나안이 훼드윅 직접 본다는 자랑에 침 흘리다가 노래라도 올려봐야지 싶어서..
아무래도 OST음반을 사야할 듯하다..

And then he grabbed up some bolts
He let out a laugh

And the storm clouds gathered above
Into great balls of fire
And then fire shot down

지구가 평평하던 때 불 구름이 떠다니고
하늘까지 솟은 산과 더 놓은 사이 있고
사람들은 나무통처럼 지구를 굴러다니며,
두쌍의 팔, 두쌍의 다리와 큰 머리
양쪽에 두 개의 얼굴을 가지고 있어
양쪽 세상도 다 볼수 있고 읽으면서 말할수 있었고
사랑이란 단어조차 몰랐어 그것이 사랑의 기원
그땐 3개의 성이 있었지
하나는 두 남자의 등이 붙은 해의 아이들과
두 여자아이의 등이 붙어 하나로 된 땅의 아이들과
포크와 스푼이 붙은 것 같은 달의 아이들이 있었지
한쪽은 해 한쪽은 달 한쪽은 아들 한쪽은 딸
그건 바로..사랑의 시작을 몰랐을 때

신들은 우리의 힘과 반항을 두려워 하기 시작했지
천둥의 신은 말했어
"내 망치로 그들을 모두 죽이리라"
"내가 거인족을 죽였듯이.."
그때 제우스신이 말했지
"내 번개 가위로 혼내 주리!"
고래의 다리를 자르고 공룡을 도마뱀으로 만들었듯!!"
그리고 번갯불을 꺼내 크게 웃으며
"가운데를 자르리!" "딱 반으로..." 라고 했지
곧 먹구름이 모여 거대한 불이 되었고....
천둥 번개가 하늘에서 내리쳤지!
번뜩이는 칼날처럼 육체의 한가운데를 갈라 버렸어
해의 아이들 달의 아이들 땅의 아이들, 차례로..
어떤 인도의 신은 배둘레를 꿰메 배꼽을
만들어 우리 죄를 상기 시켰고
오시리스와 나일의 신들은 거대한 폭풍으로
허리케인을 만들어 우리를 흩어지게 했어
바람, 비, 홍수 파도의 조수로 우리를 쓸어 내리고
또다시 반항하면 또다시 반을 갈라버린다고 했지
그럼 한발로 뛰고 한눈으로 볼거라며..
"나를 부정하면 파멸하리라"
지난번 내가 당신을 보았을 때
우리는 둘로 갈라진 채였어.
당신이 날 보았을 때 나도 당신을 보았지.
당신이 너무나 낯이 익더군.
그러나 내가 어찌 알아차릴 수 있겠어.
당신 얼굴에 피가 묻혀있고 내 눈에도 피가 있는데.
그렇지만 난 당신 표정으로 알 수 있었어.
