteur.
Using multiple tricky cheating tools such as AVATAR’s cheating or virtual sex, virtual realities, double realities, image manipulation by generated unknown method, they are sabotaging the marriage event.
Mr Lee chairman for SAMSUNG Group original intent was to avenge me. Another central aim, they used the marriage events as a tool for their own profit under cover of patriotism. I was accused of treason by them
Also, I have been scraping a bare living for 7 year because of their restriction on employment. I think, most of Korean people were apathetic to the injustice done to me or they didn’t know the fact by two Mr Lee’s trick.
It is never OK to hurt others physically, mentally, or psychologically. But they did it obviously. Person in charge of this matter, Chairman Mr Lee for SAMSUNG Group & President Mr Lee. They are an altogether unspeakable villain.
Friendship is one of the most important relationships that we build in our lives. But they are isolating me from everyone, everything in order to keep it secret from people & weaken for Mind Control such as hypnosis, a hallucination for 7 year. It is true.
They formed under two Mr Lee, built a people’s hostile attitude barrier to surrounding me. As a result of perfect bullying plan by LEE GUN HEE, I have been placing under attack from all sides for 7 years. What is worse, I have no sexual relationship with women for 7 years. Mr Lee said “You can’t have sex with women for 10 years” for its abuses of human rights Sep 2009. It was abuses of human rights extremely. Only they want to be in virtual sex or state under hypnosis for me and I was made to do it willy-nilly.
To just to annoy me by LEE GUN HEE’s revengeful thought and taken advantage of marriage events for 7 years, they have tried throwing tantrums, threatening to me, withholding sex, restriction on employment, a slander against me.
I’m in Hell for 7 years.
Sexless life is aimed that have been used to suppress human rights. After deliberating upon the past rights abuse practices using the marriage events as a tool, I insist that the marriage events should be scrapped ASAP. Also, person in charge of this project must be punishing severely.
Also, they must be indemnifying me for damage last 7 years ASAP.

Sometimes, they picked a quarrel with me over a trifle and hit me related with marriage fraud, when I tried to strike up a conversation several times women who are organized mobilization from SAMSUNG as marriage events to make a romantic relationship.
It called for me to stop slandering Lee Myung Bak’s Administration & SAMSUNG Group.

"All this only deepens widespread popular suspicion that the Lee administration cannot stand criticism especially from media outlets under its own control, nor any remnants of progressives within them inherited from what it says as a ""lost decade"" under left-leaning predecessors.
Also, the Samsung Chairman was pardoned by Lee Myung Bak’s Administration 2010.
I guess it goes to show the saying; "Birds of a feather flock together." is ever so true
They might not know what the difference is between a conservative, moderate, and liberal.
Obviously, Lee Myung Bak’s Administration is working for the upper class 10% and large companies, conservatives in South Korea. We can see so many evidences, Todays.

가는 길에 늘상 따라 붙는 자동차들입니다. 우연을 가장하는 척 하면서, 번호판 등으로 사람을 조롱하는 수법이죠. “머” 번호판을 단 자동차를 의도적으로 계속 같이 주행하게 합니다. “머”란, “뭐 어때서 이 색히야?”라는 조롱입니다.(사진 확대해서 보시오)

이 상점을 주목하는 이유는, 한국전통 음식들, 떡, 과자종류를, 일본식으로 아주 잘 포장하고 다듬어서, 팔고 있다는 점입니다. 일본사람들, 과자, 떡, 사탕 등 전통음식 종류들을 아주 예쁘게, 정갈스럽게 포장해서 파는데요. 우리 나라도 기업체들도 이런 식으로 잘해 나가고 있다는 생각에서, 주목하게 되는 업체입니다.
김치도 세계화(?) 한 나라가 일본(기무치)인데요. 우리가 우리 전통 음식조차도 세계화를 잘 못하고 있는 문제가 있다는 생각입니다.

보나마나 삼성, 청와대입니다.
아마 제 글을 다 차단하고 막고 있을 겁니다. 그리고는, 공항직원들이나, 중국인들, 베트남 인들 동원해서 조직적인 비웃음, 조롱, 왕따를 가하는 수법으로 보입니다.
우리가 중국의 홍콩, 마카오 같은 도시보다 더 잘 될 수 있는데, 그걸 못하는 이유가 뭐냐를 질책하는 글을 올렸더니, 중국 애들 동원해서, 째려보게 하고, 못 마땅한 태도를 취하게 하는 수법입니다. 결국 “내가 무슨 글을 쓰든, 시비를 걸고, 조롱을 하고, 제가 적는 글의 내용 상, 비난을 받거나, 피해를 본다고 생각할 수 있는 사람들을 보내서 괴롭히는 교활한 수법을 쓰고 있다는 것입니다”
이 사람들이 이게 인간들이 아니라서 그렇습니다. 제가 이런 주장하면, “말도 안 되는 소리”라고 일축하고, 정신병자 취급하죠. 그러나 저는 다 압니다.
