다음은 국제연대 호소문에 답한
독일 MLPD에서 온 연대 글을 번역한 것입니다.

동지들에게,

독일 마르크스-레닌주의당(MLPD)의 중앙위원회는 동지들의 강경한 투쟁에 대해서 연대를 선언합니다. 우리는 경찰병력의 개입을 강력하게 비난합니다. 권력테러를 직면하는 대우차 노동자들과 그들의 가족들의 방어권리를 지지합니다.

독일에도 독자적 파업이 비합법적입니다. 노동조합 권리가 아주 제한 되 있으며 단체협상에 관한 파업만 벌일 수 있습니다. 이 이유로서 독일에는 독자적 파업들이 정치적 요구들과 점점 결합하고 있습니다. 초점은 바로 파업의 전면 권리를 쟁취하기 위한 투쟁입니다.

지난 1월 25일에 Opel(General Motors)사 노동자들이 국제 노동자계급의 단결을 상징했습니다. GM에 최초인 유럽 전체적 수준으로써 협조한 연대파업이었습니다. 오 개 국(벨기에, 영국, 독일, 에스파냐, 포르투갈)에 9 공장에 4만 명 노동자들이 영국 루톤(Luton)시의 GM 공장의 폐쇄와 다른 공장의 정리해고에 맞선 파업투쟁을 벌였습니다. GM사가 한국에 현재 정리해고 경우에도 어느 역할이 있다는 것을 압니다. 이에 배경은 세계 독점 자동차사의 재편의 새로운 라운드입니다. 전세계적으로 자동차사 5-6개만 생존할 수 있는 멸망의 전쟁이 사나와지고 있습니다. 자동차 노동자들은 자신들의 투쟁을 협조해야 합니다. 가장 중요한 경제적 요구는 노동시간 일6시간입니다 - 전세계적으로.

자본주의는 자신의 모순에 대해서 더 이상 대처할 수 없습니다. 이 거대한 국제 생산력이 민중 대중들의 필요를 충족시키기 위해서는 사회적 해법이 필요합니다, 즉 진정한 사회주의.
동지들의 용감하고 강경한 투쟁은 반초국자본 투쟁의 힘있는 주도적 역할을 하며 국제 산업노동자들이 그 것을 받아들어야 할 시그널입니다.

MLPD의 자동차 산업 공장단위들이 동지들의 투쟁에 대해서 선전하고 연대 활동을 조직하겠습니다. 동지들의 투쟁에 대한 구체적 사항, 요구들과 투쟁 조직과 형태를 알려주시기 바랍니다. 이 것을 MLPD 기관지 <붉은 깃발>에 올리겠습니다.

> In Germany, too, independent strikes are considered illegal; the trade
