-Let's organize nationwide migrant workers' organization though establishment of Nationwide Migrant workers' Struggle Alliance!!!
ETU-MB have organized migrant workers as a type of Migrants' Branch under the ETU, general region union. Even though small organization, we have been front line of migrant workers' struggle as a union having worker's sprit and we have had vision for establishment of migrant workers' independent union.
on the process of previous struggle, ETU-MB have organized struggle of migrant workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon and spread to nationwide struggle.

Especially, on the sit-in struggle, many migrant workers joined, struggled together and discussed bigger organization of migrant workers for our strong struggle: Nationwide Migrant worker' Union(NMU) however, considering our real organization situation, we though that we need more discussion and time for NMU, so we have to suggest and organize Nationwide Migrant workers' Struggle Alliance(NMSA) as a nationwide struggle body.
In the case of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon region, we have shared and discussed establishment of migrant workers' union among ETU-MB, Nepal Struggle Alliance and region activists. will be a type of more development organization of Migrant workers than Migrants' Branch under ETU, general region union. Also, it have a long term purpose to organize nationwide migrant workers' organization.
ETU-MB which have lead migrant worker' struggle in korean society, inheriting the success of previous struggle, for much stronger and powerful struggle against government, have to go ahead as bigger organization. This migrant workers' independent organization established by ourselves. This is the demand migrant workers who have struggled together with us.
So. ETU-MB have to strengthen the our chapter activities and organize the chapter preparation committee in unorganized region. And then we are going to establish the Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' Union as a independent migrant workers' union.
1. The Keynote for establishment of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union
■ Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union have to be established by migrant workers' autonomy, democracy and struggle
■ Migrant workers' independent union established by ourselves have to strengthen the unity and struggle of migrant workers in Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon region
■ In strengthen against Gov. policy & workplace struggle, we have to strengthen & widen Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon migrant workers' organization to MWTU.
■ Though SGI MTU activities, we have to Strengthen solidarity with regional korean union, organization and support to develop democratic union movement above workers' nationality, gender, and social position
■ We have to strengthen international solidarity, make good example of migrants' own movement, and contribute to spread the movement in korea internationally migrant workers' union
2. Purpose for establishment of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union
■ Strengthen the migrant workers' empowerment through organizing as a union
■ Strengthen the Struggle for "Abolish EPS & Trainee system! Lealize undocumented workers! Achieve WPS!"
■ Strengthen the field struggle through the regional system of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union
■ Strengthen the solidarity with democratic labor movement groups in each region and organize the stable solidarity organization with Seoul Gyeonggi incheon Migrant workers' union
3. Process for establishment with Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union
■ ETU-MB Assembly -Decision of MB's vision and plan Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union
■ Meeting of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant worker activists and communities
■ Strengthen the MB chapters and organizing the chapter preparation committee in unorganized region
■ Preparation committee of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon Migrant workers' union(Special committee of ETU-MB)
- Each chapter chief and chapter preparation committee chief
■ Extending of regional organizing and preparation for Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon migrant workers' union
■ Inaugural assembly of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon migrant workers' union
Chapter and chapter preparation committee will be changed Branch of Seoul Gyeonggi Incheon migrant workers' union through Branch assembly
