하지만 나한테 추천서를 받기로 한 SS의 마음을 느낄 수 있었어요.

SS 자신의 발자취에 대한 자긍심 말예요.

그래서 나도 기쁘게 응했고, 짧은 영어실력이지만 네이놈에게 이것저것 물어보면서 열심히 썼어요.

I have had acquaintance with SS for eight years. He has long been concerned about worker's safety and health as a member of the Korean medical students association for occupational safety and health, the Korean association of people injured on the job, and the Korea institute for labor safety and health. The experiences from those participation must give him broad and profound understanding about reality of worker's health that is essential requisite for study occupational health.

Students of medicine and doctors usually know nothing beyond that they learned in college. But SS has participated in various research and campaign of occupational & public health voluntarily and acquired a lot of field experiences from those. In addition, he has received formal education about occupational & public health in the graduate school of public health in @@@ university, the educational institute with the highest authority, to elaborate those experiences. I think the knowledges and experiences he has acquired through both inside and outside school make him a ideal candidate for your graduate program.

SS became one of my colleagues at the Korea Institue of Labor Safety and health in 2005. I have been deeply impressed with not only his talent for expressing his own thought in writing, but also his effort to communicate with others reasonably. He has accomplished his role with enthusiasm, and always shows outstanding sincerity in learning new things and sharing that knowledge with others. He has both genuine intellectual curiosity and courage to face a reality.
